    Quick, easy check in is an understatement. I had my keys and was off to my room in under a minute. Front desk is very accommodating. I forgot to add my Bonvoy account when checking in so I asked to add it later and it was no problem . Extending my stay one more night was just as easy. They have a great lobby with a bar serving pub fare. I’ve not tried it yet but plan on it tonight. There’s a pool table and plenty of seating creating a lounge type vibe. In contrast to the lively atmosphere at check in- guest room floors are very quiet and peaceful. There’s an indoor pool and fitness center which I hope to check out this evening as well. The proximity to the airport and their airport shuttle were my main reason for choosing Aloft and it really is right next to the airport. I’m amazed I haven’t heard more plane noise! Definitely recommend Aloft Buffalo Airport to anyone looking for an airport hotel with some nice extras.

    We stayed this past Thursday. We booked the day of as we were crossing over from Canada and flying out of Buffalo. Verrry close to the airport. Our room was nice, beds were comfortable, the young lady working the front desk was amazing (wish I grabbed her name to state it here). They have a shuttle to the airport which we caught around 430am. The young lady's brother Morris was the driver and he was equally as great. We also got cheap parking for our extended weekend away with the shuttle bringing us back to the hotel to get our car later this morning. We arrived late so can't speak to the food area in the lobby. But, everything seemed clean.

    No complaints about the rooms or service. We booked this hotel because the close proximity to the airport. I was able to drop my rental off the night before our flight and called the hotel for shuttle pickup. We used the shuttle again the next morning to catch our flight. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Complimentary coffee at the desk in the lobby. Pool table and bar. Snacks and drinks available for purchase.

    This hotel has definitely gone downhill. I stayed here several years ago and had a much better experience. This time not so great. Hotel was severely understaffed. I can't really blame the staff too much as they were trying their best. The front desk was often left unattended (safety concern). The breakfast, which had only limited selection, took a very long time to get order completed (again the cook was trying his best but was by himself). The coffee was almost always empty and no handlers so I ended up burning myself carrying it up to the room. I was fortunate to get the last coffee cup. As to the room itself, ugh. When I first entered the lights would not work. It took three times of turning off and turning on again to get them to work. Then they seemed to work when they wanted. Also had to turn the TV on and off a few times to get it to turn on. Room was kept extremely cold and had to turn off thermostat because it kept reverting back to 66 degrees during the night. The toilet tank leaked on the floor causing puddles and the bathroom smelled like mold. Bathroom door itself was hard to close and did not shut all the way. The shower did not drain well and almost overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Walls and floors very flimsy and was constantly awakened during the night due to people in the hall and the adjacent rooms. I could hear people in the room upstairs using the bathroom including listening to them relieve themselves. Can't recommend this place.

    This establishment was AMAZING! Friendly staff, pool is nicely lit, gym well equiped and we enjoyed the pool table in the lobby, along with the other board games available! Our son enjoyed sleeping on the human size bean bag..... I'll be purchasing one soon!! My fiancee enjoyed what tasted like a freshly cooked turkey sausage and cheese on a croissant (not a microwave breakfast sandwich). Manger was A+ (my apologies for forgetting his name... He's very pleasant)

    Arrived after 1:00 am reception was very pre functionary however room was immaculate and comfortable. Check out was a breeze all of the morning staff exuded “ I’m glad you chose us, thank you for coming”. This is my new go to hotel when I’m in and around the Buffalo area. I will say the window in room 102 was cracked I brought it to the attention of the staff, hope it will be fixed. It didn’t detract from my comfort only the aesthetics of the room.

    My recent stay at Aloft Buffalo Airport was my second experience with the Aloft chain, and regrettably, it mirrored my first encounter, leaving much to be desired. Let's start with the staff. Their demeanor was noticeably stoic, and it felt like pulling teeth to engage in a conversation with them. Hospitality should involve a warm welcome and a willingness to assist, but unfortunately, this was lacking. A little friendliness and attentiveness could go a long way. Simple things, like, "Hello. Welcome to the Aloft Hotel. Checking in?" Is that so challenging? The cleanliness of the rooms met expectations, which is a positive note. However, the room's design left much to be desired. An oversized and understuffed beanbag seemed like an odd choice, and it left the room feeling cluttered rather than comfortable. The entire hotel feels like it was designed by 20-somethings who do little more than grunt, never take out their earbuds, or look up from their mobile screens. On the plus side, the hotel's proximity to the airport and the reliable shuttle service were convenient. It's worth noting that the quiet atmosphere, despite the closeness to the airport, was a definite plus. Overall, my experience at Aloft Buffalo Airport felt lacking in the warmth and service one expects from a Marriott Bonvoy property. While it serves its purpose for proximity to the airport, it lacks the charm and service that would make me want to return.

