Waitress was very friendly and gave her recommendations. Food was good but the slushies were the best and with free refills. Would definitely return!

Canadians trying sonic for the first time! Stay away from the burgers and hot dogs and try the little things on the side like the pretzel twist, Buffalo bites, ocean water, tater tots and a milkshake! Staff were cool and friendly!

I have been in USA past few days. Didn’t like the foods at all. Very expensive and tasteless. Then found this place in our way back. Love the food love the service. Very good atmosphere. My son loved the place and the food. He ate all his chicken fingers. Highly recommended. Will be back .

Who doesn't like sonic. Didnt realize buffalo had one. So when we saw it had to stop in. Typical fast food but love having tots. And the drink selection is awesome.

Service was fantastic, they recommended items to us. Food was great. We were a big group and tried a lot from the menu. Highlights were Mozzarella Sticks and bacon double cheeseburgers. Everything was great, high quality take out but sit down service. Bathrooms were a bit crusty hence minus 1 star for atmosphere. Would go back.

Chicken sandwich tots and a drink for under $10. Better than most fast food places. I think it’s neat you have the option to go in, use a drive through, or sit in your car at a menu. There is also a menu where the second person in like would be behind in the drive-through. Lots of options as well.

Food is great if you can get it. Sat in a line of 3 cars for 15 minutes to order. Sat behind ONE car for another 10 minutes, the car pulled off finally. (We ordered 2 drinks and 2 pretzels, btw) SAT AT THE WINDOW FOR 5 MINUTES AND 4 EMPLOYEES CAME OUT OF THE DOOR TAKING ORDERS TO CARS BEHIND US, WATCHED THEN TAKE CARDS INTO THE BUILDING AND BEING HANDED CASH TO PAY FOR THEIR DRINKS. Not a person acknowledged us in any way sitting AT the window 🙃

Service is amazing. Food was a bit too greasy for our liking. But worth the experience.

We stopped with a charter bus full of people and they were great. They thought of efficient ways to place our large order and got us in and out rather quickly. The staff was really helpful and friendly. They have a large dining area which I’ve never seen in a Sonic before. Their limeaide is amazing and the frozen lime aid is even better. We will definitely stop here again on our travels.

I just had the absolute best customer service experience. David G. took my order in the drive through and he was such an genuine kind person. From asking how my day was to making sure everything was just right. That customer service goes a long way. I will send all my friends and family to this location just because of that. Thank you to David and to Sonic for hiring him.

First time there. Was excellent. Used the drive thru. Got some breakfast food and a grilled cheese. Was very good. Will definitely go back there. The combo numbers were #15 and #16. Will be back for more

I used the drive thru at 5pm (dinner rush), it was busy and I put in an order for 4 family members and 4 desserts. Kids meal was incorrect and we received an extra chicken sandwich. I pointed out that I may have received the wrong bag, but they said keep it. The food was slightly better than if I made it at home. I will not be going to that location for a few months because I have had better food from them before. I think they need to figure out their staffing and quality control.

Visited for the 1st time from Canada. Had the pleasure of dealing with Lideeya TWICE (we loved the food so much we came back the next day lol). Although her demeanor was very laid back & quiet, she was very sweet. We got a big smile out of her the next day which was nice (I think she remembered us & MIGHT have been happy to see us again ;) She seemed to be very good at her job & we got the food very quickly. Hopefully we will be able to come back again...I’m already dreaming about those burgers, fries & shakes!!

I got three chicken finger kids meals today, and one for myself. All with tater tots. Inedible food. I’ve never tasted anything so greasy. Yes, I know it’s fast food, but this was so gross. Also, the tater tots were inedible. Will not be going again. Customer service was good. The girl at the window was quick and friendly. It’s just the food.

Service was fast and friendly. Love the drive up order board option and how easy it was to use. Price was great. We ordered bacon cheese burgers, corn dogs, fries, and milkshakes. Non were a disappointment and tasted great. Will defiantly be back here when in Buffalo! 👍👍👍👍👍

Unfortunately this was a terrible visit and experience. 😞 Went there around 9:30 pm to get a couple milkshakes and something to eat. We could not hear the speaker and politely asked the person to speak up. The speaker barely got louder. We ordered 3 chocolate milkshakes and 1 caramel milk shake, only to find out they were out of chocolate ice cream. 😢 So we decided to order 2 hot fudge milkshakes and 1 peanut butter milkshake. We also order 3 meals, tater tots, and hot dog. The milk shakes were only vanilla ice cream with barely any flavoring of the hot fudge, the caramel, or peanut butter. Very, very, very disappointing. 😩 I did not receive a receipt for my order. I did appreciate the car hop coming out with assistance and on skates! I do not recommend this location at that time of night.

This is a pretty reliable spot to grab a quick meal. Regardless of time of day, season, or how busy they happen to be, they're almost always friendly, speedy, and accurate. Prices are very reasonable and food is tasty, especially the half-price shakes/drinks. I particularly love the slushes! (Ordering in the app makes the drinks half off all the time. Total no-brainer!)

First time my family has been to the US and of course the kids are asking for Sonic. We ate inside. The girl taking orders today (Aug 21st) was so so pleasant. In fact, they mistakenly forgot my fries- she rushed and brought them right to us with a smile. Great service today :) Thank you. Food was excellent.

