Was surprised to see Sirloin steak on menu so I had to try it. Great portion size, perfectly cooked medium rare and as tasty as I have ever gotten from chain steakhouse. Plus, our server, Madison, was simply a delight. Liked it so much we came back the next day and asked for her. My wife had the Rainbow Trout and she said it was excellent also. Best meals for the money I have had in awhile!

The lemon pepper Trout was great. My grandson enjoyed it very much. I tried the Strawberry cheesecake pancakes and they were just as delicious. My husband tried the Mama's breakfast. We enjoyed our supper and the staff were very polite.

Absolutely worst CB experience of all time. I hope this was a 1-off and not the new norm. Arrived and was seated immediately. 15 minutes until waitress arrived. Legit drinks after 10 minutes and probably 30 minutes until food arrived. Had ordered a hamburger steak, fried apples and dumplings. Usually good stuff, not yesterday. Food had been under heat lamp until dumplings were dry and in a lump, hamburger steak was hard as a rock, and it was a preformed 1/4 lb party and not the 1/2 lb I had ordered. Could not eat the meal. Totally inedible. The first manager was no help, after the second complaint she disappeared into the kitchen and never came out again. A 2nd manager came out, waived the charge, but never received an explanation other than they only had 2 cooks. Cooking wasn’t a problem. Service was. Had lots of waitstaff, but they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than waiting tables. I would recommend this particular store be closed

Great service with a Southern country atmosphere! The sirloin I had this time was cooked perfect. Sweet potato was amazing. Stephanie and her daughter are amazingly great servers!💖💖🙂 Highly recommend this restaurant for this area.

The food was fresh and great. Our server was ok at best. She only had one other table besides us (and we were just a party of 2) and we barely saw her. When I asked for the check, it took her 20 minutes and a reminder to get it to us. I was going to ask for a dessert to go, but I was worried we'd be there all night, so I changed my mind.

Was seated quickly. Service was on time and polite. Food was really good. Everyone enjoyed our food. Biscuits were good. Store was clean and restrooms were clean. Over all good.

I stayed across the street at the Fairfield and was tired of the same old hotel breakfast so I ordered a big country breakfast. It was sooooooo good and the store was decorated beautifully. I didn't realize they sold records! They had a bunch of seasonal and holiday decorations out as well. I love this store. You'll be impressed!

Usually great. Today, almost 2 hour wait, stale biscuit, hard piece of chicken in pot pie. Server was attentive. But no offer to financially refund any part of meals cost. Just extra basket of biscuits and cornbread, without jelly.

Always love eating at Cracker Barrel but this visit was exceptional. Braley did an amazing job serving my large family, the food was very well prepared and served in a timely manor. Conveniently located near Hotels and supplies plenty of parking for combination vehicles.

So the food is what you would expect at a chain like this. Factored into the score, the rating should be more like 3.5 stars. The service we received on the other habd is second to none, and that's why this place gets 5 stars. I forget our waitress' name, but she was young, about 5' tall, black ethnicity, hair length a little past shoulders. If you know who you are, thank you. You made my day and made us feel valued.

I want to give Luca the sever 5 stars but the restaurant as a whole gets 1. The food was average, the service sucks if you’re African American. I don’t recommend for people of color whatsoever they make that known. It sucks for Cracker Barrel because it already gives that persona. Luckily I live in Florida and they hide their racism a little better.

Me and my family went to eat dinner and our waiter came and got our orders and then disappeared for a long amount of time after giving us our sucks and appetizer. We had to ask a waitress to see what is happening, because we waited an hour or more for our food. We got our food and it did not look fresh, but had been sitting in the kitchen for quite some time. Our food was somewhat warm, but we didn't want to complain about that. One of my family members couldn't finish his meal and was stuck in the bathroom most of the time from the food. Had to get him some stomach medicine from down the road. Next morning (today 9/20) we all are sick and going to the bathroom a lot. I definitely would not recommend eating at this location if they serve food that causes food poisoning. Bad service for the food service, but the service in the shop was great and absolutely loved looking around and bought some gifts for my others family members. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE AT THIS LOCATION! I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND ATTENDING THE GIFT SHOP!

I had back surgery today and ordered 2 meals for my family to pick up. I ordered turkey and dressing with sides and a fried chicken salad. The turkey and dressing plate was almost empty and the food was not up to Cracker Barrel standards or my standards. I am truly disappointed in our local CB. Just because food is picked up, there isn't any reason it should be different in portion size and serving quality. I had craved this turkey and dressing all day.