    Convenient location. Free parking. Rooms are dated. Tile in washroom felt a little sticky underfoot. Carpet in bedroom felt grimy. 1 of 2 elevators not working during weekend and you can take the stairs up. You can take the stairs down which exit outside, the door doesn't have a key card reader so you can't get to the stairs from the main floor to walk up.

    We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4 plus our dog for 1 night after visiting Niagara Falls. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, cleanliness and amenities. The room is compact but has everything we need for a short stay. Convenient location, quality food and reasonable prices at the restaurant, nice pool table. The indoor swimming pool, although small, looks very clean. We’ll stay here again if we come back to the area!

    The low rating I gave for Service is not a reflection of the staff. The staff was great the night we stayed. The problem was that the staff was apparently 1 person, who was doing the best he could to manage a crowded lobby, ringing phones, and service requests. This place had the feel of a really nice modern hotel that for some reason Marriott had decided to abandon.

    Key didn't work initially but no big deal. Shower head came off and sprayed me like a garden hose. Didn't get a warn fuzzy feeling from the lady at check in but the bartender was helpful with food options. Wish he would ask the couple watching tv on their phone to turn down the volume so I didn't have to. Over all the room was clean and did the trick. Not my favorite of the Bonvoy hotel chains but certainly convenient to the airport for a short stay.

    Don't forget to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking your place. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. Awesome place super clean excellent service. Even the lobby as a vibe. Definitely look forward to staying again... interior modern .. rooms set up pretty cool.

    Great hotel! The rooms were nice. The bed was really comfortable and the room had a nice layout. It had a refrigerator and safe which was nice and housekeeping came everyday! You don’t see that anymore. The downstairs bar area was great for sitting and talking. They also had a pool table which was cool.

    First I want to be clear that the staff I worked with were great. Unfortunately they are extremely understaffed. Just getting a breakfast of a microwaved sandwich and a cinnamon roll took 45 minutes, only to then be told that they didn't even have the item I ordered. We also tried to have a question answered through a chat with the front desk through the app and never received a reply. Some employees seem to just be milling about while others are running around like crazy. Additionally, I need to mention the ridiculous setup of the hotel. The power went out at the hotel for 8 hours (not their fault, but a breakfast voucher or something of the like would have been appreciated) and all the stairs in the hotel lead directly outside ... into the pouring rain with no awnings. What hotel of this quality doesn't have an internal staircase? In the room, there is a giant glass wall that allows in the light from the bathroom, disturbing everyone sleeping if you dare to turn on the light. Great example of form over function that plagues this hotel. I have been a Marriott-only traveller for a decade now and this was the worst experience I have had at one of their hotels. It was also my first time at an Aloft, and I don't believe I will be staying at one again. On top of the staffing issues, it had a number of small issues that make a stay unpleasant for a traveller and that I don't expect to deal with at a Marriott. Most of the buttons on the TV remote didn't work, there was no hotel/vicinity information packet in the room, the cordless phone in the room beeped loudly every few minutes while the power was out, wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling, etc.

    I always stay here when I’m Buffalo and it is always very clean and the staff make the place amazing. From the friendly front desk greeting you, to the nice cleaning staff, and the lovely breakfast and bar staff making you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. There are many choices near here, but I stay here because the people make all the difference!! Thanks as always for the great stay at my home away from home!

    Nice, clean and quiet. Bed was a little to hard for my taste but was still very nice. Would definitely stay there again. Our shuttle drive was excellent. Wife forgot our trip folder in our jeep and he turned right around quickly and took us back. Very polite and respectful.

    If you like being greeted by the most apathetic staff you can find outside of the average airport, this place is for you. If you enjoy room freshener that smells like Raid, this place is for you. If you enjoy waiting forever for the elevator bc one is out of service, this place is for you. And if you like a floor plan that has you walking directly into the bathroom when you open the door, this place is for you. With that said, this is probably the most comfortable bed I’ve had at any hotel in a long time, and the location by the airport makes it super convenient, so I would still stay here again despite their best efforts to create a below average experience.

