Got here at 5:30p waited in line behind one person for 10-15 minutes. Spoke with the store associate and he claimed it was too late for an oil change and to get my tires rotated when I’ve come between 5-5:30 twice before had no issues and was serviced quickly and they close at 7p. Claimed only “emergencies” are conducted at this time. There aren’t any cars being serviced at the moment.(see pic) People are just lazy and don’t want to do their jobs. Highly disappointed and will most likely be going somewhere else for oil changes and other auto services.

Walmart management literally just called the police on me for parking in their parking lot. I can't make this up--it wouldn't sell on shelves. There's no greater effort to indicate a professional security chode sitting at the battlestation.

Very nice walmart. Very large with alot of products. This walmart is very updated compared to alot of the other ones. There are no cash registers only self checkouts, and theu have plenty of self checkout spots so there is almost always one available which is great compared to waiting inline for a cashier. Masks are required. I would have given five stars had their coolers for drinks by the self checkouts been stocked but they were almost all completely empty. Which admittedly is probably not lile that all of the time, unfortunately thats just how it was when I was there. But nice walmart.

Two months ago I would had given this Walmart a 5 star rating. Buy the problem now is that I can never get an electric cart. I’m handicapped and can’t walk and push a buggy. And it appears that nothing is being done. The people working there are great and will do anything to help. But the person in charge of getting the carts working has fallen on their face. I’m now for some where else to shop

I’m from New England so I’m not used to a wal mart this large. They have everything you’d need. Even the cloths are better at this one. The folks that work here are ask very friendly.

I will not be back. Came here and picked out about $60 in items and at 6 pm they have no one on a register. Only self checkout which I don't use. What is upsetting about this is they have someone at front making sure we don't steal but cannot man a register.

On a volleyball trip needed some fold out chairs, I had Stadium seats….there it was, good ol walmart one stop shop ….we were victorious……. But the team lost #🏐networks

Easily the best Wal-Mart option in our area. They had the option for assisted checkout, which we needed today and we're happy to use.

This is not the store I usually shop at, but my experience this week with the electronics department was the best! A young man named Anthony helped me more than five other people could in a short time. My future electronics purchases from Walmart will be from this store and that employee. So grateful for the help.

It is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly. They were out of a few things that I needed. Some of the produce was starting to go bad. The cucumbers especially. The clearance items were priced to move.

Good prices as usual. Plenty of variety. When I went to store wasn't jam-packed which was nice. I think it was the first time I've ever been first in line at Walmart check out.

This is far the worst Walmart I've ever had business with. I would rather pay a bigger driver's tip or waste more gas to get my orders from another Walmart than deal with this one ever again. The store manager needs to be replaced with a manager that cares for their customers. Happy customers make happy employees. It is sad when even employees complain about the management at this location. I couldn't even get the GM or DM names and numbers for this location.

Piss poor management. More worried about maximizing profits than paying a livable wage or using the excuse of being over staffed knowing several departments are lacking the man power to properly handle the duties of they stack on employees without increasing pay

We order our groceries online, but every time we pick them up, it takes forever. Also, they bag everything up one item per bag, which makes it very aggravating when unloading. It's almost worth doing it yourself to avoid aggravation.

It was warmer outside, seriously it was no more than 50deg inside. Good thing, I didn't spend that much, too cold to shop there. I don't get my meds there anymore, always 2-10 pills short, I got them to count them with me watching. Left them, Food City is the best 👌

Avoid bathrooms at all costs! Not that I expected a Walmart bathroom to be clean, but you'd think it would at least not have feces on the ground and to be able to smell that from outside the bathroom doors like this one. Putting fancy lookin' faucets is like putting lipstick on a pig if nothing is clean...

We were checking out at the self checkout on Friday, June 9th at 8:15 pm. We needed assistance and the associate was chatting with a customer. I went to ask her for help and was completely ignored. A different customer saw my agitation and went to the associate to tell her we were waiting for assistance and she NEVER came.A young cashier finally came to assist. I told the younger cashier what happened and she blew me off. I am Black and I would hate to think that had anything to do with this. But I was NOT happy with the service. She was an older white lady.

I wandered around the entire back of the store looking for an associate to assist in issuing a fishing license. When I finally found someone wearing the Walmart vest, they dodged me and dipped into the back room doors. It's walmart though and they suck. Good thing I didn't need anything else from back there, I would have had to help myself.

Anthony in electronics obviously has an issue with waiting on customers. We tried to compliment his cap he ignored us. I tried to ask about strait talk phone and the 3 month activation and he said he couldn't sale us that phone and didn't know when the people who sold phones would be back in the store. I will come back tomorrow and see the store manager. It takes very little to be nice to someone!

Oh I love this Walmart. The people are so kind and the people at the deli are willing to make you the desert you’re looking for if they run out. The bathrooms are so nice when they’re clean and the mirrors are perfect for pictures.

The store wasn't crowded, the lines weren't long and the cashier was incredibly helpful. A toy rang up more than the price on display and he had no problem coming over and fixing it. If you have to go to Walmart go to this one!

Shopped at 10:30am. A lot of employees with carts and wagons in the aisles, putting up new stock. Maybe fewer night people now, to keep costs low ? But well maintained and clean. A lot of self-serve checkouts as compared to cashiers. More than my hometown Walmart.

This has to be the worst Walmart I’ve gone to. I’m handicapped and need the electric carts to get around the store. But what carts that aren’t left broken they allow anyone to play with them or abuse them while the disabled are left without. Instead of just opening up more cash register lines they took them out and replaced them with self checkout machines. Now it takes even longer to check out. There are very hardworking people here, the problem is the management.

Has the nicest manager at the self checkouts at night and the nicest girl that was wearing a head wrap. They were amazing!🧡💖 The store barely had any of the less expensive lightbulbs for my car. The people that work in the automotive section are top notch getting you in and out so quickly.

It's your average Walmart. The bathrooms are usually clean, and staff are usually helpful. My wife usually finds decent deals here. We tend to have no problems. This Walmart is fully automated for check-out, which is nice too.

8/26/22 - This is the 2nd visit in a row that items scanned higher than the item price displayed. The 1st time it happened, the Supervisor suggested that I write down the price posted on my list and compare them to the scanned price. Great suggestion. Out of 11 items purchased today, 6 scanned at a higher price, anywhere from 30 cents to over $2.00. AJ was most helpful to correct all over charges. Customers on each side of me were experiencing the same problem but said they do not take the time to get it corrected unless the over charge is more than .50.

After realizing I left some items at the store on Saturday I called the store 8 times without a single call being answered. Decided to call on Sunday and I selected electronics. Darla listened to my concerns, gave her thoughts and suggestions inorder to get things corrected and taken care of. I couldn't be happier with her kindness and great customer service. This store seriously needs more people like her! Thanks Darla!!!

They always have a better selection of items that the other walmarts do not have. The walmart in Dayton, TN did not have any St. Patricks Day things, but this walmart did.
