Service and the manager Camreon was fabulous! Our waitress was lovely as well. The food was fast and delicious and I love the Sweet Southern Heat sauce and my husband like the Carolina Classic so much he is bringing it home with him. My husband and I split the ribs for two, we got them dry and added my own sauce. I have had better but they good. We came on a Sunday around 1 there was no wait. .

Cool downtown atmosphere with good BBQ options. The ribs were good, but missing a little oomph. We used to frequent Sticky Fingers when we lived in Chattanooga years ago, and it was my daughter’s favorite place. She remembered it differently, but still enjoyed it. The pretzel bites and beer cheese were outstanding!

Ribs and Pulled Pork were absolutely Slammin!! The cornbread was fluffy and warm with just the right amount of sweetness. Mac n Cheese was on point as was the potato salad. Great variety of sauces and I got the brisket to go. Warmed it up and wow, delicious!! Definitely going back!! Yum!

Cool staff, good variety of drinks, scrumptious dry rub pork ribs, sauces and corn bread were so delicious, even though I used to hate corn bread! I started liking it because here is so good, this place should have at least 4.5 stars, but I guess some customers have always something to complain about. I have nothing else but only good things I would definitely be back with the family.

Came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday on a Tuesday at 2pm. Highly recommend! We got the Rib sampler for two and pretzels bites as an appetizer. Food was excellent quality and obviously a great deal for the price. Whole meal with drinks was only $50. Our server Madison was incredibly kind and attentive. Food came out fast and very hot. We’ll definitely be back!

10/10!! One word. Outstanding. Was in town with some friends visiting from New Orleans where we have some of the best food and I was blown away. This was hands down the best BBQ I have ever eaten. But what really made our night was the service. Stephen was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable. He basically ordered for all of us and boy did he not disappoint. Will definitely be going back again next time I visit. Do yourself a favor and don't skip this one.

Perhaps we went on an off day, but not the best experience. BBQ is a staple for our family, and there's not much BBQ we don't like. But the pulled pork was mediocre. Fries were pretty good. Unfortunately, the service was pretty terrible. Took a long time to get ordered. We had empty glasses for the majority of our meal. For the price, it didn't meet my expectations.

Waitress was not attentive. Only checked on us once ticket was ready. The restaurant was NOT close to busy. Also, when smoking ribs, remove the membrane. Ribs were dry and not smokey because of this. They would have been more flavorful had this been done. Seemed like they were selling their sauce not their meat. Chicken wings were good but undercooked. The menu says "pick a flavor" but nowhere is there a list of flavors.

We had a great experience at sticky fingers! Our server, Madison, was very attentive the whole time we were there. My food was amazing and a manager named Todd came and checked on us while we were there also. I will definitely be coming here again.

I had to try the ribs and chose the dry rub. Very solid. The potato salad was also good. Tried a friend’s brisket nachos that were so good. My favorite was the beer cheese that comes with pretzel bites. I also appreciate they have non-alcoholic beer. Wish there was more options though. Our server, Joel, was a fun guy and made sure we were taken care of.

Disappointing. The chicken was dry and the fries.... were clearly both old and cooked in old oil. It’s unfortunate the staff were so friendly and the place is so empty that I expected fresh food. Maybe I got them in a bad day.

Ribs that fall off the bones and delicious wings! I recently ordered take out and was not disappointed. All of my food was prepared correctly, absolutely delicious and was a good portion of food. Highly recommends the ribs, smoked wings, and collards.

Delicious, but I'm disappointed it has changed over the years. I've been coming here for years, on vacation, and always eat here, but it's so different now. It's not like the good 'ole days. Food has changed, seating, and even the menus. Life changes, the world keeps going, and things never stay the same, but sometimes it's just sad you can't depend on having something you've enjoyed for years. :(

By recommendation went to visit the well-renowned Sticky Fingers! Shout out to Big K for this review. Customer service was Top Notch quickly seated to a table and multiple members of staff asked me how I was and how my food was. The sides that I got were absolutely amazing! sweet and fluffy cornbread, zesty and refreshing cucumbers with onions; creamy and savory mac and cheese. Unfortunately the main dish which was the full rack of ribs was lackluster. And even though the sauces accompanying it we're tasty, nothing carried that signature flavor. (At least among the three I tried.) I give the restaurant five stars only because even though I was dissatisfied with the ribs I am spoiled to a particular standard of smokehouse ribs which are the slow wood chip smoked marinated, fall off the bone, meat so good it doesn't need sauce and your fingers smell like it for hours after you're done type ribs. To sum it up, a nice place; good atmosphere, friendly staff and food that's worth the second visit. I look forward to it in the future.

