In around 2pm July 23rd. Had no CO2 for soft drinks. Multiple girls chatting with each other instead of helping or doing their jobs. Kid in the back wearing a hoodie with hood up and no Whoever was doing drinks just walked away. This location is in serious need of new management. At least the food was hot and order was correct

Absolutely avoid this place. Do not go here. I ordered 3 bacon, egg, and cheese mcgriddles that costs over $6 each. I get home with the sandwiches and realized they were really thin. I opened them up and find that they are all missing eggs. I am absolutely furious with this considering they are expensive by itself. I tried contacting the store but received no response. I will never be returning to this location.

Stood at the counter for at least 5mins B4 they acknowledged our presence! I said excuse me, and was told, I see you. 😒 Then received cold rubbery fries and coffee with spoiled cream!!! I did receive my money back for the coffee but I doubt that I will go to any McDonald's again. I had way too many bad experiences at various locations.

I'd love to give this place a 0 but unfortunately it's no option. I just experienced an "omg are you freaking serious moment". This place needs to be shut down. They must hire clowns cause that's all I seem to run into in this place. None of my order was how I asked and the audacity correcting my drink in a medium cup that I asked for large and paid for a large meal, for my light light ice in my drinks when she went to redo it and filled it uo to the top with ice. For giving me a number 6 when I asked for a number 10. For the EYE ROLL and annoyance after I told the drive thru girl I want barely any ice just like I asked and paid for!!! This is beyond ridiculous! Close this place down.

I'm a promoter & meet celebrities all the time but I never met a SUPERSTAR like Debbie who not only greets you with so much positive energy but really enhances the entire experience at McDonald's of all things ordering food. I NEVER had such an experience even eating at dinners where I spend over $2,000. Simply put, LIFE/lunch is better with her - THANK YOU! 😊

This place has gone downhill fast as hell, can’t get orders correct I paid 22 dollars for 2 steak sandwiches one had Canadian bacon on it 🤦‍♀️ how do you confuse the two? And we don’t eat pork!! Claim to be 24hr but when we would go there for a late night bite, we were told they are closed . So I guess their just stealing time because they certainly aren’t working. Place is ran by a bunch of incompetent children, maybe 3 adults in that whole building who actual do their job and tries to make sure everything is correct and out in a timely manner. I’ll take the extra drive out for now on cause this is getting ridiculous. (Oh their phone don’t work and hasn’t worked for years so don’t bother calling)

First went to a mcdonalds down the street, was told they only had “fries and drink” after placing a mobile order now im at this one and its also the worst mcdonalds ever. Been sitting here for 20 min before even getting asked for my order. Then got asked and have been waiting in line for 20 min along with the cars in front of me. Fix your mcdonalds buffalo cuz these 2 are awful absolutely should be closed. Why is only one person working? Close these stores there absolutely awful.

I ordered 2 happy meals and I just want to get Diet Coke instead of apple juice. And the guy who was in there said me in not even working right now don’t tell me what you want like the other lady working in there was using F words all the time that’s how they give the service.

Customer service was on point. However, the speaker system was glitching and fries were cold. But hey, what do you expect from fast food

Food was good, but I sure would have liked a straw to enjoy my drink. It was hard to handle that while driving. Oh and napkins would have been a nice touch too. I get saving the trees but come on...

The dirtiest restaurant I have been in for years. Trash on the floor & on the property outside the building. Night manager said counter clerk responsible but manager appeared to care less. There is no pride at the location, at least part of the time, in basic cleanliness & appearance.

Ordered two hot and spicy chicken sandwiches and a lg fry, the sandwiches were both dry with no mayo and the fries were awful! McDonald's has definitely lowered the standards they used to have! I used to eat McDonald's almost everyday until the last couple months, they don't put much effort into quality anymore! I'm pretty disappointed 😕

Customer service was terrible. The person taking our order was extremely rude and screwed up our order after asking multiple times and refused to re-read our order back to us. When we got to the other window and gave our complaints, the lady in that window simply said she'd talk to her without an apology. They also rudely told us that they were out of bottled water and never put our receipt in the bag. Horrible service will not recommend.

Just wanted a cup of decaf somewhat late in the day. Tasted it and it was cold when I got it. Asked if they could just zap it in the microwave for a bit. They took it back and handed it back to me saying they did, but it was still cold. I’m fairly certain I got a cup of something that’s been sitting on a cold burner for hours.

Got a quarter pounder. It was darn near raw. No one would answer the phone, and my lunch is over or I'd go complain in person. Yuck

Just went here, and whoever is working the night shift has no manners whatsoever. Completely rude and messed our order that had 3 items…. It’s not hard to be friendly and not sound like you want to off yourself. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mcdonalds has always been a safe stop for all my journeys. Never had issues with quality of food. The table however was a little dirty. That put a dent in the experience else alls great. Had the new spicy chicken nuggets and the coffee.

They must have been upset about working the holiday. Rushed ordering resulted in missing items. Got half dead fries and was missing a big Mac. Pull back around and a dry "pull up" was my instruction. I get to the window and the same girl, who didn't speak a word to me or respond when I asked if everything was in the one bag the first time, handed me another bag. She never said a word yet again so I pulled off. That bag still wasn't my order! Not my fault you're miserable at work. Take your headphones out and pay attention! 🙄 Just another typical kid-run McDonald's. Slow service, cold fries, blank faces.

wow, this place was our saving grace—the kind gentleman I spoke with on the phone assured me that they did indeed have the grimace shake and that there was still time to wish him a happy sweet sixteen! Grimace, if you see this, thanks for inspiring these magnificent shakes. you still look great after all these years! overall, the best mcdonald’s experience i’ve had in decades. The fries were perfect and tasted like childhood.

Horrible people. I'm a dasher and iv picked up food a few times from here(mainly nights) and they practically threw the food at me.

I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and when I got home there were not burgers in my cheeseburgers, only pickle, buns, cheese and ketchup. I tried to call but no answer. I guess shame on me for not making sure the meat was actually in my food.

an hour of waiting in the car line. Upon arriving at the window, an older employee working alone did all the work because the other employee was playing a game on her cell phone while she prepared some food. I think this is unfair and I lose an hour of work due to the responsibility of an employee without the desire to work. January 23, 23. 1am

We ordered 4 burger meals and my total was just under $60.00. I know that prices have gone way up but this sounds like price gouging. Totally insane. Food and service was fine NOT THE PRICES 😠

I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg no cheese. I received 2 sausage McMuffins with cheese no egg. They even repeated my order to me a still gave me the wrong food.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Nuggets we’re so dry, you could tell they were sitting around all day. Fries were soggy, sandwich was barely warm.

Terrible service. Didn't make my sandwich properly, and this is after we spent like 45 bucks here. Rather thanput the sauce on my sandwich or remake it they gave me a mcnugget box filled with the sauce. Absolutely ridiculous, screwed up our order in other ways missing half the happy meal etc. Employees showed visible attitude every step of the way. If you don't want to work go collect welfare

Of all the mcdonald's around. This location is always the cleanest and definitely the mostly friendliest. Don't matter what time of day or night .. always pleasant workers. Thank u

We waited in line at the drive-through for longer than expected, there were only two vehicles in front of us. We ordered two sweet teas expecting to pay $1 each. We had been to another McDonalds the day before and paid $1 each. When we got to the window, the total was $5.38. We had already given our credit card to the cashier when we told her to cancel the order, that was too much to pay for two teas. We didn't realize she changed our card, and did not cancel/refund the $5.38. Unfortunately, this is the only store we ever have issues with. We will not be returning to this particular store.

Went there today it was a JOKE! No napkins or straws by the drink machine. There was spillage all over the floor and I asked the manager Stephen for some help, but he himself was sloppy! The restaurant was filthy!! No clean tables, I had to use sanitizer to wipe off tablets for my family. Bathroom was a hot mess, and customer service was trash. Stephen needs to lead by example for his staff. As the manager he should make sure the restaurant is in a clean condition and that the staff are more friendly. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone!
