$72.00, picked up order, that was ordered online on their website at the Union road restaurant. Meal was subpar & not edible for the money, many items requested were not provided with the meal despite being charged. The $16.00 burger pictured, was burnt, the bacon was burned and hard. It tasted like it was microwaved after laying under a heat lamp all day, unable to chew. They were not accommodating when called to request a refund. Food portions were small and definitely deceptive as their online menu and pictures were far from what our meals were. All the food was ice cold. This place serves overpriced garbage. Would not recommend.

I meant to share this much sooner. Humongous and an amazing burger joint! Our server was incredible for paying attention to the small details, like a sauce on the side and the modifications for my boyfriend and I. I'll return again when I'm craving a damn good burger!

Absolutely love Rock Burger!! Been rocking with them and going there since they FIRST opened. Not this location either, the OG Location!!! Used to drive a solid 30 mins for this delicious food and was never let down then either. When I found out they were opening in Cheektowaga, you know I went every day of the launch week! Hahaha and still to this day everytime it's phenomenal. I always try something different but also always love going back to that damn Doritos Dreamboat! 🐐👑🤤 Also shout out to them for not price hiking insanely high like some of the other favorite wild food joints have recently

Food was amazing! I had the Double Classic Rock Burger with fries and the Loaded Rock Tots. Burger was cooked nicely, juicy but not sloppy, the veg was good, with an ideal amount of sauce. The fries were perfect! Crisp, hot, fresh, magic. Both were the best I've had in the Buffalo area. The tots were really good, too. Just a warning! It's A LOT of food - it's basically a meal. Couldn't finish what I ordered. Thankfully the fries were still awesome later. My friend took the tots home, he liked them still when reheated. The dining area is modest, a handful of tables and a handful of booths. There's a TV playing sports. Inside was very wheelchair accessible. Going in the door was a bit bumpy but far from the worst offender in the area. Staff was attentive and polite, happy to have them again. Definitely coming back!

Stopped by after reading reviews online. Wasn’t sure what we were getting into but so happy we stopped! Burgers were great! So many choices it was hard to decide! They are stuffed and cooked to order, (don’t have to get stuffed but happy we did) Honestly, it was possibly the best burger I have ever had and I am a burger lover!

First time here and loved it. The Tightrope Walker and Barrel Chaser were our burgers, and OMG! Hot and tasty. The fries were crispy with a Cajun seasoning. There are other choices. Stuffed burgers are awesome and we are glad we stopped by. We will be back!

Very good stuffed burger, able to get a gluten-free bun which was fantastic. Plain fries weren't that interesting, I would try the seasoned fries next time. Service was friendly, would recommend

It was amazing. It was our first time there. Best burgers we had in a very long time . Husband said it was awesome . Burgers were huge. The 716 burger was great. We definitely will be returning

I have to say if you are looking for an off the wall burger they really have a little of everything I enjoy the Doritos explosion cool ranch stuff burger with the crab Rangoon rock rolls These rolls were amazing with a nice sweet heat sauce I definitely will have them again next time oops did I say next time hell yeah 👍, I give this place an 8.1 out of 10 Luna's .

First time at rock burger, always have drove passed & never gave it a try- so glad we came in, the food was yummy! Onion rings were a bit over cooked but I’d rather it be that than undercooked & soggy , wings were good, didn’t like the ranch much but that’s subjective , tatortots could be better with a cheese sauce on the side - burger was huge my partner got full halfway through! Very nice lady took care of us, didn’t really understand how it worked though at first , you seat yourself , the server takes your order & brings it out - but then you go up & pay- but once you figure that out it’s easy peasy ! 8/10 would recommend !

Wow, totally impressed! Didn’t know what to expect after reading that insane menu but I am not disappointed. Buffalo Wing Dipper in pics, oof so delicious I’m speechless. Fabulous, friendly wait staff. 5 stars!!

It was delicious! We were able to make our own burgers literally however we wanted them I'll definitely go back again! The only little thing we didn't like is the music was so loud in there you could barely hear one another but other then that it's a great food joint!

We got the loaded tatertots as an appetizer they were amazing and a large portion. Then 3 stuffed burgers and their rolls for desert everything including the service and atmosphere was great. And very quick service probably 10 to 15 minutes from when we sat down till we started getting food

Always nice people, always good food, and they take good care of their customers. They even wrote me a note when they accidentally made a full-sized burger when I ordered the 1/4 lb. They could have charged me or remade it, but they didn't. My friends from out-of-state love it here, too!

Tried them during Restaurant Week and the whole family loved it. The food was great, if a bit messy, and very reasonably priced. Service was great and the wait staff very friendly and understanding of our toddler's needs. The "fun bun" feels a little gimmicky but is legitimately fun and a unique feature to try. Will definitely be going to Rock Burger again!
