    Waited over 10 minutes curbside and then I went inside to grab my order. Several staff were standing around socializing and couldn't be bothered. Several more minutes and finally someone came to the register to assist, finds out I'm there and walks away. 2nd employee asked what I ordered and realized I've been waiting for over 15 minutes and yells at another employee about it. Finally receive my order and not even a apology. McDonald's you really put the "F" in fast food today, do better. Poorly managed and way too relaxed work environment

    Waiting over 30 minutes in drive through line to pick up a DoorDash order because the doors are locked. Time is money and fast this place is not. Please fix this problem. The staff were polite and respectful.

    Everything i asked for was not available. Coffee was brewed when I asked for it. Great, but I was in a rush and waited 10-15 minutes. My daughter asked for McFlurry and it was not available. Then she asked for ice cream and was told that the machine is not working. My other daughter asked for hot chocolate and it was not available. Not coming back to this location ever and taking my business elsewhere.

    Middle of the day, sat in the second drive through lane for 15 minutes unacknowledged while they helped 3 cars in the other lane, no answers when I call out, tried moving my car, still no response. Finally pull up to the window and explain the situation while the manager in the green polo stands behind the girl listening yet he doesn’t even offer an apology or say anything whatsoever. Guess I should expect trash service for trash food. It was cold and stale.

    The workers always have an attitude, never a pleasant experience at this location! The workers never greet you or anything. I always have a bad experience at this mcdonalds. Don’t even bother doing curbside unless you want to wait 10+ minutes for your food and it still not be right. I had an oreo mcflurry they literally didn’t mix it, they put Oreos on top. If I wanted plain vanilla ice cream I would’ve ordered that!

    Service was horrendous! I watched the cook make my burger, said he got my special order wrong and he lied about it to my face. Times on the door is wrong. Floor was filthy. They had the drink fountain off and said the don't do refills. Never returning here again.

    Always had problems at this McDonald's. It has always been hit or miss with whether or not the staff have good customer service. They usually do not make correct orders, and have EXTREMELY long wait times especially if you go inside. Today I ordered a happy meal, a chicken sandwich, and a 4 piece. They didn't even give me any of the nuggets, and I didn't realize until I got home!! Instead of 4 nuggets.. there was a half melted slice of cheese in the box. Definitely would recommend going to a different McDonald's.

    I waited 15 mins in the Drive Thru at 7pm for a Mcdouble and a Hot N Spicy... no modifiers, just straight up. I brought this up to a young woman who confirmed to me she was manager on duty, and what I got was a half hearted apology. I get that things happens, but a lot of terrible, terrible things must've happened to take that long on some basic value menu sandwiches. Do better. I'll be back, what choice do I have?

    they mess my order up 1 out of every 5 times and now while trying to use the app the ran out of nuggets....and the way the app works now im stuck paying full price for a diffrent meal i DONT want as much at all. this place is terrible

    This place is a joke! 24hrs is only for fries and drinks! We waited more than 5 mins for 2 large fries in drive through. Complete waste of everyone's time by calling it 24hr

    *update* something changed because the mood is different and the atmosphere is better and the service has improved as well. Walked over because it's right next door and all the doors were locked. Checked both doors and decided to call. Called 3 times and no amswer when there are no guests so why can none of the 4 people working who Walked pasted and saw me. One lady waved and laughed like it wasn't cold outside and like I had nothing but time to wait for my order

    They have to do better on delivery services! When orders are wrong, they don't blame McDonald's they blame the delivery person. Our ratings go down, and we can lose our job. Also, when I'm picking up, it can take an hour to get the food that's already been completed and getting cold. They should open another window for delivery people so we can be on our way faster. Be nice to the delivery person delivering your food. We don't get paid a lot and risk our lives for only a few dollars! If you have an issue, try reaching out to the driver first rather than leaving a bad review! When someone says that something isn't right, I go above and beyond to make it right, even if it costs me! I want people to be happy work the orders and am grateful they gave me a job!

    Whenever I have gone here they waiting in drive thru was long and not friendly. The entrance is confusing as if you enter from Union Rd you have to drive around building to get into the drive thru lane . Fries are always cold and soggy. Not a fan of this place. They need more help and friendlier people.

    Been coming to this location for 30 years. It's never been worse. Just went through the drive-thru and it took 45 minutes. One car ahead of me left because they couldn't wait any longer. I got to the window and there were 4 employees there that were completely lost and tried to give me the wrong food twice. Thankfully I'm in the habit of checking the bag now. My two burgers both had two bun tops instead of a bottom and a top on each. No napkins in the bag. They just need to get rid of the entire staff and start over.

