I
honestly
didn’t
think
a
gym
would
be
capable
of
such
a
great
feel
of
community.
I’ve
always
fallen
into
the
category
of
going
to
a
commercial
gym
for
a
few
weeks
maybe
a
month
or
2
tops,
pretend
to
work
out,
run
on
the
treadmill,
maybe
attend
a
class
or
2
and
hate
every
minute
of
it
till
I
cancel
my
membership.
Rinse
and
repeat.
Faction
is
built
differently
though.
As
soon
as
you
walk
into
the
door
you
are
greeted
by
the
trainers
who
are
super
knowledgable,
patient
and
most
importantly
for
me.
Encouraging!
They
explain
each
session
in
detail
before
the
start
and
demonstrate
all
the
exercises,
showing
you
levels
of
easy
to
hard
so
you
can
start
at
a
level
what
suits
you
but
if
they
think
you
are
capable
of
more,
they’ll
encourage
you
to
push
yourself
further
but
will
also
provide
ways
of
making
it
easier
if
needed.
I’ve
been
going
for
3
weeks
now
and
already
seeing
a
difference,
I
lost
around
6
pounds
in
my
first
week
and
see
myself
becoming
stronger
with
each
session.
I
managed
3
sets
-
16
reps
of
east/west
push
ups
in
the
last
session
and
the
reaction
from
both
trainers
was
super
motivating,
it
just
makes
you
want
to
keep
pushing
yourself.
All
egos
left
at
the
door
as
well
as
all
the
members
I’ve
met
so
far
are
super
friendly
and
the
more
confident
ones
are
as
encouraging
as
the
trainers.
It
honestly
feels
more
like
a
team
sport
then
a
gym
session
