Buyer Beware. I think this was my worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. The attitude I got from these employees makes my blood boil. No one will talk to me the way they talked to me. I visited on May 5 and the service was horrible. employees masks are down. Male employee handling pretzels with no gloves on. Employees doing more talking then working. I asked for something with my meal and I get attitude. I hated this service and you will never see me come back.

absolutely awful service makes you wait so long they act like they’re in no hurry, waited all the time in line just for them to say that’s all the pretzels they’re making and they were raw.

Would give 0 Stars if possible. Staff very unprofessional. My 3 year old daughter wanted a pretzel so we waited in line for about 20 MIN while the workers were acting very unprofessional. Playing vulgar music at a high volume with the N word and the F.. .. words in it. How is this allowed at this establishment. My daughter should not have to experience a situation like this at her age nor hear that vulgar language from that music. Clearly I won't be back to this place or the mall all together. Sadly society has lost respect for anybody including the elderly and innocent children. I want to thank you for making my once every 10 yr trip to the Galleria mall the typical experience to be expected from these rude and entitled millennials.

So absolutely need a reform at this location. Horrible customer service, terrible behaviour. Find somewhere else to eat and do your mood a favour.

Agreeing with some of the other comments on here! Wow! The owner (or company) should be ashamed of themselves of having such horrible service reps! Yikes! I literally walked away when she started rolling her eyes at me, because she had to explain the size options… my goodness. Not good Walden Galleria!

Older lady with the glasses was nice and gave samples to all my kids. The prices are high but we did not have to wait long for fresh pretzels. The best option when your family is on the go while shopping. Most recent trip: I am taking away 3 stars. The manager Julie is nasty did not say hello or make us feel welcome here. She was very mean and rude to her younger coworker. We will not be returning. She is a poor representative for this company.

I use to come to this place all the time. But then they had to stop making the glazin raisin pretzel. (I loved that pretzel) I do like getting the cinnamon sugar pretzel, and their original is still very good. The best thing about the Auntie Annie's pretzels are, they are so soft and chewy. They are the best when they are freshly made and are still warm.

Ordered a pretzel, I was Never given a receipt to do the survey like everyone else. So I have to write my review here. The pretzel tasted like it was made yesterday. Hard and cold. Very disappointed. I havent Had Anne’s in awhile and always loved them, and thought it would be a good treat. But I guess Things have changed. If this is how they always are, I wont Be back.

The service was great, but the manager however was making pretzels and using her phone without changing her gloves! Disgusting. That is not sanitary st all, and for a manager to be doing such a thing is horrible. Also, the one cup of pretzel dogs I got had a half eaten one. Will never visit again!!

Denying service on National Pretzel day? (LOL) But seriously, hours are 11am-7pm. I’m here at 2pm with a store that’s clearly open with pretzels in the heated case. I get told they’re closed... I don’t know what the real story was but I’m not buying it. This is the main store I go to and the service is usually slow and not the most polite.

Food was fine, at least what they had in stock. But the attendant (Didn't get the name, but he's black and wears a red hoodie) was rude as hell. I know how frustrating the fast food business can be, but c'mon man, lighten up... He's pretty unprofessional too. Always on his phone, closing early. Aside from that guy, this was an okay visit. Nothing real satisfying...

I’ve Tried this place 3 different times because I wanted to test if I just had a bad day. But EACH time I received horrible customer service, and it’s upsetting because it’s it’s ran by people of my skin color, show that we can do something for once! I’m going to continue to have people report this place because the manager is not doing anything to help improve the professionalism of this company! Oh and never order on DoorDash they will get your order wrong or just simply cancel it because they don’t feel like doing it because they’re LAZY.

The other reviews of this location are absolutely correct. The lady taking orders was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried to order original pretzel nuggets but the lady rudely informed the line and me that everything on the counter was all they had. The pretzel nuggets themselves are also really expensive. Almost coming put to $10. Will not be returning. Angry lady, if you're reading this, just breathe. It's not that serious.

Staff here was really helpful with figuring out the best prices, as well and support on customer satisfaction. They keep it pretty clean even when they are being slammed with a line. Food is great and the glaze packets are really good. Overall, I recommend stopping here at your next trip to the galleria mall.

Me and my Grandma had gone and there were a couple of girls behind us. We were waiting for a few minutes for someone to take our order even though we saw 3 people who could take our order. When the girls behind us asked if they were closed and if anyone would take our order, they responded that they couldn’t do two things at once. Two of the people weren’t doing anything and the one person was making pretzels. We all ended up leaving. It was horrible customer service and incredibly disappointing. They had been arguing the whole time behind the counter and it was horrible.

I DO NOT CARE what everyone else says. This place's cinnamon sugar pretzels make me CRE- crazy! No but actually,, this place could have my (boyfriend's) entire paycheck and I wouldn't even be mad. Wow.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We have ordered auntie Ann’s from DoorDash way too many times & never ONCE received the right items, or even all of the items in general. & today was the last straw. $40 in pretzels & only got 1 thing. Do better.

STG had the absolute best pretzel of my life today and didn’t even see it coming. Perfectly buttered, salted, and 100% fresh and soft. The manager (Jazzmyn from the receipt?) and her team crushed it today. Can’t wait to get more 🙏🏼

The food is great. Auntie Anne's pretzels are delicious. That's across the board, any location I've been to. This location just happens to have terrible customer service. I went there one time, got in line, and the kids closed up, just put a sign on the counter and closed, arguing with the guy who was at the front of the line. It wasn't noon or 1 o'clock or any other round number, it was a pretty random time. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that they had to make more pretzels or something, but when I came back later and ordered, the kids who worked there were just rude. They've been rude every time I've gone back since. I won't stop buying food from there on account of that, but it's annoying, nonetheless. They don't have to be nice, people really just want their food, so just neutral would be fine.
