Wow there is still a real mall open with stores still filling it. I was impressed with how much was still going on here. I've been all over and most malls are dieing out. It was nice to see they are doing good here.

Pretty crowded but the mall in plenty large enough to handle the traffic. Found the shoes I wanted at Champs. I was disappointed with FinishLine’s selection. It felt like the holidays in there! Two-story, great mall.

Very nice mall. Lots of stores/shops with very few vacant shops. Good location. Very clean. Food court with several food options. Kids play area. Can rent kid strollers that look like cars.

Would love for my toddler to be able to play here safely but no one follows the height requirements giant kids almost always have near misses of running into the kids who are smaller who are meant to be here. Disgusting. Parents follow the rules or stay out!!

This is a really nice mall. One of the nicer malls that I've been too, and they offer a ton of good stores for people of all ages and people who make be looking for all sorts of things. There's great restaurants in the areas too, and chances are you'll find what you're looking for if you come here. It's a pretty large mall and the stores themselves are huge on their own. They have department stores, general stores, and more. Glad we decided to stop here because I was able to get a lot of stuff at good prices from the stores I wanted. Only drawback would be that it's hard not to spend money if you come here.

I went to the Holiday preview lady Sunday. It was so much fun and everyone was so nice especially Wendy Beard Boron. Can’t wait to go back and finish my holiday shopping

This review is for hot topic. I was appalled at how I was treated in that store. An employee kept following me around and staring at me, then came up to me and kicked me out as I was admiring a pair of earrings. This is how you lose business I will not be returning.

It’s been a while since we have been to the mall, it was my Valentine’s Day treat for us to do together! No kids and getting out and about together, and the amount of people looked like was going to be overwhelming and it was not! The food court was a bit much, and not nearly enough tables to people to sit, and the ones that are left seat two , and families have 5 + people. We ate at Charlie’s ( was one of our favorite places to eat when we would go out to the mall when we lived way up North) so it’s nice having one here! And they still do great Buffalo chicken sub, as well as their cheesy fries! As for the stores as a whole , some of the stores had people who greeted us, but most of them didn’t say a word, on phones or just starring off into space we walked right infront of most of them and not a word. That just made us not as interested in shopping in that store , if you have no interest in helping us… we were looking for shoes for my husband… so that gives a better idea of the stores we started in . And the ones that did , didn’t have the size 12 in stock for Jordan’s. And we didn’t find anything for Pumas, so we struck out twice. We went into Victoria secret and had good deals , 7 undies for 35 and 5 dollars for perfume … to me all the kinds left didn’t smell very good and I don’t wanna smell like a floor cleaner😂🤦‍♀️ it smells good but not good enough to wear🤷‍♀️ no one helped us in there either. It was a busy place … nice that the fitting rooms are finally back open. And eww the “period undies “ ladies really?? They look terrible, and the whole idea is way to much for me . Yuck. To each is own , I guess. The build a bear 🐻 was super cute all the new ones out! Well worth checking out with your kids . The escolar’s on one end were broke so that was not good with my legs , it was walk up them or walk back to the other end and go up the stairs, we walked up them, and it was not fun. 🤦‍♀️but anyways the mall was clean , just didn’t seem to have a ton in the stores. My favorite thing we stopped at in the 3d puzzles! They said they float in the middle of the mall all over( never seen them before) but they are moving to a store. The puzzles all move with no screws, only rubber bands. There are so many cool one we got to see first hand them working! Oh I so want a big grandfather clock one! It’s something everyone should check out! And they have puzzles that are for ages 4 and up… getting harder as you go up… so cool! We can’t wait to do one! The lady was absolutely amazing and explained everything!

We just moved to the area from Arizona. We’ve already been down to this part of town probably a few times every day, but finally made it to this mall. It’s a nice mall that I think we’ll enjoy visiting more. Also, it wasn’t very busy, but then again we got there near closing time on a week day.

For my money, Hamilton Place is the best mall in East TN. Rarely will you find a closed down or empty store and the variety in shops is incredible. There's really not much that you can't find here. The parking lot is huge and we'll designed, providing plenty of close parking, including spots for recharging your electric vehicle. It's super easy to access from I-75 and just as easy to hop back onto the interstate when you are done shopping. They also offer a great variety of places to eat. Everything from "sit down" restaurants, to a large food court with almost any type of cuisine you might be craving. Everything here is great, but my favorite spot in the mall is the Barnes & Noble. It is huge and has an incredible selection of books, games, collectibles and much much more . So if you get the opportunity, take a trip to Hamilton Place and see all it has to offer for yourself!