    Ordered food through drive thru tonight through the app. I ordered 6 piece meals. The fries we're ordered with extra salt. I was given stale cold fries with no salt that tasted like grease. The chicken nuggets were in sandwich wraps which meant wet and soggy when I got home to eat dinner after working 15 hours.

    Ordered through drive thru, they were confused right off the bat and all I ordered was two chicken nugget meals. They were super rude when I asked them to give me my card back and then when I got home I noticed there were no fries with the meals but I was charged for them. I attempted to call and get it fixed but they kept hanging up on me. I had to go to a different McDonald’s to have my order fixed. Really awful experience.

    I put in a mobile order for counter pick up during the hours that the lobby is open. I went up to the door and found it was locked. Locked eyes with an employee playing on her phone, break or not got no response attempted to call the store multiple times and never got a pick up so now I'm without $5.32 and absolutely no food, I can't go through the drive through and I can't get a refund thanks... I hope someone in management sees this or I'll be calling continuously until someone picks up.

    Very clean, staff were welcoming. I used the kiosk for the first time. Probably won't bother using it again. 3 perhaps made an order at the counter in the time it took me to respond to the prompts from the kiosk.

    Consistent across locations: you know what you're gonna get-- nothing great but at least it's simple enough to not get screwed up too often. Dependable enough for a quick road trip grab-n-go.

    The service at night time especially for delivery driver as myself is horrifying. Waiting for 30-1hour is a headache and not fast service at all. Please do better. Nowadays it should be called slow food not fast food.just so you know. The employee will clear the line and once they cleared the line they waste your time and staying still at the speaker. So I hope corporate knows about this but I’m sure the manager and general manager don’t care. Like I said they are ghetto employee definitely..

    Simple order. Plain cheese burger and small fries. Top of the roll appeared fresh, bottom half was hard as a rock. Cheese had no indication of any attempt to warm or melt it and the fries were cold. Staff was cordial, but hard to judge the atmosphere since myself and two grand children were the only patrons inside. As it always is with McDonald's you just never know. I can guarantee you I won't be going back to this one.

    Garbage food but you don’t need to be told that. Drive through isn’t very fast. Not the best for someone who is trying to get a quick bite commuting to the next job

    They keep giving me watery yellow vanilla shakes!! Those shakes are expensive and they can't even fix their machine! Don't sell milkshakes if they're gonna be watery!! Terrible service in the drive thru as well. Rude and disrespectful employees! Find yourself a different location!!!! 💯

    Me and some friends went through the drive through, asked for 2 separate orders about 5x and even before saying the 2nd order just confirming with the girl this was a new order she then also asked if we planned on getting alot of food in an annoyed tone, once we all got to the pay window she charged my friend for what she said was just his order but then when I had went to pay for mine she started to laugh and said it was all charged on his card and just handed me the receipt to deal with it. Not only was the service terrible but she messed up our drinks and food. I get fast food is not easy to work in because I have worked in fast food but if you're being payed to do a job do it correctly and with compliance.

    I was in a rich and had to wait 10-15 mins for my order, the sign says you can go in any lane but you have to wait for the other lane to finish ordering before you can which makes people with quick orders have to wait long.

    Everybody knows what to expect when you go to McDonald's. This particular location did not meet my expectations. This is the second time I came here with my grandson for his favorite happy meal. His chicken MC nuggets were as usual-overcooked lumps of chicken. I ordered a cheeseburger each time. Each time they had a funny taste. The fries were cold. I had to go back and ask for ketchup. Just lack of service here. The staff acts like they're doing you a favor by handing you your meal. If I ever return to McDonald's it won't be at this location.

    I judge fast food by three metrics. Speed, customer service, and food quality. Speed here is not the best I've seen but it's adequate. Customer service, not the best either but still pretty good. Food quality is where the place shines, I mean, it's still McDonalds but here it tastes like mcdonalds and the burgers aren't sloppy. Just make sure to ask for fresh fries and be willing to wait, it's worth it.

    Dine in for lunch here. Wished I picked a different McDonald’s location. The girl that took our order had no customer service or people skills whatsoever. Told her we were dining in and handed me and my guest’s food in a bag. Had to ask for a tray. Cashier lacked had any personality. Management needs to look into the quality of service that they are providing to their customers. Ended up charging two elderly ladies in front of us for a cup of water. Are you serious? Chicken McNuggets were dried out to top it off. Go somewhere else.
