Well managed laboratory, accurate and on-time reports. My mom has visited several times and she says that she is satisfied with their service, so I guess it deserved a 5 🌟.

I came at your centre first time for my wife's pregnancy ultrasound last week and referred by from phoenix hospital over there are two sisters are present at that time they said us fill the form and give me your I'd but we have no hard copy but we have soft copy of I'd in our phone we told her take it that in online way but they us like in poor way and murmuring to each other for us like they have not carry hard copy how they are careless people and so on...After that they said us sign on blank paper at both sides of pages we told her we can't do that... firstly you print on it something whatever you want to print as per your guidelines but they said us you signed it for PNDT purpose and for your I'd..At lastly we did it whatever they (both) want us; I hope you being understand what I want to being tell you Doctor... Please tight your lady sisters and give her knowledge about to how to deal with patients and on other side I'll complaint for this blank signed paper in PNDT office and for bad behaviour also... I'm very disappointed with your lady staff, I felt like I'm stand in very backward area not in Porche area! Very bad behaviour of your lady sisters staff....!

I would suggest this centre and Dr. Jolly for his competence, help, kindness, discreetness and empathy.Also his secretary was so nice and friendly. Very nice, clean place and easy to get to. Highly recommend.

Doctor jolly is well experienced & used to explain everything all through the process.. Quick Appointment, well maintained & everynow & then they used to keep everywhere neat and clean compare to any other centers... Staff are too nice and kind... Overall am happy with their service..

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 1. Don’t expect them to book an appointment for you ( they will not do it ) . I called them to ask whether we can go directly to which they replied no you cannot come here without an appointment, when we reached there was no records of any appointment due to which we had to wait for very long. 2. They will not assist you with anything, neither will the inform you about anything ( you will have to check everything on your own) i went there with my wife for her ultrasound and she had consumed water for the ultrasound and we kept waiting there for an hour and she had to hold onto peeing, when she asked for how much more should she be waiting, they said why are you holding on to peeing it is not required in pregnancy 3. They have irresponsible and arrogant reception staff ( they will misbehave with you if you question them more than once ) which is totally not accepted EXTREMELY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT -5
