It is fair to say that I was a little intimidated by the engagement ring shopping process. I had an idea of what my girlfriend was looking for but no knowledge whatsoever in pricing, stones, shanks, etc,. I stopped by Kennedy Jewelers expecting to have a hard time finding something with a “WOW” factor in my budget. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and down to earth attitude that Jeremy and his staff displayed. They walked me through the process, helped me find a ring that I liked (and she loved), and kept it within my budget! Needless to say, she said yes when she saw the beautiful ring that they helped me order. I’m certain it was the ring that tipped her decision in my favor haha. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I made the mistake of purchasing an engagement set online and when I received the product, it was not quite what I thought I would be getting (or what I wanted). When I brought it in, Lori and Cheyenne were so helpful and kind! Lori even offered to clean a ring I was wearing for no charge! They fixed all of the issues I had with the ring, swapped the diamond in it for me, and had it ready just two days after I dropped it off. We will only be coming to this store for our future important purchases!

This was the most polite and courtesy I have ever been treated walking into a fine jewelry store in just my work clothes. I trade gemstones and precious metals. Emily was absolutely the sweetest rep I've ever encountered. She was knowledgeable and familiar with her employer's beautifully chosen selection of fine jewelry. Their prices are competitive and they seem to be committed to local sustainability upon any needs that must be outsourced. I look forward to meeting the owner next week. Initial meeting and work request went smoothly and was pleasant. Item was promised a few days after review and replacement stone ordered. Almost a month went by. No communication from them, I had to reach out several times. Jeweler got sick at some point was the story, but only after my inquiries. "It will be ready for pickup on Friday before close of business, we will let you know." Twenty minutes to 5pm and no call or message. I decided to drive to the store as this is the last day I can get the item before Christmas. I arrive at 5pm and find out it has not arrived yet. So I wait another 20 minutes which is after they are closed and it finally arrives. Paid and left. Ring looked great and price was decent. Owner has reached out and apologized for the lack of communication and promises to be better. A small local business deserves another shot, so another update when it happens.

This place was nice enough to solder my wedding set even though I didn’t purchase it from them. They were quick, price was more than reasonable, and everything turned out perfect. Highly recommend!

The service here is amazing! I was helping out my bff and brother (they're getting engaged). I went with my bff first and the staff helped us find the perfect ring and brought down the price. When I came again with my brother, they honored the price reduction and actually brought it lower as well! The environment is beautiful and comfortable, the staff doesn't try to convince you to buy something more expensive. The people there really make you feel like they care about your journey to find the perfect jewelry. They carry a beautiful collection of jewelry as well, but I was especially impressed by the service!

They were amazing at listening to my wants and found me an Absolutely gorgeous stone. I guess this jewelry store has enough customers already and do not want any new ones! Visited this store looking to upgrade my engagement ring to a new setting. Spoke with a few of the sales people and provided a few pictures from their website to show them what I was looking for. I provided my information and they said they would look up some options and get back with me via email or a phone call. That was 4 weeks ago and I have not received any communication at all from anyone here. Very disappointing!

I had a picture in my head of what kind of ring I wanted for my wife but wasn’t able to find exactly what I wanted in store. Working with Melody was fantastic! She took the time to listen to what I was imagining and translated my laymen’s terms into jewelry language and custom built the perfect band! She was courteous and patient, and not the least bit pushy or “sales-y”. I will absolutely be coming back for any future jewelry purchases.

They were not pushy in any way and worked within my budget. They were also able to get my ring almost 2 weeks prior to when I was expecting it and I was able to even move my proposal up because of their timeliness. The ring was perfect and my now fiance loves it!
