I worked at the Panera on Walden and I just want to let everyone know that they do not change their gloves when they switch stations. Some of their food is touched with out gloves, some of the employees do not wash their hands after using the bathroom and then touch the food. The wit dishes are not washed with soap they are ran through a dishwasher that does not run properly. When the dishes come out and there is something on them they just put them away as is or they wipe them off and put away. I have seen forks fall on the ground and get out back with the clean dishes. They also do not clean the nozzles in the drink machine. The bake good are not freshly prepped they are made the day before and served even when the flies land on them.

Sadly I cannot give anything above a 2 star review. I came in for a simple coffee and muffin. Did the self order and got my coffee and patiently waited for my order. I have been to a dozen Panera locations and I can safely say the employees in the sandwich and food area were moving at a snails pace. I waited no less than 10 minutes for a cranberry Orange muffin. And when I stepped up and asked the worker produced it, turns out it was sitting there behind the counter. I’ve never seen a slower pace crew. On a side note I had to use the self serve kiosk because there was no employees working the registers that I could have asked for assistance. Strongly advise people to avoid this location.

Always my go to when I'm in the mood for something healthy!! I love their green godess salad!! Its the best!!!

Employees were more concerned with chatting than doing their jobs. They seemed super annoyed when we walked in, even though it was a hour to close. Took 10+ minutes in a dead restaurant to get a soup, mac and cheese and a sandwich. Never had slower fulfillment time at any location. When I went to pick up my food my drink wasn’t there, and when I inquired was told there was no drink. After the lady read the receipt she told another employee to go get it and acted very annoyed that I interrupted her conversation so that I could get what I paid for. When I did get my food… yikes. The sandwich wasn’t bad except for the black hair in it (im blonde). The worst part was the mac and cheese, and I get that it’s not freshly prepared to order, but it was cold. Some spots throughout were lukewarm at best. There was a giant chunk of the cheese sauce that hadn’t thawed. Didn’t say anything because they clearly seemed very annoyed by us for existing in their restaurant already, but very disappointing for fast food that’s so expensive. You could get better quality and service at a McDonalds.

I ordered 3 fruit cups and a water bottle, nothing complicated, nothing to be cooked/prepared. I did not receive the water bottle. When i tried to contact the store, they gave me an attitude saying there was nothing they or I can do about the situation. I spent $17.29 for bad quality and service.

Great location. Right next to Tesla supercharger. Few options that are vegan or can be veganized. 1. Ten vegetable soup 2. Mediterranean veggie sandwich - no feta 3. Pizza without cheese 4. Salads without meat and cheese

Not the best experience. Bagel was good, but everything else I observed was concerning. 1st, employees spent way more time chatting, quite loudly, than actually fulfilling my order. 2nd, an employee threw a piece of food at the employee who was making my bagel. 3rd, the condition of the men's bathroom was inexcusable - I couldn't even use due to the overwhelming smell of urine. Hope this location can work out these issues because I really do like Panera - just wont return to this location any time soon.

Meal on Fri Aug 12, 2022. Overpriced pick two meal we ordered was a sandwich and cup of soup for $18+ each — a total of $36+ for two meals. Menu did state cost. We went back and read it after our meal — but you had to read it carefully to see the meal's cost. Deceptive menu. Soup was very good. Spicy chicken breast sandwich was a a two-star bore. We could have had a much better meal at several area eateries for the price. I grade restaurants fairly. This was not a good deal. This was not a good meal. Panera's chain has dropped a notch on my scale after tonight's meal. Will think twice before I go to one again. Do not recommend.

Some coworkers and I ordered lunch takeout. Everything on my bill was correct but when we picked up, they forgot one of our salads, and the frontega chicken sandwich had absolutely no chicken on it. When we contacted the store to have the situation fixed, they offered a refund but had to come into the store, or vouchers by mail. Even though they had my email and credit card on file from the order. The staff member who helped on the phone was very pleasant, but their customer service options for remedying the situation were very disappointing.

The slowest location I ever been to. Took 20 minutes to get my pick two. Never received my croutons and received the wrong size soup. If you in a rush don't go here

Was not asked what side I wanted with my three Pick 2 orders. After looking at receipt, told counter person I would like chips. She went in kitchen to tell them. Not only did I not get chips but was short one soup. Wasn’t discovered until I got home. Was too far to go back.

