Like another reader said, this store is filthy. I actually sent a direct message to Corporate. I visited at 9 am on a weekday.. I had surgery a few days prior, had just left the doctor's, and wanted something refreshing to drink. Immediately upon entering, I noticed the dirty rug at the entrance. The store was just honestly filthy. This tells me that no one cleaned this place the night before. But as dirty as everything else is, I dont believe this place gets cleaned frequently. The chairs were filthy, the floors, the counters, just gross. I am not sure if this store is an individually owned and operated franchise, but irregardless, Smoothie King's name is what people see, and this is their brand. I don't understand how a business or business owner sells healthy drinks with their store looking like this?  It makes me wonder how clean it is behind the counters. I felt the young man preparing the drinks should have also been wearing disposable gloves as well.

Nice staff but dirty, disorganized, and gnats. It is like a hang out spot and no professionalism. Again, the staff is nice they just need mentoring but long nails, no gloves, touching register, and no handwashing is just gross. Also whenbu see the filth machines and countertop you will certain u-turn.

One the place was very dusty and just eyesight filthy.. But I did drive out my way to get 2 smoothies. When this place opened up it was a fait besides the fact that it was clean but the smoothies tasted very good. So now fast forward besides the fact the place is filthy both of the Did not taste good at allsmoothies did not taste good at all+!!! Very disappointing and a waste of money. Come on now,you all can do better than this clean the place up have pride not only in the environment but also in the environment but also in the smoothies

Unfortunately this Smoothie King doesn't seem clean inside and the majority of the staff were rude for no apparent reason. The woman who made our smoothie was nice and she greeted us kindly, but the one taking our order was just rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by buying smoothies... we were the only customers in the place too. She looked very unhappy and her tone of voice was not friendly at all. Smoothies were good but it doesn't matter cuz we left out of there thinking "what did we do to her??" LOL.

This Smoothie King isn’t clean at all. I also order a curbside pick up order and the instructions in the app said to call once I arrived but no one picked up the phone. I called no one answered. Waited a few minutes then called several times again. So I decided to go inside and it smelled horrible and once I asked for the order it wasn’t even ready. I didn’t go inside until 5 minutes after the pickup time. I ended up requesting a refund because of the simple fact that the placed smelled like rotten fruit.

Good experience. They have loads of options to choose from. They also have good healthy options and meal replacement type smoothies as well. Xena is awesome. Very kind and has amazing customer service skills. I'll definitely be back.

What is wrong with some of the people that work there? If you are not happy with your job or your life I understand, but “We as customers” don’t deserve that, why should I go to a place to spend my money where the people that work there has an attitude and don’t treat you nicely. Be grateful 🙌🙏 that you have a job, if you don’t like it just quit but treat others like you want them to treat you. 💕

Poor service. They list hours as closing at 7:30. I pull up at 7:10 and they lock thedoors and went to the back to never come back. So I just went to Tropical Cafe Smoothie 2 blocks away. There was another car that pulled up beside me and they ended up doing the same as me. Business lost!

I was unsure about what would fit my taste and had not had anything from Smoothie King before..Jaden took the time to go over my possible interest. Thank you the taste experience and my satisfaction was complete

First experience today it was great the store associate was awesome ans the smoothie was good. Took my youngest boy with me he love his smoothie too.

Wish I could get my money back the smoothie was great but the store was terrible looking.

I normally come to this smoothie king a few times a week. The customer service is normally just okay but today it was extremely bad. The staff did not greet you when entering the store or even when placing your order they just looked at you as to say what do you want. 4-5 people came in after me and ordered smoothies as well and were all given their orders before me and they were not online orders. When I asked what order they were filling orders because I didn’t understand how people who ordered after me were given their smoothies before me, no one responded

Ah now I have 5 $2 rewards on the app there are no combined offers and the damn app won't let me use them on my order. Why give any rewards if it's made so you can't even use them!?

Don’t know the gentleman’s name but he was wearing all black. I want to congratulate you on the least amount of professionalism I’ve seen in a long time. Arrived at 8:42PM to get a quick smoothie and his head Instantly drops and starts mumbling. Then wants to start throwing things around and keep mumbling. The weirdest part about It was indirectly making it very clear he didn’t want my girlfriend and I in there. (I get it you wanna go home but 3 minutes and an extra blender clean isn’t gonna end the world my boy). The company made the doors stay open until 9, not me.. Then gets the size wrong and gets another attitude making the correct one. I don’t leave reviews but you earned one today.

Nasty! three flies attacked me while I was in the line waiting for 20 minutes, understaffed, rotten fruit, sloth employees, never again will I go to this store

So smoothies have become part of my daily routine when going to work and school…before I would say 1 month ago I delighted coming to this store…I’ve been trying to catch the manager but have not been able to to let him know that the few people he has hired within these last two months SUCK!! My smoothies do not taste the same the females have ear plugs in when taking my order (which is why they probably can’t get my order right) the consistency of the smoothies are watery and I just get frustrated given instructions when I’m in a rush and have ordered online. The two young boys ARE THEE BEST! I try to tip them every time I come in and they’re there. However when I come in now if I don’t see them I turn around. I hope management sees this and appreciate my concern for a change in employees!!

I normally love Smoothie King, but today’s staff made my experience less than memorable. The staff working today were not friendly and seemed reluctant to take my order. They also seemed annoyed with the fact that I changed my order. Management, please incorporate more customer service training to your staff and possibly offer an incentive for your workers who successfully implement proper customer service.

Manager/owner, always angry and rude to the customers, store filthy, sticky layers of dirt by the toppings, Never follows recipes on the menu. Not worth the money for canned fruits mixed with some water.

The best Peanut Power Plus I’ve had at any smoothie king. I highly recommend this location.
