I would like to take a moment and thank James Neumann and S and E Jewelers for restoring a piece of family history. This pocket watch has been in my possession for almost 45 years, and has never run. Thanks to Jim and his staff, this Waltham 1908 pocket watch, originally belonging to William Wilson, our Great Grandfather is running as well or better than the day it was built . Thank you for bringing back 112 years of Wilson Family history. William Wilson passed away August 14, 1961. Coincidentally, my older brother Craig had just been born August 12, in the same hospital William passed away in, two souls passing in life!

I had another wonderful experience at S&E Jewelers. I brought in my original wedding band that needed resizing & when I picked it back up, it was a perfect fit. I also ordered a gorgeous Citizens men’s watch for a Christmas present. It came in quickly & at an excellent price. I brought in watches that needed batteries & jewelry to be cleaned. The entire staff was so helpful, friendly, efficient in helping me. We will always be grateful for the continued excellent service that we are given here!

I picked up an order for a pair of earring and ring sizing. Repair was very good and jewelry of high quality. Sometimes I have to wait on the sales process but today I am really happy that I could get everything done in a relatively short time. Much appreciated!

The rings were beautiful but they are a bit unorganized. My husband’s ring took much longer than we were told and we were called multiple times to make a payment on a ring that was already paid off because of their disorganization. The staff were all very nice though and like I said, the rings are beautiful.

Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Had my ring sized and tips holding diamonds built up. Ring is so sparkly it looks brand new. It was done in 10 days as promised. Would definitely go back

When I was referred to S & E Jewelers, I walked in with a mission. As soon as I mentioned it to Natalie, she said she was sure they could help me. Her confidence was encouraging because I had been searching in my home state of Colorado and was feeling hopeless. Because Natalie was busy with ringing phones, Jim came over to assist me. I told him I was trying to match a necklace to 3 others my mother purchased for my granddaughters a few years ago. Since then, my mother passed away and I was determined to find an open heart pendant with my youngest granddaughter's birthstone in the middle. Jim went above and beyond to be sure he found exactly what I wanted. He took his time and was patient giving me his full attention. I was able to get the pendant I wanted to match the others. Jim, Natalie and the owners made me feel welcomed and were very appreciative of my business. I was visiting and leaving the next week. When it was ready, Jim called and we decided how to ship it to me and he even wrapped it for Christmas since I will give it to her as a gift.
