TL;DR: Ab-so-lute-ly fantastic service. Very good rooms and hospitality. This hotel is in our top 5. Super! How fantastic. We had a problem during our travel and stranded at this hotel in the middle of the night. First off all it was not a problem checking in. The checkout time was a bit more flexible, but not too-too much (+1 - 1.5h), which was good. Then our car had a problem. We could park our car there and continue our trip on another way. Not a problem. In the morning, cleaners begin around or even before 09:00 or something? This is a little bit noisy looking at the time, but the rooms are very clean. The rooms are big enough for two persons. Enough space, minibar, free stuff for clothes, closet, and a good bed. Not too hard but definitely not soft, which is very good. The rooms are very clean and the blinds make them dark enough. A quite big shower with "rain". Water very warm as well and it stays warm. We did not check the breakfast, so can't judge to that. Maybe another time.

Sehr modernes und angenehmes Ambiente. Ein exzellentes 3 Sterne Hotel, welches für diese Kategorie keinen Wunsch offen lässt und darüber hinaus sehr viel zu bieten hat. Wir haben zu dritt hier übernachtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und bedanken und für das leckere Frühstück. An der Rezeption wurde sehr gutes Englisch gesprochen und die Zimmer sind sauber, hochwertig und Stilvoll

Came to Poland for a friend's wedding close to Chelm. We found Hotel Edels which was very convenient. Their rates were incredible and the included breakfast was with various options. Staff too were very welcoming and belpful. Would definitely recommend.

Normally a quiet hotel, even though it is right next to a petrol station. Menu could do with some meat options.

I stayed here for 3 nights the rooms were very nice, up to date and modern. Very good for a three star hotel. The staff were polite and friendly some spoke very good english. They even sent me an email before I arrived letting me know there was going to be a wedding on one of the nights of my stay. It wasn't a problem I slept very well For Breakfast there was a great selection, Hot- eggs,fried and scrambled, sausages fried and boiled and omelettes Cold- a selection of meals, cheeses, vegetables, boiled eggs and bread plus fruit and cereal. Drinks- tea, coffees(from a frash machine) and fruit juices and water I would stay here again

Wir konnten spät abends sehr kurzfristig buchen. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Sehr sauber , bequeme Betten und das Frühstücksbuffet hat überzeugt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr sauber, nettes Pesonal, sehr modern eingerichtet, leckeres Essen im Restaurant und große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gutes Preis und Leistungsverhältnis!

Unterkunft selbst war voll in Ordnung. wochentags bestimmt angenehm. Als Durchreisender am Wochenende nicht tragbar. Nach Ablauf des freien Rücktrittermins.e-mail erhalten, das Party ansteht und es etwas lauter werden könnte. Es war unerträglich, kein Schlaf. In Polen, an Wochenenden wohl oft üblich. Für Durchreisende nicht tragbar. So darf man kein Zimmer vergeben.
