Staff was good... Service was good.. and place is just awesome

Recently visited KFC located in Amritsar Pathankot highway and food was delicious. It has lived upto the standard of its name and doesn’t require too much amplification. Sharing of some glimpses of the food we had there. Smoky grilled is best and I personally like veg zinger above all.

I was with ny fanily and it was 9.30 PM...there wasnt much crowd. We ordered Biryani and burgers. The biryanis were good until we found a dead fly at the bottom. We complained and the staff just gave us another rice bowl without an apology.

In a best location near reliance petrol pump the quality of food is maintained and good taste also chicken is very good in taste little bit need to improve this kfc is new and neet and clean i when I visit here so many people take her order and dining here Need some improvement like more staff need and no delay in order and takeaway from This kfc is in on highway

I recently visited KFC and had a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the fries, I was disappointed with the taste of the smokey grilled chicken. It simply did not suit my taste buds. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that dips were not available and I was given only a packet of tomato sauce. Despite the mixed experience, I appreciate that KFC offers a variety of menu items to choose from, and the fries were a standout dish for me. However, it would be great if the restaurant could improve their selection of condiments and dips, as this can enhance the overall dining experience for customers. Overall, I think KFC has potential to offer a better experience to its customers with some improvements to their menu and condiment selection.

Drive in people were totally clueless. Took almost half an hour to deliver the order, that too after first giving me the order of the car behind me. I don't know about the dine in, but my advice is to go in the restaurant and order take away instead of Drive in.

The quality of food is deteriorating day by day. The hot and crispy chicken was oily and overcooked. There were flies wandering around which indicates lack of cleanliness. Given the location of the KFC next to a major highway quality should be their prime concern.

Overall service was good. Food is always nice. Just that the washroom is never maintained.

Just stopped there with my buddies and took us almost 25 min to get are order in drive through and lady was telling us to be fast , try to improve your service, never coming back there

Such a prestigious chain of kfc But service is soooo poooor of this location, especially staff who attend was so over clever, I tried new launch but seriously my experience was ridiculous,was excited about chizza,but presentation was 😡🤬 I feel awkward sharing this feed back but this was not expected from kfc chain. NEED IMPROVEMENT. Otherwise, kfc is 💕. Do a favour for others especially who will try new launches.

Every KFC restaurant has Little bit different taste of fried chicken and Smokey Grilled. I liked the above said chicken recipes more at Mall Of Amritsar than the KFC situated at Kathunangal Toll Plaza near Amritsar. I visited again today on dated 21-10-2023 and enjoyed their food.