The Cracker Barrel in Tifftonia, TN is one of our favorites. It sits on a hill off Interstate 24 and Hwy. 11. The traffic isn't too bad when getting in or out. The food was fresh and delicious, but their menu has changed and some of my favorite things are off the menu. Great service and attentive servers. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere is unique to Cracker Barrel.

I was meeting my family but they went to another place. The staff of Cracker Barrel was so gracious and understanding. I missed all the great food. Love the Christmas decorations.

I'll give them a low score because the management there was awful. They had people waiting for 2 hours in line and one dining room was almost completely empty. I don't know who the manager is but somebody needs to reevaluate them. I've been to restaurants with a lot lower staff a lot and they have better service than that and not make people wait. We did not eat. We waited for 30 minutes and people was leaving and they still told us that it was going to be 2 hours with people leaving and one dining room completely empty

We stopped in today for lunch on a whim and left full with food to go! Both service and food were top tier! Our waitress Patricia went above and beyond for us keeping drinks full and our table cleared of unused dishes. Overall it was a great cracker barrel experience. We will definitely be back next time we're passing through!

We had the best waitress tonight and I just feel the need to share this! We had a late supper so not wanting any fast food we turned to our Cracker Barrel on Birmingham Hwy and Sheila greeted us in the most cheerful way and made sure we had everything we ordered and it was all correct, our drinks were filled without going dry our food was hot and fresh this was probably one of the best experience’s we have had out in a restaurant in a very long time! Again thank you Cracker Barrel and hats off to Sheila for making us feel special!!

Even though the store was extremely, busy and loud, the waitress was very nice and patient, she had our food out promptly. People that work this hard in the food industry should be rewarded with a decent tip. We left her a good one.

Staying at a hotel walking distance to this particular Cracker Barrel. I ordered online two pot pies. One with biscuits and the other with cornbread. They said :30 minutes until done so I walked over then and it was waiting on me to pick up. The order was correct and the pot pies were freaking great!! Something different for a change and enjoyed it. Very nice staff as well.

We came here for the Christmas heat and serve meal. We have always cooked our own Christmas dinner in the past so this was our first experience. This year everyone was stretched thin and this seemed like the best choice for me to feed our family and not sacrifice the home-cooked quality. Needless to say, it was the perfect amount of food and the instructions were spot on. We did have to go inside to let them know we were there because no one came out initially and they were super busy. All in all, it was perfect and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed it. Great idea! Thank you for making our Christmas low stress and very enjoyable. We appreciate the service!

Loved this place. Service was excellent. Food was delicious and perfect quantity. People were especially friendly. It was a pleasure to stop and eat here! Location is excellent. Just off the highway! The store had a great variety of items and well priced. Worth stopping here.

Excellent service!! Food came out fast, hot, and well prepared. Waiter Joseph is exceptional! He is friendly, helpful, and does an excellent job. Brought refills without being asked. We have not always had good service at other Cracker Barrels before. Here it was great and Joseph made the difference!! Thanks!!

Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite places to eat because of the variety and old fashioned type meals. It is hard to find a quality meal for a good price but I can always count on Cracker Barrel! I had the fried cod and it was delicious! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant! The staff is amazing as well, they are very polite and my cup was never empty!

Had a great breakfast at this location today. Our server was Chance, and she was fantastic. First time trying the peach mimosa, ended up having two! My Country Boy meal, eggs were just as I asked. Although it was crowded which was expected for a Saturday morning, wait was only about 10 minutes. Will most definitely visit again soon.

Wife and I tried Saturday morning to have breakfast there. Waited an hour for a standard menu order. We left. Ate out of a sack since we had things to do. Tried again on Sunday and the experience was much better. Server was attentive, food on time etc. Please for the love of God turn the music down. My main gripe with this place is it's so loud. ugh. Food is pretty good but I'll only eat here about annually.

Busy as always on a Friday night but got a table quick. Service was a little slow but still good food was wonderful.

As all others I have been to it was wonderful. The store part was a tiny bit bigger then others. But understandable for the location it was in. My dear mil was with us this visit and loved her dark meat chicken. And finds most grilled white meat to be to dry for her taste. Not this time. The sauce and everything was perfect for this trip. A smile all through dinner

Food is always great! But they could use more servers. It's usually very busy my shortest wait time to be seated has been close to 30 minutes and the longest, close to an hour. Then about 15 minutes to be tended to after being seated. Then another 30 minutes for food to be served. 😐 I will try to come by there during non traditional meal times. But I love coming here!

As is our tradition, we seek out a Cracker Barrel when we stay some where. We liked this one. Better than most I’d say. In our Top 3. First place will be hard to beat.
