My experience here was excellent from start to finish! Definitely a pleasant surprise! I walked in and there was a line so I thought it was gonna take a while, it was very fast and efficient the employees are very pleasant. And everyone was in a good mood smiling and eager to take care of the customers! The food was absolutely amazing definitely far more than what I expected from a fast food restaurant! The dining room is very clean.

Being a Canadian I was super excited to try Chick-fil-A. Well you did not disappoint. The lovely person who took our order was so patient with us as like I said we've never been before. Chicken burgers and those awesome waffle fries came out fast and piping hot. The chicken was more than a breast and the breading super yummy. The sauce, I could drink it with a straw. Would most definitely recommend and go back to this location.

I totally love this new Chick-fil-A on Transit. Their food is fresh and fabulous😁. If I had to depend on the one on Walden I would just stop going. Their sandwiches never seem to be crispy fresh out of the fryer. 😞

Consistently exceeds the Chick-fil-A expectations of friendly, fast service and delicious and fresh food. The Chick-fil-A app is the most well-refined fast food app I’ve ever used, whether ordering ahead, eating in, or just earning points. This location especially is great, with ample parking, a local hometown feel and year round Christmas lights!

It was our first time to eat the spicy chicken strips in Canada. They are delicious! 😋😋

I am normally not one to have an issue with fast food because I worked it for many years but the worker trying to blame me for my wait is where I have a problem. I placed a curbside order when I was about 1 minute away. When I arrived there were not curbside spots available, one of four being occupied by empty cars. So I click that there were no spots and it tells me to park anywhere and they would bring it to my car. So I park in the front and wait. I noticed my order disappeared, so I went in. When I go to get my order the worker said I never got it because I wasn’t in a curbside spot. So I just replied with “oh when I got here there weren’t any available and it said to just park.” And instead of apologizing or even just ignoring the comment he once again tries to argue by saying, “Your order has been here for 10 minutes so place an order when you’re a minute away.” And to this I just responded with “I did, I was directly across the street when i placed it and was just waiting”. To this he just rolled his eyes and I left. This one is usually fast and great but this rude worker (tall, scrawny white guy with dark hair and glasses), was enough to make me drive to a farther one which is clearly busier for a reason.

We have been trying to try this place for a few years. The stars finally aligned and we went. The food was good, fresh, hot, and tasty. I tried the original chicken sandwich. I wanted to see what the hype was about. I really liked it as far as fast food chicken sandwiches go. The place was friendly, efficient, and clean. Had a great experience.

Love the Christmas Decorations at night,all lit up! The line went fast, workers were having fun,smiling. Food is always fresh & hot!

This place is great! I love the food, the atmosphere, and the hospitality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food always comes out correctly. The drive through was also beautifully decorated with red and green lights.

Place wasn’t busy at 11am on a Saturday. But ordered to go and it took longer than it should have in my opinion. But food was hot and fresh so I guess it was worth the trade off.

It is fast food. By that definition, food has a different standard than other types (mom and pop; local bar; local high end; local mid-scale; hipster, etc, chain restaurants can be included in those categories but mostly they are put on the same level) Chick fil a is an appetizing food option for me; to the point of 4-6 visits annually. This visit was worth the "while we are here" improvised visit. The food was warm, the service was fast, professional, and courteous. ( Sadly these things are seriously lacking elsewhere. ) The place was mostly clean though it was packed with customers.

Staff at this location were very friendly. I believe her name was Suzie, she seemed to know all the regular customers and addressed them by their names. She offered me help as I was struggling with two kiddos, this location is far from me but the play room for toddlers and friendly staff make it worth the drive! I appreciated the hospitality today!

I dont quite get all the hype. Personally think the chicken itself is not flavorful on its own and has to be dressed up to hit those taste buds. Im not complaining about change but why must you be the only place around with more waiters in the drivethru then an applebees runs inside is beyond me and also makes the experience quite awkward.

Honestly, I would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't so busy. I suppose if there were more of these they would be able to service more people. The company itself should consider opening more franchises in the buffalo area.

Service was great, everyone genuinely seemed like they loved working there. The atmosphere was great clean and decorated for the season which was nice. Food was good, however not like amazing like some people feel it is in the cult following. It would be a preferred choice over any other fast food place though

A person at work told me to try the chicken sandwich, it was actually very good with their chick fil a sauce. Staff was very friendly, and the business is run like a well-oiled machine. I got to see them in action as I waited for my sandwich. It didn't seem like your typical fast food joint but a scale up. Kudos!

Susie was amazing! Loved her costomer service. She was friendly, kind, patient and respectful. We had a big party of 12 and she served us exceptionally well. The other staff members were also very friendly and nice. Overall this Chick Fil A had great service.

I love going to this location my food is always correct and fast and the service is always five stars. I had my ordered delivered to me while working and it's so nice that the chick fil a workers are the ones that actually bring it to you. You get the great food and service of chick fil a even while working. The person who brought my food was Bryce and he was nicest/sweetest!

I'm not a chicken fan, but their sandwich is consistently very good.
