Kind staff and good service. Stopped at this Dunkin Donuts and grabbed coffee & donut. Coffee was hot and had a good taste. Donut was yummy and fresh.

Terrible experience. I'm not sure if it the way were dressed or religion but the employee did not treat us well. We asked for two beyong sausages on an English muffin but got croissant instead. I also asked how many hash browns come in an order. She said 6 but we got 4. Also took way too long for us to get our food. Action will be taken here.

Now you know I love my Dunkin!!! Coffee was great and the sandwich (bagel with sausage, egg and cheese) service was very polite and friendly 💜

Not a fan of the coffee. Server dropped my donut and that was the last one there, so I cannot comment on the donuts. Most of my family enjoyed it though.

My server dropped the only sour cream donut, on the floor that I ordered. She was nice enough not to charge me for the next one. Coffee was meh.

I love Dunkin coffee. Although I haven't been there in years. Donuts were always top notch.

It's Dunkin.. however the employee serving us didn't seem to like their job as they were not friendly or outgoing; they were short with their answers to questions and the drinks came out below the quality that we are used to from a Dunkin so much so that we didn't even finish them.

I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was the last draw for me. Why is my sandwich burnt why was my Donut in the bag with no paper just thrown in there all attached to the bag. I'm so frustrated with this Dunkin Donuts I will make sure they don't do this to any hard working person that's just trying to get breakfast.

Dunkin Donuts Donuts never seem to be 100% percent fresh although I do believe it was a great move to add their restaurants to Delta Sonic locations it makes it more convenient

Dunkin is in the same space as a Subway and gas station convenience store. The parking lot was stressfully busy and tight, but inside everything was spaced out well. Everyone was masked except one person appropriately at one of the designated eat-in tables - it was easy to stay distant. (There is also a little outdoor seating.) My cashier was somewhat brusque and also too quiet to hear well, but my order was accurate, prompt and delicious. (The cashier was also in a Subway uniform so possibly not in their comfort zone with the two restaurants sharing staff.) All in all a good place to stop for gas, a drink, and a snack or meal.

I asked if I can have a coffee in my cup and guy told me no. After I started ask questions he has been rude and said do you want to drink or not? And that was it Very disappointed

Customer service was terrible. The girls were not friendly at all. They messed up my order and when I asked for a foam cup they rolled their eyes and started talking to each other. It also took them 5 minutes to make two drinks. I asked for two caramel swirl iced coffees made regular and they gave me lukewarm coffee with no ice or the proper flavoring. When I told them they barely listened and didn't do anything for me. Absolutely shocked with the service. Pathetic. Will never be back.