While dinning at Sticky’s in downtown chattanooga the warm and welcoming atmosphere was an enjoyable one. Our waitress Madison’s fun and bubbly personality made my experience so much enjoyable. She recommended the nachos which were delicious! The manager Todd also made our experience very enjoyable, checking in us to make sure we had the best dining experience possible!

food was excellent. amazing smoked ribs and my wife loves her pulled chicken club salad. kids items were fairly priced and service was fantastic. great Mac and Cheese, great cornbread. would have liked to have ingredients of the Sweet Potato Casserole listed on the menu (didn't enjoy the pecans), but I also could have asked, but didn't. Let's get the restaurant itself up to standards though. AC wasn't working so they had a few fans set up. not sure if that was just a recent issue though. only a single person bathroom for the whole restaurant, and the kitchen was blaring incredibly loud rap music that the back dining area could hear every time the door swing open. These things don't overshadow the meal but we're definitely noticed. If we're back in Chattanooga, we'll check it out again to see if these issues have improved. Again, food and service were great!

Was a cool place to eat, we were in a booth but the bar area looked cool. They are very busy so when you go expect a wait. About that the only thing I would suggest is they need to make sure to call or text your phone when your table is ready but when we went back to see if it was ready they did get us seated quickly. Our server took care of us and the pulled pork sandwich we got was more than excellent! Our favorite sauce by far is the original. The pulled pork was state of the art and soaked up the sauce perfect so look for the sauce in stores! The food was well worth the wait though so do it , you won't regret it!

The food is consistently delicious, well worth the 70-mile drive from Rome, GA. Very reasonable prices, and Jon is the best bartender in the Scenic City.

  • 3/5 Erin Hardy D. 3 years ago on Google
I ordered the pulled pork- it came out lukewarm and was cold after 5 minutes. The flavor was good but was noticeably undersalted and there was no salt & pepper shaker on the table. It came with a little bit of the house bbq sauce already on it, so I did ask for more. The waitress was accommodating, but I was disappointed that due to covid the different sauces weren't on the table and you only could get the house sauce. Overall the food was good but not amazing.

    Loved the smoked wings!

This is one of the most disappointing meals I have ever had. I got the brisket nachos and it was literally burnt chips with a little brisket, cheese, and tomatoes with a ton of barbecue sauce dumped on top. This is not hyperbolic-it was seriously impossible to eat. I’ve tried Sticky Fingers a couple of times since they changed their menu up and downgraded quality and it’s been unappetizing both times.

As we all know the pandemic hurt having employees working! So we want to make sure that the lady and the only cook know how much we appreciated them being there and making us a wonderful dinner! She was kind and friendly and the food was amazing! We took ours to go and had a picnic with it at the river walk and the food was still great! Thanks for the first time experience for me 😊 we will make sure to come back! The corn was amazing!! And the Best hush puppies I’ve had too!!

Weekend trip to see the sights and experience the food culture. Sticky fingers did not disappoint. I got the Brisket Philly, 1st time ever eating one, and it was delish. Very meaty and seasoned well. My grandson got the sticky ribs, which he said were so good. Would definitely recommend

Megan was our server (I think that’s how you spell it) super amazing and checked in on us while keeping our drinks full. Food was so delicious and she even gave me little cups of sauce selection so I could taste them. 10/10 fantastic service and delicious food.

The front desk is very heart warming.. I had chances to try three bbq sauces and selected the sweet and smoky for my ribs. Love their corn bread

I would've rated 5 star but my brisket was a bit tough... however the Ribs and the cornbread were AMAZING! 😋 The place is clean and has a nice chill back ambiance. And our server Kaitlyn was so nice and very knowledgeable about the menu. Thank you... it was a good experience!

Great local cuisine. The restaurant features barbecue and smoked meats. Also several good sides. The only thing I felt was lacking was their happy hour menu which did not feature any food and very limited featured drinks. However, overall the prices were very reasonable. The service is incredibly friendly and the host is very kid friendly Follow us for more great reviews ™

Fantastic find. The food was marvelous and plentiful for the price. Anna, our server, was one of the nicest, most helpful, that we have encountered in quite some time. We HIGHLY recommend this location if you are in the downtown Chattanooga area.

It was ok for this being my first time eating here. The wait to be seated wasn't long, and our waitress came over pretty fast. We were seated by the bar, which was covered with dirty plates left from other customers. It seemed like the bartender wasn't in a rush to clean up and she only had two customers. Our starter was not hot the fries were old. We ordered the rib meal for two which was a good deal. We ordered the dry rub so we'll be able to try the different sauces. The cornbread was cold so I didn't eat it. I really wish it would've been better.