    Stay at a lot of Marriotts, and I’ve stayed here twice. You will not find a louder housekeeping staff. It’s just constant yelling and laughing in the hallways. Don’t stay here if you’re here for something for work or a flight that requires you to be up late and sleep at all during the day. This is also the only hotel I’ve stayed at that doesn’t have a single shelf in the showers. Enjoy putting your things on the floor. Joe the bartender is great. Food at the restaurant is good.

    Upbeat atmosphere in lobby and gathering places. The packaged snacks and muffins are available all the time instead of just the breakfast hours like most hotels. They also have a cooked to order breakfast option starting at 6am weekdays but we left at 5:30am so I didn't get to try it. Speaking of our early morning I let the front desk know we needed a morning shuttle and it was right there waiting for us as requested. The room was good. Not big but plenty of counter space for our carry-on bags. The TV selection was from Spectrum and it was very poor. The remote was barely functional and when we finally were able to view the Guide the station numbers on the Guide were different than what the TV displayed. Also the TV numbers were formatted as ##-# or 62-1. I've seen this before and it has never made any sense to me.

    I used this hotel to leave my car for the week and easy access to airport. Upon my return late at night on a cold rainy night my car was DEAD. So dead I couldn’t even unlock my doors. A lovely lady by the name of Christine grabbed a booster kit, googles how to jump my car (I have a hybrid and batteries are not noticeably accessible) stands out in the cold rain and gets me started. Way above and beyond what’s expected of a hotel employee. Thank you Christine!!!

    Nice spacious room with comfy pillows located 3 mins away from the airport. They offer shuttles starting at 7am every hour. We took an early morning flight and they were able to accommodate to leave at 5:15am. Morris the shuttle driver was very welcoming and started our day on the right path.

    Stayed at this hotel twice in a 10 day period. The apathetic front desk staff was a clear indication of the state of the property and customer service. Both days no hot water either day or night. We let it run as directed and it never got warmer than cool tepid (60 at best). The sink water same - not even warm. The towels were like sand paper. Skin turned red after using wash cloth it was so rough. The 2nd night was worse than first. Other than the beds, the room had not been cleaned or serviced and when I approached the front desk and the man was completely apathetic and mumbled that they were out of coffee. Sir I just told you there were dirty towels, trash and all the other stuff in room was empty but your comment is we are out of coffee? Room didn’t have hand soap or anything - looks like house keepers just made bed and left. The coffee maker had a moldy used coffee pod in it and everything thing else was empty. (Don’t say you have a service if you don’t intend on providing it). Refrigerator had someone’s salad leftover. The morning check out was just as indifferent. I mentioned the state of the room and lack of clean towels, supplies etc. she didn’t say a word and kept typing on her phone. Not even a “do you want a receipt”. Nothing — she took keys and put her head down on phone again. thankfully we each had our own towel and this was last day of trip, because we would have had to move hotels with this type of situation. Aloft is usually a good experience. This location is the EXCEPTION to the rule and I would not recommend using this location. There are 4 Marriott properties in this airport location - select one of the others. The location is good but for 170.00 a night I expect clean room, towels, no one’s trash, coffee service, hot water and a little bit of caring when those standards are not met.

    I've had the best experience staying at this hotel. I had the privilege of meeting a very professional, accomodating, extremely friendly and kind young lady who's booked me in each stay. Shout out to Keeyahna Cole ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She always goes above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Shout out to the cleaning staff, restaurant staff etc. My room has always been spotless, the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and I love the overall vibe of this hotel!! It's the only place I will stay when I visit Buffalo! Highly recommend.

    Medium sized hotel optimally located directly across for the Buffalo International Airport. Clean with spacious well laid out rooms available. Can be booked through ParkSleepFly to allow for parking of your vehicle during your trip. Had some challenges with checking but provided a free beverage in response. Be sure to park in the extended parking designated area or else your car will be towed.

    Great experience! Clean and very friendly helpful staff. I highly recommend staying there. When people care and are kind and friendly it makes ll the difference I the world. Everyone there was happy to work there. Our plane was canceled and they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Took us to dinner and back to airport next day.

    From the time we got in until the time we left the staff made sure our stay was extraordinary. There was an issue with the AC leaking into the carpet in our room. Khodja went above and beyond on several occasions to make sure all of our needs were met. Her number one concern was to make sure we were happy. I really didn't feel like moving all my stuff, but She ended up moving us to another room that was right across the hall from the room we were in. I was extremely impressed by her hard work. My family and I will definitely be back next time we are in town, and I will recommend to all of my friends.

