Absolutely disgusting everything tasted like cardboard and the prawn crackers tasted like thay was two days old never again will I eat from here I bet even the foxes will turn there noses up at it when I put it out where it belongs with the rubbish

Now not taking card payment so they will sink. Some food I've had has been really good but other things have been bad . Ordering today has been impossible. So after a few years I say goodbye. It's ok if you want a pancake roll and other things you can justify for your self. Really annoying tonight because I've been with them so long and I'm hungry. Actually if you look at it it's nothing you can't do you're self. So after being with them so a few years and being turned down doesn't add. So open rice Ile be going elsewhere now. Best Chinese food in the area! Amazing Thai Red curry, and egg fried rice so nice! Chicken sweet corn soup so nice texture, not like other places feels like salva ;) all food full of flavour!

Satay chicken skewers were rubbery and the sweet and sour chicken balls were far too tough. Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of money.

said it would only take 45 mins, but so far has taken over 2 hours to arrive and we only live 15mins away. would of gone and collected it myself but i’m heavily pregnant and can’t walk due to the ice outside :/

Only once had a poor meal, but the owner was very quick to rectify. We, as a family, love the food.

I was regular customer of Open rice and recently I got 4 dishes from there, but unfortunately the complimentary thing I received seems very spoiled and the food was rotten. This experience made me really sad. Hope they won’t repeat it.
