I was there yesterday the staff was friendly. However the thumping and loud music from the zumba class right next door was extremely annoying. Not what I want while shopping. Music so loud you can't even think. But bless the cashiers for having to listen to that while working.

Came here this past Friday night for one personal item. Store closes at 9 and I pulled in the parking lot at 8:53 knowing I would be very quick. I didn't even have my car door shut before a woman working here unlocked the store door and yelled at me across the parking lot "We close in 4 minutes". I get there are some people that come in and meander around and people want to go home, but the store doors should be open until 9 and customers shouldn't be "scared away" from the parking lot. I was back in my car and on my way by 8:56.

Came in tonight at 730pm, not a worker to be found. Came to the register and the “worker” (no name tag or any way to know she was employed there) came up talking on her earbud about how she had to go to the hospital and just sharing personal information. She never said a word to me the whole time I cashed out or waited, no hello, etc. just talked on the phone and was eating grapes out of a container behind her. I had to tell her an item was rung up the wrong price as I got it from outside and it rang up full price. She changed the price without saying a word. I don’t think I’ve ever been cashed out by a more unfriendly cashier.Aisles blocked by boxes that you couldn’t even get down. At the very end I said “have a nice night!” and she repeated it and just stared me down. Uncomfortable and unprofessional. Giving two stars because I did find what I needed in the store but it needs to be cleaned badly and maybe look at who you are employing or have some training about customer service.

The Two beautiful girls working today around 11/12pm were so amazing and nice! As soon as I walked in they were kind and greeted me, when I checked out my things they told me I was stunning and that comment alone made my day. I never go in here but I will be more often now because of their great customer service!

I was just in on Sunday Mach 5th about 5:30ish the cashier has no desire to help me and all the flyer deals I came in for he had no words just an I don’t care attitude. He didn’t want to explain the coupon program. When I asked his answer to me was.... “your like the 9th person I had to explain this to” and acted like I was the idiot. Everything I went in for was on a buy 1 get one 50%off flyer deal. He wouldn’t even go check out the signs that was on the shelf showing the deal. I just walked, out Iwas so frustrated. The store needs much better management!!!!

the reason is.. " Once, ring the bell". Which people just give bing bing... and the lady gets mad and shows her attitude to costumers saying "read the instruction". She don't have patient to the costumers.. se gets irritation when mistakenly costumer hit the bell 2/3 times.. but bell should hit twice.

Good selections and prices, but short of help. Only one person working, and lots of customers!

Family Dollar. Not much to say. Small store, friendly helpful staff (the staff pushed 3 stars to 5).

Everyone here is always friendly and the place is always clean and organized. Sadly they are one of the few things left in that plaza. Keep up the great work!

Love this store. Every Dept has knowledgeable people to help you with whatever you need.