    Excellent stay and friendly staff. COVID restrictions still in place on this location, no room service. Shuttle bus service is good. Comfy bed. We received a morning wake call without requesting it. Make sure your room has no stored request from previous guests.

This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. Great experience! Clean and very friendly helpful staff.     Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly enough. Loved the room layout with the bed facing the windows and tv. Nice size bathroom with nice finishes. Only bad part was the hair I found on the towel. They offer breakfast until 10 and it was delicious! Sweetest Waffles I've ever had and the eggs were seasoned well

    The hotel room was clean and the shuttle service from the hotel was convenient. However, when we first checked in, the staff did not greet us with enthusiasm. When we have asked about the shuttle services, she only mentioned that it is open 24hr and did not let us know that we have to sign up the night before. Luckily, the shuttle bus driver was kind enough to take us in. Upon arrival from Buffalo Airport, we have called the hotel to arrange shuttle pick-up, but it never came after 15min of waiting. We had to call again (answered by a different employee) but the shuttle didn't arrive, 30min post-conversation with a staff member. Finally, we had to call the 3rd time to remind them of the shuttle pick-up and we had finally been picked up after 1hr of waiting at the shuttle pick-up area. When we arrived at the hotel, we weren't compensated for waiting for an hour for their shuttle pickup until we have asked if we can take a complimentary water bottle. No apologies were made by the staff.

    I agree with others that employees are great! And overworked. Guy at the bar seems to do four jobs. Food take a while. At 29 years old, hotel badly needs a renovation, despite it's modern charm. The thin carpet should have been replaced long ago along with the loud, musty, and difficult-to-control window air conditioning units. Sound isolation between units was very good, aided by the white noise of all the ancient AC units. Skip this place unless you're in a jam. No bugs, clean bathrooms.

    The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom door has no lock on it and the shower has a glass door. Overall the room is nice. The customer service was poor. Not friendly and seemed angry just to be there. They do not have a continental breakfast. Everything cost money and the cost for every food item is very high. It is close to the airport and they have a shuttle van to pick you up.

    My travel companion and I stayed here before flying out of buffalo in late November and we were very impressed. Excellent value. The woman who helped us at check in was super helpful and friendly, the room was great with high end (dry bar) toiletries and the lounge area was clean and met our needs. Would definitely stay again.

    Checked in about 3pm on Sat 012123. The gentleman who assisted us at checking was great. My stay was prepaid. At 130am on Sun 012323 a person(s) entered our room apparently not knowing it was occupied. Immediately following our room was constantly called from the front desk. The front desk person then proceeded to again wake us asking how we got into the room? Common sense we checked in to a room paid for in full. So as much as I liked the hotel itself that was my first and last stay. I’m quite sure I will not hear from the hotel. This issue is obviously a lack of training!

    I've been here before and it was excellent. Although that was a few years ago. The room slept very comfortable, but the refrigerator didn't work and the microwave was removed. My water that I put in the fridge was warmer in the morning. They use to have an a awesome body wash in the shower that smelled so refreshing, Not anymore, they had some cheap smelling wash that didn't smell good. I was looking forward to that great smelling bodywash. Hopefully, some Aloft hotels kept the originality that they started out with. I really enjoy staying with Aloft.

    Great place to stay especially if you're catching an early flight! The service was fantastic the front desk girl even gave me a little heater to warm up when I came in because I was freezing 😊 The only reason for a 4 star was the ride in the morning was a little slower because their van was broken down I guess and it was really slow trying to get people to the airport! I just think they should have gotten two drivers or something to make up that difference so people weren't running late! Otherwise everything was great

    Update: This is my second stay here and I am really pleased with everything. Alina at the front desk was wonderful. Darryl and Larry who picked me up from the airport were great.! Great breakfast options! It is a very comfortable stay for me. Thanks everyone. ........ Lovely. All the staff were welcoming. I felt welcomed from check-in to check out. Clean and compliant w/ local mask mandate. The location is super close to the airport. They provide a complementary water bottle if you are a member w/ them (membership is free), and they have an airport shuttle. The drivers Pat and James were WONDERFUL. I am coming back again and I hope nothing changes.

    We had a nice stay. Location is great, hotel is clean and fresh. Rooms are modern and spacious. Airport shuttle was prompt even at the late hours of pick up. On the flip side, we had to deal with an unrecognized charge on the credit card that did not get resolved after multiple calls to the hotel. They could not provide any explanation nor called back with any resolution even after they said they will. Unusual from a Marriott chain hotel. Eventually ended up disputing the charge with the bank.