This place 100% rocks. The staff is so awesome and fun to talk to them really down to earth… I’m visiting from Atlanta just for 30 minutes and the whole time I was there I felt truly at home. When I came in this time, there was amazing although I only got a salad I was joking with the staff from the beginning, and they honestly made me feel warm and welcome… There was a gentleman at the front counter same Damien, and he was awesome and then there was a lady behind him by the name of destiny who is joking back with me and then there is the amazing server Brylan. When I tell you that they were fast and efficient and super punctual for my first time there, I highly recommend others to go when you’re visiting there please check it out. The food came out way faster than I anticipated and everyone energy is perfect. The atmosphere rocks the food smell great the barbecue I have to try next time I come back.

The food is pretty good. I tried the burnt ends dinner with cornbread and potato salad - all delicious and filling. Pricing is decent too for the portion you get. Only compliant is the restaurant has no AC, or it may have been down when I went for take out. It was probably over 100 degrees indoors and saw a lot of customers turn around and walk out. Might be understaffed too

Starting off with the things that were great: the hickory smoked wings were worth their award. A subtle smoke and plump chickens made for a delicious bite. The sausage was delicious and the hush puppy and delicious potato salad left me stuffed. Any of these items would get 5 stars. The peach cobbler was very unimpressive. The dough was doughey and I couldn't taste any juicy peaches at all. However, the vanilla ice cream was delicious. The ribs were also okay. While the sauces were good, the meat felt dry and chewy. Would definitely come back for the wings and sausage. Service was great and attentive though!

We came in this Saturday & it was pretty busy but Had a warm greeting as soon as we walked in the door. We sat at the bar and Ashley was our bartender and she was outstanding. We ordered the brisket nachos for an appetizer & the wings for an entree both were delicious!!!! The restaurant was clean the atmosphere was awesome. We’ll definitely be back!

A group of friends and I are from out of town, out here for a night in Chattanooga. We were turned away from multiple restaurants due to no reservations on Valentine's day weekend, or we decided to leave because of an extended wait. We made it to Sticky Fingers around 8pm, and instantly felt at home. All of us are from the south, so we know really good BBQ. By far, this was some of the best BBQ we have ever eaten. Our waiter Stephen was fantastic and did everything he could to make us not feel like tourists. Food was great, service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. 10/10 would come back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I came to Chattanooga for the first time Sunday. Our hotel reccomended Sticky Fingers so we decided to see for ourselves. We are glad we went for lunch! Ribs, brisket & wings were outstanding! Our server Thomas was great & attentive. Tops off to the chef! Very pleased!

This place was wonderful and our waitress "Amber" made it even better! She was great, the food was good me and my husband got nachos and shared! Just the right amount of food! We sat outside which was very pleasant for a January! We never had to ask for a refill or anything else! Would definitely recommend this place and ask for Amber, fantastic waitress!

Terrific food and wonderful service always! We were so happy to have the opportunity to visit sticky fingers again recently. Although we've never lived close enough to make this our Friday night hotspot, we have visited nearly every location in our travels. Most recently we visited the Chattanooga location, where we found out that they have had to close all but 2 locations, due to the pandemic. It breaks my heart for all the people who lost their jobs. This place could really use your support and you won't find a better place for wings, bbq, southern sides and cornbread! Even the salads are great! You can find something for everyone! The service is always on point! We had Madison as our server and she was so very attentive with everything from food, drinks, and a smile with every request we made. She is as sweet as the tea! I hope you will support this local gem. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! Oh, and did I mention they have their own line of bbq sauces and ALL OF THEM ARE FANTASTIC!

Worst meal of bbq I have ever had.

  • 2/5 Rebecca H. 3 years ago on Google
I got the nachos and they were cold with barely any meat. My boyfriend got the ribs, pulled pork and fry combo. He said the ribs were tough on the outside and his fries were cold and tasted old. This place could do better.

  • 3/5 Andy T H. 3 years ago on Google
Hmmmmm, Order 12 wings , dry rub & grilled, you know, they were smoked,(cooked, then chilled, so throw them on the grill, right!, NO! Throw in fryer, it's quicker & easier, we will just fool the public! Plus, I can't be bothered! (Cook's mind-set!) My dry rub is good! But, check my pic, can you see any grill marks? No! You can't!

Their menu has changed tremendously. They have taken a lot off & mainly sale individually instead of meat & 2 sides. Not only that they jacked the price up. I got 12 wings $15, slaw $4, baked beans $4 & fries $4 totally of $34.73 very disappointing because you use to get 6 wings,& 2 sides for 9.99.
