Had 12 ounce sirloin, salad and steak fries. Crowded with 30-45 minute wait. I chose to eat at the bar. Bartender took great care and provided superb service. No wait and food was great.

Ashely was truly amazing.. She went above and beyond, being the best waitress me and my wife have had in a minute... Even when we were going thru a sentimental event Ashely showed remorse and even asked did I need a hug.. Itz still some great people left in this world and she showed just that... Way to go Ashely. My wife son and I will definitely be coming back to see you again. Thanks again for great hospitality and being a great human being ☺️😇🌈💯

This is the only restaurant that I will order steak and I have ate at some of the best restaurants in the world. It's always delicious! I have ordered several things and they are all delicious. I love the atmosphere too. It's always a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is also child friendly.

We were traveling from Huntsville back home to Knoxville and really wanted Texas Roadhouse. The closest one to us on the trip was an hour away in Chattanooga. We arrived an hour before close, which we usually don’t do but we really wanted it. Cosmo was our server and was fantastic!!! We ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees. Everything was so delicious!!!! And I’m not kidding when I say best service we’ve had anywhere in a very long time. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and experience.

It's always a great place to eat. I always get ribeye and never disappointed. I had the loaded mashed potatoes and green beans. Fantastic. The beer has to be coldest I've ever had at a restaurant. Go and enjoy, I did.

Easy to access location off of the interstate. Most of the staff we interacted with were polite and delivered fast service. The food tasted fresh and was as always more than we could eat. Definitely a good stop in Chattanooga.

Wow. Big portions. My medium rare steak was perfect and delicious. The Flowering Cactus ( Blooming Onion) was bigger than the one at The Outback and not greasy like theirs. House salad was more like a cob salad. They had an army of staff and our server was quick, frequent, nice, attentive and professional. The price was less than what we normally pay at The Outback. My wife said this is her new favorite restaurant. I agree 👍💯.

Very lovely food but I was more impressed with the friendly and caring staff! Absolutely lovely and they really made sure my steak was cooked to my liking. I prefer my steaks very very rare and sometimes it is hard to get restaurants to accommodate. I was very pleasantly surprised when they took care to make sure it was to my liking. They even waited at the table for me to cut into my steak to make sure it was to my liking!! They've definitely got the staff to do the job and do it RIGHT. 10/10 would recommend!!

Betsy is an outstanding waitress. She took very good care of us and made sure we were satisfied. Very respectful towards us. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She is the definition of a perfect waitress. It is rare nowadays to have someone who truly listens to you and treats you with respect. Well done Betsy, this is now one of my top favorite Texas Roadhouse locations.

Really good prime rib. We shared the meal. It comes with two sides. I ordered sweet potato and my husband ordered corn.

The steak is always cooked as asked. It's always perfectly grilled!!

Waited over 30 minutes to be seated, meanwhile walking to our table we saw 10 empty tables some clean some dirty. Then then WAITED over 10 minutes for service. Thanks to the other waitress that was paying attention to us and took care of us. Poor management and I'm not happy with my dinner experience tonight. My steak was great but mashed potatoes were cold.

Went there to have Prime Rib steak, and they were out!! We were disappointed, but the Ribeyes were still very good!!

Love …love… love …Texas Roadhouse. It has a Texas down home feel. I love their steaks especially the ribeye. I have dined in and order take out and either way my meal was great. The wait can be long sometimes but it’s worth it. I prefer Texas Roadhouse steaks over Ruth Chris steaks. I can’t comment on other items on the menu because I always order steak from this restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone who loves steaks at a reasonable price. The staff is pretty good too.

Great experience. Had Brandi as our waitress and she was great. Had the 8oz sirloin mid-rare was had great flavor, was tender and juicy. Their house-made honey French salad dressing was good too. Regarding the sirloin, NO steak sauce needed.

First thing I noticed when I walked in is that you could see the kitchen. It was very clean. We were seated and I could tell the table and everything on it was recently cleaned. Our server, Hannah, was friendly, attentive without being intrusive of our experience, and made sure our order was correct. She was perfect! The food was honestly one of the best meals my spouse or I have ever eaten. It was fresh, hot, beautiful, and absolutely delicious. The kitchen killed it! We will be back every time we are in town. It was a flawless experience!

It looks like every other Texas Roadhouse except it’s very clean and the staff are friendly and polite. The food was a mixed bag, one meal perfectly cooked and one that they couldn’t get right, a filet that kept coming out raw on one side. The waitress was very kind, and the manager was kind but clueless, I mean, he carried the steak out to the table and could see that it was raw. Don’t you have any sense of quality control? The manager himself brought us a practically raw steak. Maybe you deserve better food?

Extremely good steaks cooked exactly to your taste. Mine was perfect! Will definitely go to again. Our waitress Jenna made sure we had plenty of drinks and bread and was a great hostess.

