The new property so rooms are clean and nice. But they have equipment in the room which does not work like a speaker, mini freeze, loose wire on the wash room ceiling. But must say the staff is not at all helpful and very rude especially two ladies at the reception. They do not know what hospitality is. They pass comments , no empathy. Do not recommend this hotel.

Pathetic . Please do not avail rooms here. Poor ventilation smelly rooms , the beds quite old and literally has a bend in the midddle.

Nice hotel, little confusing rooms are difficult to find. Also main lift was not working at my time so had issues with climbing 3 flights of stairs

Rooms are small but good, should provide a bathroom kit, Bathroom is very small. No kitchen in the hotel and guest have to arrange their food.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic getaway as a couple. I would definitely give it 5 stars and highly recommend it to others looking for a great hotel experience.

Worst experience ever! Totally not the worth of 2500rs . Too over priced! In which we got a rude receptionist with zero sense of talking! Even i mean for a small wifi issue he wasn’t helping at all! When I checked my room it had an odour issue and exhaust fan wasn’t working ! I asked him for another option, where he denied to offer me any other room! I mean i paid the full amount also! Where i had to adjust with a bad room of course and had to tackle with their rude behaviour also! What a shame in the name of hospitality!

Worst Experience. It does not worth for money. Facilities are not good. Rooms and Bathrooms were not clean. I have booked room with Breakfast. On the name of Breakfast they served some parathas in the room. I end up paying Rs 800 extra for that. Booking sites does not provide correct review and information regarding hotels. Be Careful while selecting.