Hamilton Place Mall is the best mall in the Chattanooga area! It has all the basic stores that a mall would have, and also several small businesses have made there way in, like a shoe store called, 96 Kicks I believe!! It has a great food court, and it's always clean and sanitized!! They enforce laws and rules here over kids being unsupervised without an adult is just not allowed after certain hours and certain days, they just want to keep a safe shopping environment for the customers, which I deeply appreciate with having my family there!!

This mall sucks because every time I go in after work to shop they tell me (this store closes in 15 mins) when the ONLINE HOURS say it’s open until 9pm. It’s honestly so frustrating. Hate it!

The rudest front desk I have ever spoken to... I called a month before my visit trying to cancel a reservation. Hung up on me mid-sentence,. Attitude was horrible and they were incredibly short and seemed irritated.

Very nice mall. It has the normal large department stores like JC Penny's & Dillard's, but I always head straight for Spencer's, Game Stop, & Hot Topic. There is a fairly large Victoria's Secret/ Pink store & also a large Bath & Body Works. It's best to visit on a weekday because weekends are very crowded, especially since Dave & Busters & The Cheesecake Factory was built. I imagine being in Chattanooga, Fri-Saturday night might be a little sketchy. I have heard of quite a few robberies in the area. If you are by yourself or with children, maybe go during the daytime, just to be safe. If you are hungry, there are many wonderful places to eat in and around the mall. The food court has many really amazing options. Japanese, Chinese, sushi, chicken, pizzeria, soft pretzels, cookies, subs, you name it. Hope this information helps 👍

This mall is certainly lively not dying, but I have noted that there usually aren't any shoppers in the Belks so I wonder how long that will stay open. There also are a couple of restaurants in the food court.

Best gift wrapping people I’ve ever dealt with. Very nice and patient with me as well. Especially for me coming last minute on Christmas Eve. Thank you for a great job!!🙏🏾

I always have a wonderful time at the mall, wish I could live at the mall in a hidden apartment.

Nice mall, would have given it 5 stars if they had any sitting room outside of the stores. Benches or any sitting area seemed to be few and far between.

Great shopping day here. Been coming for twenty years. Always clean and love the open environment

The food court was excellent and the restrooms were very clean. However, one of the food court employees needs to have a nicer attitude towards the customers. We were continuously bombarded with her rudely telling us things that were clearly her job to do. Other people in the mall seemed to be concerned about her too.

I was surprised at how many stores were in this mall. So many different kinds with great things to look at and buy. 2 levels with stairs and escalators. The food court was lacking, not much to choose from and not many bathrooms I saw. Great mall to visit.

Hamilton Place Mall has so many stores, options, food court, and benches to relax! The design of the Mall leaves one confused if visiting for the first time, unfortunately. However it is a great location and if need be, you will find other stores surrounding the area to fill your every wish. Highly recommend Hamilton Place Mall and the entire area for any shopping need!

This mall is fantastic! It's quite similar to the Mall of Georgia, with many of the same stores. The only downside is that the food court here is a bit smaller compared to the one at MOG. However, this mall is incredibly beautiful from every angle. I highly recommend paying it a visit. There are plenty of anchor stores to choose from. The only thing that might make it even better is adding a Forever 21, but overall, it's pretty close to perfect.

This mall seemed very clean. It also seemed respectively occupied. My husband and I went to visit it kill time. A lot of the stores we have at home. It was odd that Belk seemed to be split up around the mall. I have not seen that before. The roads around the mall were a little confusing, but I am not local to the area, so thankfully I was using my gps.

Clean and neat! Lots of variety in the shops, but do wish it were easier to get around in a more organized manner. Been here several times, and they have something for all… including foot traffic outside! It is fine though, and can be expected. Activities and more. Food court, and restrooms throughout the whole building. Go here if you want to have an amazing, but tiring day! It’ll be fun, you can almost promise. Staff is friendly too! In my book, it’s a win. But 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏆
