This was a nice mall... Lots of family fun.. arcades... Games... A huge variety of stores... A little busy during the early afternoon... But its a great store... Not much in the food court.. but they have a lot of surrounding restaurants.. would definitely recommend

Big mall with lots of shops!! Very clean and safe. We stopped in the Lego store which was pretty awesome. We stopped in Dave & Buster's which was really awesome with lots of games. Great place to visit when in the Buffalo area.

I enjoy this mall on week days and early Weekends. Its so beautiful around the holidays. There is a great variety of stores for young and old. If you do not like a very crowded shopping mall go early in the day when it opens on the week days. There is something here for everyone. From great food shopping entertainment and tasty treats. Great place for holiday shopping

Great mall! A nice variety of stores for clothes/shoes/etc. but also a convenient place to take the kids. There is a play place in the food court and another indoor amusement park. I loved it, as we always have to go to separate locations for these things in Canada & UK. One horrible downside was that, there was no toilet paper in the washrooms, the wr stalls were so tiny and not well maintained. There was one stall open in the 2 washrooms that were soooo widely spread apart across the mall. Not to mention, they smelled disgusting! So * be sure to use the restroom elsewhere before attending the mall. And i couldn’t find a baby change table either :/. Also, as a Canadian living in the UK, I would say that Primark(US) has roughly the same prices as Primark(UK), however, the UK stores rarely have items in stock and/or sell out quickly. Nice mall. Lots of great parking. Gets busy fast. Mall is clean. Well staffed. Food court has a good selections of food, BK, Indian, Sushi, Pho, Subs, etc. Lots of great stores and restaurants. Great place to spend the day walking or shopping.

Lots of stores and great places to eat and they have a 360 video reality ride that is Fabulous and so so fun

This is one big shopping mall. They have most of the flagship stores. But I’m missing Nordstorm in here. It’s a two floor mall, and it’s vast to explore. They got some unique selection of restaurants in the food court. Restrooms are bit untidy. Not soo crowded. One of the places to kill our time. Don’t expect offers from stores here, as there are very few stores providing small offers.

Jsyk. 2 Bath&Body Works. 2-3 Sephora. I LOVED THE MALL! I JUST LEFT! WE WALKED AROUND. IT WAS SO NICE AND THERE WAS LIKE NOBODY CAUSE THE STORES WERE/ARE CLOSED!

A decent mall with lots of different types of stores and a TON of entertainment. Mall seems relatively clean, some areas feel a bit old but decently maintained. The elevators/escalators feel like they could be more strategically places or more common, as it felt like we had to walk across the mall to get to the opposite level. Food court is mediocre for the size of the mall but there are lots of other dining options outside.

Definitely better since our last visit. Seems cleaner, with more space and different stores and experiences located throughout. Plenty of parking, escalators and area to move around. Employees in several stores greeted us, were personable and engaging. Security patrolling throughout mall. Definitely better than most major shopping malls we have been to.

It's probably one of the nicest malls they have almost every store you'd want to go to. Their food court is amazing. They have a movie theater, escape rooms, and a whole gaming area definitely a fun place to go even if you're just walking around.

Such a fantastic mall with so many great stores and activities! As a huge Disney fan there were so many options for Disney merch @ Primark, FYE, 5Below, Hot Topic +++ Especially for Stitch - my fave! Worth the drive from Whitby Ontario!

Large mall with many big box shopping, many dining options including cheese cake factory . Also include the famous Dave and Buster arcade restaurant. Looks like this place popular for Canadians!

It’s good shopping Mall nice and clean

Not a bad mall you get what you get when going to a mall makes you feel like a kid again when you had to go to the actual store to purchase stuff and a good place to hang out with friends and family food court not to bad prices for stuff could be a little better but what you going to do. Would recommend it

I have been to a number of malls in my life and I am happy to say that Walden Galleria is one of the nicer ones I have been to. Very brightly lit, accessibility for those who need it, and good, open-air design. I also like the setup of some of the major restaurants (Cheesecake factory, for example) and the movie theater. Plentiful parking also. The place reminds me a lot of Orland Square Mall in Orland Park, IL. Looking forward to shopping here again when I come back!

Beautiful mall. Well kept. Lots of stores with reasonable prices. Could probably shop for hours if I had the time to. Lots of on-site restaurants to choose from. They have quite a few fun attractions here as well (play areas, high ropes course, escape room, etc.). Definitely a fun place to shop for sure.

A lot of fun and variety at the Walden Galleria here in Buffalo,New York.

Such a big mall - u have all brands - super discount sales - we visited at the time of Easter got lot of goof collection of branded cloths for kids Nike shoes etc must stop by once u will not get upset.

This mall is not what it used to, the interior seems dark & dilapidated. Very poor selection in the food court & the cleaning staff don't even bother to wipe/sanitize the tables, they just brush away food scraps/crumbs. Do better!!

Nice to have a clean mall still in operation. The bathrooms could use some TLC, and zip ties aren't an appropriate approved method to rig anything like banners overhead. Other than that, a nice, clean place.

This is a huge shopping mall with lots of stores, entertainment and restaurants. There's something for everyone here. It's bright, clean, and well-maintained, but the restrooms are what need more TLC. This is a great mall to visit when traveling to Buffalo, NY. It's absolutely worth the drive from Ontario, Canada.

It’s an “ok” mall. It does need some more big brand name stores though. But this is Buffalo, New York. I’m comparing it to malls in larger cities like Chicago. Sorry. The mall was decently clean.

Nice and well organized places , variety of stores, not much sales

The Galleria Mall is a seemingly thriving retail space. We haven't been there in years, and were happily surprised to see that the place was very clean and overall updated. While we were only coming to go to two of the businesses, I was pleased to see that there was only one storefront that was covered over, as if for remodeling, and all the others were open and fairly busy. I know they've had some problems with teens getting into fights, but other than some teens hanging around playing on their phones or people watching, we didn't see any issues.

Not like the mall used to be. It was a mix of department store chains and flea market type shops. Nice restaurant chain for dining. We ate at Cheesecake Factory and were pleasantly surprised at the large menu. Our meals were perfectly made to our special requests.

The best mall in Buffalo Niagara area. Not a lots of brands but has decent varieties of stores . Wish there was more facilities for indoor activities in the mall. Restrooms could be more cleaner especially in weekends. Otherwise the mall is well maintained.

Not like it used to be, but physical retail is dying and most malls are on their last leg. The Galleria is fairing better than most but even here the stores come and go frequently, a lot of spaces are empty, and the options are not as high of caliber as they used to be. Still a nice place to walk around once in a while and there’s still plenty of stores and restaurants to chose from.

What an amazing mall! There were actually a few stores that I had never heard of before, considering the mall is in Western New York, and I live in Central New York, It was a pleasure and a great experience ! We also went to the Barbie movie, and the theater was top-notch.!

when the mall has open stores and isn't crowded, it's decent. the mall itself, both exterior and interior, is pleasant. I also enjoy that it has enough parking; just don't go in front of the anchor stores. when it is crowded though, just avoid, as stores become impossible to shop though parking is good. the stores have become limited, where if I really need to go shopping, I'd rather go to Rochester for Eastview; I mean, there isn't even a Starbucks or coffee place for God's sake. Moreover, the stores are closing before 6pm, and by 7pm, more than half the mall is closed. with the limited stores and stores closing whenever they feel like, the mall has gone done hill. management ought to fix this and step up.

This mall is truly beautiful! I miss indoor malls, we don't have any more in Richmond VA, just outside ones and I hate them! This mall has everything and more that you could ask for. Food court could add more variety of things needs a Cinnabon in it.

Good shopping mall. Has pretty much everything you need. Enjoyed the Indian food at the food court and Cheesecake Factory in the end. Has some quirky stores. Clean and welcoming atmosphere.

This mall is okay. It’s the best one in buffalo which isn’t saying much. They consistently have a new store. It’s pretty dirty including the food court. The Cheesecake Factory is nice and so is PF Chang’s. They got all the major stores but other than that there isn’t really an appeal.

A mall is always a nice place to walk through, especially in the winter cause even if there are no stores you like, what a great way to get your steps counted. It's clean, large and has a very good choice of stores. 5 stars for being the best choice in the Buffalo area not that it's the best mall in the country.

Well... It's a mall in 2021 that isn't 90% empty, so I'll give it credit for that. But it also didn't have anything that captured my interest. All the same chains that used to be in all the malls are somehow still alive here.