Everything is always hot and fresh but the only thing that I hate is that they never put enough sauce on the wings like my wings are always sauce less I don’t get it at all 😐 and I’m pregnant so you can guess how much that ruins my whole mood and appetite. Like what’s with the stinginess with the sauce do y’all get paid by the amount of sauce you don’t put or something

Placed my order asked for certain toppings on my hot dog, cashier repeated it back and we paid for order and then it didn't come with what was asked. Was told since I wasn't charged for the extra(which I asked for in the beginning of the order) they would have to again charge me for the toppings even though it was their mistake! Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Took my son for milkshakes. Really great choices big sizes and very delicious. The only reason for 4 stars is that services was a little slow and the straws to drink the shakes are so small it’s hard to drink them. I couldn’t wait to get home to use a bigger straw. Besides that great place. Just bring your own straw haha.

Usually great service until tonight i ordered strawberry Sunday and caramel. The machines must be broken or new employees making them. There's no ice cream it's all whip creame 🤨

Stopped here Tuesday night at 9pm. Ordered a double cheeseburger combo. Young lady that brought my order out was super nice and did a great job. The drink had almost no ice in it, the double cheeseburger was a single. When I called back to the cashier and told him my problem he made me come into the store and bring him the burger. He took my bag of trash with the burger in it to the back (health code violation). Came back out with what I assume was my old burger with an extra patty on it. The store had two other people with problems waiting. The place seemed to be in need of someone in charge, very chaotic and it wasn't even that busy.

Ordered a fish sandwich with onion rings after attending a late evening concert. After the first disgusting bite I opened up the sandwich and showed my friend. We both shook our heads. The bun looked liked it was stepped on and the fish tasted like it was made at 11am, very little tartar sauce and a piece of balled up lettuce. Went to the counter and showed the worker. He shrugged his shoulders but gave me more sauce. Asked for salt, he gave me 3 packs but one was opened. When I gave it back he blew air at me and mumbled under his breath. I advised him I would complain about this visit. His response was go ahead. The onion rings were good. But for 25.00 I don't need the attitude!

We went there to grab a fruit slushie. Man was it good. Strawberry was amazing. Watching them roll around on skates was cool. Only gave a 4 star because our server wasn't enthusiastic. Just grumpy. I get being in a not great mood. Been there myself. Anyway, great drink! I'll visit again one day.

The woman taking our order wasn't even paying attention. She was talking and paying attention to other employees. The person who brought our order gave us the wrong drink for one of the orders and proceeded to say that's what was ordered. No that's what was entered into the register. That's not what was ordered. Again this goes back to the first employee not paying attention. This location used to be great. Service and quality has gone down.

It was awesome! Just like the commercials they kind hostess roller skates our order! Me the wife and our 2 daughters got a pretty hefty order, about $45 worth of random stuff to try for the first time, and it all came out in about 8mins of the order!!! Great quality, quick delivery to the car, and for the amount of stuff we got for $45 it was WELL worth the family trip!

On my route to Massachusetts this last weekend, I wanted to stop by the place I was told people roller skated your order over. We don't have these up in Canada so it was exciting to see! The food itself however, could've done with a bit more love. My burger was quite the mess, the patty nearly falling out as I unwrapped it. It tasted good still, but it definitely took some organizing before I could take a bite. Obviously it's fast food so I'd expect everything to be fried. But I didn't expect it that much. Much like the Cracker Barrel review, I've noticed a trend of excessive oils even for fast food joints, and definitely doesn't leave someone walking away feeling good. I do think the staff here mean well, and they're friendly. Still, some more love in the food would do a great justice!

For those trying to decide on a small nugget entre or a Large. I simply dumped the lrg into the empty small container.This was my experience, yours maybe different!

We went for the first time a cpl weeks ago. It was great, easy to order, food delivered to car quickly. Went in to use the bathroom, decent and fairly clean. Good food, we'll def visit again!

Very well run Sonic. I'm not here to review the food because if you don't know what a Sonic is or what they sell then you are likely not interested in my opinion of the food. The store is maintained and clean. The service is fast and I cannot think of a time when this location has messed up an order. YMMV as all Sonics are different and staffing can change in a blink of an eye.

The staff is always super friendly and personable. The food is delivered quickly. It’s become our go-to late night snack place. They even offered our dog a little pup cup with a milkbone on top. We love our Sonic!

I gotta say for the first time getting " real food" I was impressed. Normally I just get the half price shakes or a pop with their awesome ice. But today I went with the classic chicken sandwich with tater tots and both were quite tasty.

One of my favorite places. Love their tater tots & burgers. I LOVE bacon & every bite has some. Shakes are yummy too. Drivethru is quick & ordering at parking spots is not slow either. fun!

I love the atmosphere that this place offers! The people that work here are always super friendly and nice to me. I get what I want right the first time, made well, and top quality. I do understand that the waits can be long sometimes due to the fact of places being short staffed. As someone who works in retail, I totally get it. It's worth spending my hardened money to people who are doing their job efficiently. One thing I recommend getting off of this locations menu is the #7 which is the foot-long Chili cheese coney hot dog with the chili cheese tater tots. I'm not crazy for the chili cheese fries. Get a blue raspberry slush drink with the food.
