EDIT : Can there be a zero stars option?? 6 months later and it still is the worst Starbucks. They are never open, always take forever with drinks, and never have product. Nothing has changed. Zero organization, very slow, had to wait 25 minutes and then finally ask a barista where my sandwich was and she told me they didn’t have anymore. A lot of barsitas, and three of them standing around looking confused and unsure of what to do. A gentleman came up asking why his iced grande drink was in a tall cup, to which the barista replied that they were out of grande cold cups and that is why they made him a tall. What?! Anyways…for a super busy mall Starbucks, they should have clearly had some extra training. Many other guests around also looked annoyed, someone had 2 drinks wrong, another man never got his drink but had to go back to work, the line was consistently 10 people long.

Horrible, never actually had a bad experience at a Starbucks... had to wait numerous times but this time a barista was on her phone at my cup down and forgot about it. Mobile ordered I guess I deserve to wait 25 minutes 🤷‍♂️

Loved grabbing my drink at this Starbucks. The employees were super friendly and helpful. They were very well staffed so I got my drink so quickly! Thank you!!

Speed and quality aren’t good enough to justify the high prices at this location. 20 minutes for poorly made drinks. Always out of promo items. Some of the staff are friendly but I can’t justify spending money at this location anymore. For $7 a cup you need to deliver a great experience and they don’t.

The music blasting at the Galleria Starbucks kiosk is Terrible! This is a place to have a drink relax and talk with a friend. Not at this place, it’s so loud you can’t talk or relax. Concentrating on a book or computer is impossible! Go to Tim Hortons! 01-21-20. 11 AM

I cannot emphasize how far away you should stay from this Starbucks. Today is my birthday and they would not give me my free drink. I even offered to show them my license but they did not care. Wish I could give zero stars.

I went with my friend and ngl there was a lot wrong. First off the had almost nothing available when it came to both drinks or food. The wait was like a hour long for the 2 drinks e got, and there was just so much going on.

Very rude staff. They closed for 45 minuets for something that wasn't clear but had nasty attitude when we asked for a packet of Splenda.

Extremely friendly staff always working very hard. It is a very busy location! I look forward to going I’m never disappointed.

Got a drink from this location ... the straw cracked while drinking. Went back and got another one and the second straw cracked as well. Staff were helpless and just shrugged.

Placed my mobile order, went to go pick it up and the store wasn’t open. Then waited 40 mins for 2 items

I’ve visited this outstanding Starbucks yesterday, January 25 looking for my usual dirty chai. The sweet barista informed me that they were out of chai and if I wanted anything else to drink. I explained to her that I only drink the dirty chai, and I was really looking forward to this drink as I had a long drive back to Canada through a horrendous, snowstorm! The whole team of baristas quickly came to my rescue by Sending the young gentleman I’m sorry I remember his name to run into their Storage area located somewhere in the Mall! They asked me to have a seat and get comfortable, as they assured me they were going to make my drink and sure enough the young man came back with in Minutes!!! He was so quick! He sprinted into action when he was asked! They happily handed me my drink with beautiful, large smiles and wished me safe travels, and I promised them if I made it home safe and sound I would write them all a well deserved review! Ladies and gentlemen, thank you again for your kindness.Thank you for making my drive possible you all deserve 10 stars! Keep up the good work & I Look forward to my next visit to Buffalo! Xo

Slowest service in the entire world. 25 minutes for a stupid grande white chocolate mocha. Never coming here again. Line wasn’t even that long, maybe 5 guests in front of me

The most horrible Starbucks ever. I was waiting at least 30 minutes for grange ice shaken espresso!!! It wasn’t so much people there, some guys were after me in line and received their drinks before me. It’s just disgusting and ridicules.

This store was closed for a couple years and just recently reopened. Not impressed. I ordered a blonde roast coffee and somehow waited 20 minutes for them to loose my order. The cashier claimed he didn’t take any orders for regular coffee which was a lie. Store was incredibly unorganized and staff were just standing around not in uniform not knowing what was going on.

I went into this location to get the bogo free . I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a while now with no problems. I usually have Mckeena take our order . She wasn’t there today and we got 4 drinks . All were bad , but 2 were undrinkable and I threw them out. There was no flavor and so much ice again undrinkable. I have to say I’m very disappointed. Last week I also got a drink that I threw out over drinking it. The man who took our order had long hair and a beard and was very snarky and rude. If it wasn’t for Mckeena I wouldn’t go to this location. Also the girls that were making the drinks and rolling there eyes. It felt hostile and unwelcoming. I hate to give a bad review but this was a terrible experience and I wasted my money.

This location can get pretty busy since Starbucks and Tim Hortons are the only 2 coffee places in the mall. To avoid the line, use the mobile pickup on the Starbucks app. Quality of drinks are consistent and good. Friendly service.

The guy who took my order was real nice. He was so helpful definitely would go back customer service was great.

To expensive to have to wait this long. Sorry. Average of 20 people waiting. I Lowered my score one point for every 5 minutes wait. Hence the 1 star.

Waited for more than 30 min. Reached the counter but lady wouldn't bother. Waited for another 10 min. And then had to leave without placing order. Such bad customer service. Also most of the items were not available which they have clearly mentioned. Very slow people.
