Family and dog friendly park complete with walking trail, open field spaces, plenty of parking, big playground (new one coming soon), and a small wading creek for kids and dogs alike to enjoy. Beautiful trees and woodland critters surround the park as well. The dog park has 2 separate fenced in areas. One for bigger breeds and the other for smaller breeds. Both come with obstacles for dogs to enjoy like an elevated dog walk, weave poles, hoops to jump through and of course, plenty of room to run. There are benches for sitting and plenty of shade. Dog areas also have water fountains so your pup won't go thirsty. There are bathrooms on site too and a couple of historic buildings to explore.

Loved this dog park literally minutes from Hamilton Place mall. Has a pretty big fenced in "small dog" park separate from a huge "big dog" park. The only down sides were that there's not a lot of seating for people in the small dog side and the water fountains weren't working when we went. Someone had kindly provided bottled gallons of water and a dog bowl for the dogs to use however.

I love it. The scenery is beautiful. There's a pet park that's fenced in. I go there to walk. I feel very safe!

I walk my dog there every day and like that it is a short drive. Nice enclosed play areas for large and small dogs, picnic tables and seats. Only complaint is no signs telling people to pick up their trash and too keep their dogs on a leash when they when walking them.

Very big, people friendly and will go back to walk the trails and check it out more..Love the 2 separate areas for big dogs and small..Not alot to play with at small dog area but spacious!!...Only thing is I noticed some real small dogs could fit through the fence and go to the big dog area..So fair warning!!

My pitbull, Mr. Slate Turner, loves to come play and interact with all his furry friends. The excitement from the time we leave our house till the moment we turn into the park is an experience each and every time. Since my son's dog Lucy, Shepard and hound mix (black mouth kerr), does not pay Slate no mind, he gets all the friendly playtime and exercise he needs. Lucy has warmed up to a few of the furry friends, but is still very protective and right by my side. Slate, on the other hand, takes off as soon as he is unleashed and doesn't stop until I make him, when I tell him it's time to go home. Both Slate and Lucy are usually all tuckered out for the rest of the evening till morning after another adventure to the park.

Was on vacation with the wife and brought our aging doggo "Bubbas" with us so that he could experience some places before he gets too old. This park was so very peaceful. I can't describe the vibe I got from being there. It's cleverly hidden and you must go off the reservation to get to it but I promise you ..it's worth it.!

👍👍 My puppy is loving this place, it was a goal to get him fully vaccinated so he could try it out. He has come to love it, the staff is friendly, the place is nice and there are plenty of fun dogs to play and socialize with. There's plenty of water for him to drink and play in, as well as toys and ob...

😠 There are two dog parks provided yet people still let their dogs run freely off leash. This is concerning when you have your own dog on leash (cause thats the law) or kids with you playing at the playground. This needs to be addressed so it's a safe place for all to enjoy.

👍👍 My dog recommends for all dogs to bring their good humans to this park. "Good Humans Who Leave No Poo Behind" could be the name of THIS park. Very impressive, Good Humans of Chattanooga! We've been to many dog parks over the past decade and there's always a poo pie left around somewhere. It's what w...