The cashier was great. She was bubbly and very polite knowledgeable and hospitable. The cheddar broccoli soup bread bowl was very tasty. I will recommend if u do nlt like a lot of bread just get the cup.or bowl of soup. My daughter had 10 veggie soup and loved it. My other daughter had french onion soup and loved it. The bread bowl us a sour dough with a pungent sour taste. The cinnamon roll was tasty. I heated it up next day for 40secs and it was great. They have so many options for vegans and vegetarian. The drink options are amazing. So many natural lemonades and teas. Grear place to grab a quick healthy reasonably price bite to eat.

Consistant with all the other locations. I love the turkey bravo sandwich, without the side pickle. lol not the cheapest place to get a salad or sandwich. but well worth the price if your into, different combinations of sandwiches and soups they offer.

Disappointed in this visit to Panera. Ordered a salad to go and upon pickup the food was not at the rapid pickup shelf. I had to go to the normal counter to pick up and was told that everything was in the bag. I ordered a whole salad which inside are normally huge; however, the salad I received was very small. I also ordered avocado and egg and received two pieces, which seemed very small considering it was $4 extra. On top of this my "free" side was missing.

I love everything green and Panera has many healthy green foods and drinks, love this location, clean, friendly employees, quick service, great vibe from other patrons. All around a nice relaxing and peaceful flow of energy, and food is fresh and delicious

It's the attitude from the staff that makes you not want to go back. A female employee said my last name incorrectly when she was corrected she responds with "Well how am I supposed to know that?" If she was unsure of something she should asked. Furthermore, It's not my fault that she can't pronounce. Just like it's not my fault that she put in this job application and accepted the job. It's also not my fault that her employer chooses to use last names to call out orders which can be more difficult than just using first names! This is the first time that I have ever used this restaurant. I will not be returning to this location either. The technology to order was pretty cool and easy to use. If you don't want to use the self service there's a cashier. The food was good but small. I ordered the Mexican Corn soup and a half BBQ chicken sandwich. I received a bag of Kettle Cooked chips for free. The iced coffee I had a very very small but satisfying. It was made with Madagascar vanilla almond milk but it was very dark and way too much ice for the cup. The atmosphere is ok. In addition, in my personal opinion the company is very trusting with their cups for beverages loads of self-service stations. I felt like anyone could walk in and just helped themselves without paying, personally. (They might have something in place that I am unaware of) There's a drive-thru and app pick up service. If they get your order wrong they'll give you a free treat as an apology.

Coffee canisters empty. I had to tell 2 people before someone attended too making some more. All the while 2 staff members standing by the food pickup counter just shooting the breeze with the guy making sandwiches. Meanwhile the tables all needed attending too as they were all dirty, full of crumbs etc. The carpet definitely needed to be vacuumed, by far the dirtiest, unkept Panera bread I believe I've ever been in. Management needs to do their job and get with program on how to run a public establishment such as Panera Bread, and I really love the Panera Bread.

I honestly don't know if the staff is either racist or just have a bad attitude problem. Anytime I have came here, I've been met with some lack of interaction. It says though I am a inconvenience or a nuisance. A lot of time they even have an attitude on the intercom. Today there was no attitude on the intercom but once I saw the lady in person she suddenly became very standoffish. I even thanked her for my food and told her to have a good day and she just looked at me and closed the window. This has been a pattern with this location and I unfortunately won't be back unless it's convenient. I don't like to feel as if my presence is bothersome when I'm paying for a service :(

Great portion sizes which are reasonably priced. Nice place to sit, relax and chat while enjoying your meal.

Green Goddess Baguette. Based on this name expected a little better. Positives: Not greasy, tastes good. Negatives: Hard roll, not that big, too many lettuce stems, overpriced. Didn't impress me unfortunately. Not going back.

The coffee is always out. Get an attitude from some of the employees when telling them the coffee is empty. How the hell do you offer a drink subscription but you can't keep up with it? One woman especially is horrible in the mornings, quite large, glasses, funky attitude. Wish there was more than one Panera on my way to work.

Awful for Dashers. They don't greet you, yet turn the food around so that the name isn't facing you. So when you sit there for 15 minutes waiting on food that's already there because they can't be bothered to put it in the designated pickup area, you can wonder why you wouldn't leave a 1☆ review too.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant and bathroom! Love the green passion smoothie, I got pick 2 with Mediterranean veggie sandwich & ten vegetable soup, the soup is the best! I also got chips and a kitchen sink cookie.

I got the u pick 2 broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and a chicken ceaser salad. Grilled cheese for the kids. Was good only complaint is that they forgot the extra dressing but the food was still good as always.

Would not reccomend this location. Staff are unattentive, no "here" orders, limited menu, out of every flavor of cream cheese but 2...I haven't been to a panera in a while but this seems very outnof keeping with my typical experiences. Not impressed
