Definitely hot and fresh and the team was respectful and definitely gave great customer service indeed ☺️

Worst waffle house I have ever been to. Service was horrible, food extremely under cooked and the servers all act very rude and hateful. The cook sneezed all over the grill where food was cooking and continuously coughed on everyone's food. my friend Went to the restroom and our server, who had apparently forgotten to lock the door behind her, was sitting in the restroom floor with a needle in her arm. short white girl with short blonde hair pulled in to pigtails, big black glasses with a flat face... Looked a tad crosseyed.... Her name started with a D. Apparently shooting up in the restroom is more important than doing your job and serving my friends and i. My familly and friends will never again visit this location.

Family took a trip to McKay's and needed some sustenance. Everyone agreed on Waffle House. This was the closest location. Great service! The food was prepared as well as any other Waffle House that we have visited. Can't say much is different, but the service made it stand out. We will come here again when we revisit McKay's. Highly recommended! we

I've tried this location for the third time and first morning shift. I will not come back people are so disrespectful and unhappy. If you are in a service given industry and experiencing hardship leave it at home! Most times your performance is based on pay! They never speak they look at you like you're crazy! East ridge will forever be the best location, customer friendly and prompt service driven! She walked passed and didn't acknowledge me sitting in her area. The ratings are 4.1 but I'm sure it's because it's a new facility. Once I got to my destination I warmed my food order to find they put ham in the hash browns and added cheese. I definitely won't be back....ugh!

My waitress was amazing Desiree was absolutely wonderful she was on top of her job never ran out of drink kept asking how we was always checking up on us she did an outstanding job waffle house you need more like her keep up good job Desiree 👍 I will be back to see ya for breakfast

Ordered take out and should have checked before leaving...but more than half of what I ordered was not there. And I gave a good tip. So I paid a great deal for little nothing and alot of freaking toast. No I did not bother to call and let them know . What's the point. I just never went back and never will.

The staff is unpleasant to the point of coming across rude. It is like a they do not want to be there. Today was our fourth time here for a late breakfast since being rebuilt and all four have had bad service. Today we left and went to the HWY 58 location, which has far better service. Avoid this location if you can.

April is a really great waitress. I go there too because the food is well cooked. Can't ask for a better experience. Best Waffle House I've eaten at. I love the new grits bowl !!!!!

The night crew is not it!! We came in to have dinner after work, not only was the server give me diet coke instead of regular coke but my bacon in my sandwich was burnt! When I told my server about the drink she said " we are out of regular coke so ..." We will not be returning here, we had never had a bad experience at a waffle house but this is not a great place to go at night when you're tired.

Went to this location at 1am in the morning after touching down in Chattanooga for a family emergency and decided to eat breakfast with my aunt.The service was horrible from the waitress to the food.I had frequented this location many times before and the service was superb,and the food was awesome.This time;the totally opposite.I asked for scrambled eggs,cheese,grits with cheese,wheat toast,and hash browns.I received two eggs instead of three,no cheese,grits with no cheese,and semi warm,white bread instead of wheat,and on top of this;the assine attitude of the waitress.I had inquired about turkey bacon or turkey sausage,and she quickly got on the defensive saying “your’re down south,we don’t serve that hear,only pork”,as if she was pissed that I simply inquired about it.After half eating the meal,I left her just enough of a tip for bus fare,simply because she didn’t deserve more,and with her assine attitude,I pray she’s not working there if and when I come back in town.Unbeknownst to her,I was born and raised in that city and occasionally fly in and out of there from time to time.While I do recommend this location,I only recommend this location from 6am until 3 or 4pm. Never go late at night.The evil witch apparently works that shift.😈😈😈😈

I have never once seen more than 3 cars in the parking lot, yet they never have the phone on for to go orders. I have gone by and seen literally no customers and tried to call for a to go order and get some message about respecting dine in guest and no to go orders. Least busy waffle house I have ever seen and they lose all the business they could get doing take out.

Me and my husband usually enjoy waffle house( at our normal one we go to) but today we went to this location and unfortunately it wasn't that great. The atmosphere sucked, the workers looked like they all hate each other and don't like working together. Ole boy who took our order, forgot to even give us silverware after we asked numerous times. He was rude and just all around to us acted like he didn't want to be there so he's lollygagging around, he needs to pull up his britches at least. This waffle house may be newer but the atmosphere sucks because of all of the negativity that radiates off the employees around each other.

It was good and all but found hair at the bottom of my plate as I was almost finished !! She claimed it wasn’t hair but off the waffle iron but it was in my hash browns and it definitely was a hair I wasn’t making no fuss about it I just wanted to inform them so they wouldn’t have the issue again with someone who may have made a big stink about it