I went for dinner with my 5 year old grand daughter, before dinner rush. 1) They didn't give my grand daughter the coloring paper and crayons. 2) The waitress brought bread but no coloring paper. 3) When the waitress brought the bread, she didn't even hesitate to ask what we wanted to drink. I would have asked for a coloring paper snd crayons. 4) 10 minutes went by, no sign of her, meanwhile my grand daughter was playing with the forks and dinner rolls. 5) I left and on my way out, the waitress was standing and leaning on the counter in front of the hostess just chatting away. She completely forgot about us. I was very thirsty because we had just spent 5 hours at the Children's Discovery Museum. 10 minutes seemed like forever to wait for her to ask us what we wanted to drink and bring us a coloring set. We went to Cheddars and received excellent service.

Extremely enjoyable steak and shrimp. The side orders are plentiful. Good service, although we'd have preferred our drinks topped up more frequently. The three dessert options are very calorific, so I couldn't justify these on top of the meal. There's a smoking hut outside, if lung cancer is your thing and plenty of booth seating to escape the world.

If you've been to one Texas Roadhouse you typically know the atmosphere, menu, and thankfully the quality of service and food prep. This location is a very good example of the brand and of the service. Even on a pretty busy day we were seated quickly, our server was attentive, the food was well-prepared, and the restaurant was well-maintained. This wasn't our first trip to this location and over the last few years we have found this location to consistently be at or above our expectations for Texas Roadhouse. Recommended if you are looking for a steakhouse; this is great example of a good brand.

Excellent prime rib, sweet potato with cinnamon, marshmallows and a salad. 6 oz. Ribeye well done with baked potato cheese and butter only and a Caesar salad.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant. Service is always quick, never had a bad experience. Food is amazing. So is the atmosphere. Staff actually act like they like their jobs which makes the experience wonderful.

Best steak in a long time Had the fort worth ribeye. Service was ok, considering the immense rush of people. Waited an hour for a table. Totally worth it. Only concern I had was the booths near the bathroom had a lot of garbage strewn on the floor, like the whole aisle of booths. Overall, very satisfied.

Myself, my girlfriend, her aunt, and her grandmother met her for dinner tonight and I had the half rack of ribs and it was delicious. The service was great, the rolls were hot, and our waitress was awesome. I would recommend this one, very clean and sanitary. Everything tasted great!

Wow! Excellent service by Jake, and our food was amazing. My partner and I both had steak. Tender and seasoned well, it's obvious that they were prepared with great care. I have a food allergy, and Jake worked with the kitchen to make sure I was safe. Thank you, that you for such a caring staff, and perfectly cooked steaks! Oh, try the green beans. They are the bomb!

Food was fine, the wait (even after calling ahead)was a bit longer than said would be but that was ok too. Why I gave it a 3 star is that once the waiter finally took our order (15-20min after being seated)it was approx. an hour b4 our (chicken salads, chic strips, & burger w/fries). So basically spent 2 hrs of my day, cost me approx. $60. (Not including the $8. for 1 draft beer). Last but not least if you have any hip or back issues the seating there is not for you.The booth was our bad experience.

I don't know of a better place to get chicken, salmon and especially steak. It is seasoned so well and grilled perfectly. It's hard to think of a better place to go when I want a good piece of meat. And I'm not big on chili from a restaurant but pretty dang good chili here. Never disappointed and I always leave thinking why don't I come here more. Done.

Told an 60-70 wait. Coming in a 65 minutes told it will be another 15-30 minutes. Come in to be seated. 4 empty booths right around us without a single person at any of them.

We had to wait a bit due to haveing to have a specific table due to an immune deficiency. They took every precaution to ensure my safety. Our server Nate was amazing and very attentive. If we could give them a 10 star review we would.

We enjoyed our visit to this Texas Roadhouse. We went for lunch and they were a little busy, but we were still able to be seated immediately. The hostess grabbed a basket of yeast rolls for us and then took us to our booth. We ordered an appetizer that came promptly and ordered our food. I had a ribs and chicken tenders combo that was tasty but the ribs were a little overcooked, so there were a touch dry. My wife had the filet salad and the bite I tried was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server was very friendly and on top of our needs. All in all, it was a good experience.

Got there at 4:30. Was told 1hr and a half wait.Almost 3 hrs later we got in.Many tables empty all over Restaurant. 8 just in the little section we were sat in.We usually go to bar,have a nice drink while we wait. Was told we were not allowed to get a drink at bar because they were using it to seat people there.While we are waiting for the hostess to seat us a couple walked in and said they were going to the bar.They were told No also,but then they complained and they were lead straight to the bar. Once we got to our table it took approx 10 min.just to get drink and 30 min, later we got our salads.Was so disappointed in the whole thing. Steak was good, but Not worth the wait. Guess I'll have to find another place to have a good steak. Sad.and Disappointed

Love Texas Roadhouse. I am only giving 1 star for the fact that we were not able to get in. We did arrive at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and we were informed that there was a 2hr wait. Ensure to call ahead and place your name on the waiting list. Don't make the same mistake we did.
