Dr Varun Rai, Consulting Neonatologist, Cloudnine Kailash Colony, New Delhi I visited the Doctor for my son's vaccination and was extremely impressed with the level of care and service we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and caring making us feel at comfortable. Dr Varun Rai explained in detailed about my son's vaccine was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. The facility itself was awesome ! Overall, I highly recommend Cloudnine Kailash Colony, New Delhi Hospital for anyone in need of Mother and Child care. Hospital exceed my expectations overall.

Thanks to Nursing staffs ( Kavita, Himanshi, Pragya, Avantika and Kajal), Housekeeping GDA staffs ( Sonam, Sunita, Deepa, Ravi and Rajan) , Claim Therapist Aarti and FnB team(Rajeev and Varsha) One thing which was noticeable was behaviour of security staff named LAXMI at NICU . She was very soft spoken and polite and at the same time she was strict for security guidelines and hygiene things.

My wife has some minor surgery in Cloud 9 Kailash Colony hospital. It’s a wonderful hospital with very cooperative staff. Strongly underline that there is absolutely no bureaucracy, all the papers were filled in our room only. Special mention to nurse Vibha ji for taking utmost care for my wife. And Madhu ji for taking care of us, all the time.

My experience with hospital is horrible. As, my doctor joined cloud nine due to which I started visiting my doctor here. But due to some reasons, doctor moved back to her old hospital. I paid advance in cloud nine for delivery and at that time they were chasing us like anything. Now, I am telling them we came here because of doctor only and if she is not there and I am in my last month of pregnancy I can’t move my case to some other doctor then they were like ma’am we can give you additional discounts and all for your delivery. Hospital needs to understand if the person is under one doctor for entire tenure of pregnancy then how come we can rely on some other doctor for delivery. Now, we have done multiple calls and follow-ups to return our advance and the hospital doesn’t even have courtesy to respond us back. They are just making money and focusing on their revenue. I won’t ever recommend cloud nine to anyone in my near future.

The entire staff has been very kind and supportive. I would like to appreciated Dr. Neena . She is a master at her work and so humble, caring and a very reachable doctor. Right from the admission till the checkout I have had an absolute smooth journey. The in-room massage was very relaxing and the therapist was good. The nurses are very caring and dutiful. The administrative staff was also very helpful and are doing their job well. Overall I had an excellent in patient experience.

We came to Cloud9, Kailash Colony fr our second child and I must say I am extremely Happy that we chose Cloud9. The Overall experience was nothing short of Heavenly(no wonders the name ‘CloudNine’). The doctors and specially the Support staff is so helpful, prompt and knowledgeable that we felt like home. I am surely recommending CloudNine to all my friends.

We had wonderful experience. As all the delivery went smooth the staff was so much cooperative and Helpful. And there good cleaniness standard and well discplined enviroment. The sister palak was helpful and nicely handled the new born baby. The GDA staff Sushma, Poonam, Khushbu and Rajan (Housekeeping) did a very nice job with a excellent proffessional attitude. The secuity staff Laxmi Devi was also cooperative and very sweet spoken lady.
