Stopped in today when they first opened looking for a very specific item. They had exactly what I wanted right down to the correct size. The staff and owner were great. I was in and out with my gift in 15 minutes. Very satisfied and will shop again in the future when I am looking for something special.

My wife was accosted by a very aggressive/rude security guard at the door. He said "what do you want?" No greeting at all. Then 2 salesman approached with cavalier attitudes. She inquired about having a diamond ring fixed. They were not helpful in the least. We'll never go therre again.

I must say that I really enjoyed my visits to the Showroom. There was no long wait time and the staff was courteous enough to put my ankle bracelets on my ankle for me. I am very satisfied with my purchases. They also repaired one for me that I had not purchased from them. I will Definitely return to The Showroom again. Thanks again

Don and all the crew at Airport are awesome! I’ve been in a few times and they have always been patient with me and very honest. Just a couple examples of Don’s integrity… when replacing a watch battery, he warned me there was a chance the face would break. The face did crack. Even though he warned me, he had me go buy a new watch (same make) and reimbursed me. Today I brought in a few items. One of my items he was extremely honest and told me to just start wearing it and enjoy the beautiful piece because he couldn’t give me what it was really worth. He didn’t have to say that. I don’t really know the worth and was just cleaning out my jewelry box. I have more stories, but go in and find out for yourself. Their cheerful disposition and HONESTY is what keeps me going back.

They have everything you can think of and more. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Don is a veritable encyclopedia of fine metals and stones. They offer free they clean your jewelry for free, they inspect your jewelry for free, they have live videos with DIY jewelry care and all kinds of great information as well as free giveaways! If you have old gold lying around diamonds jewels you're looking to trade them in this is the place. There isn't enough stars.

Rick was fantastic in helping us! So knowledgeable and helpful. We felt no pressure to buy what he showed us which is always a turn off. We will most certainly return to the show room for all our jewelry purchases!

Great people! Bought a gold neckless there 3 years ago for my daughters 13th birthday. I was concerned that the fine gold necklaces wouldn't hold up so the woman who helped us actually gave each of the 3 we were trying to decide between a few big tugs. 1 broke so we bought one of the others. That impressed me. I went in today with that same neckless that had quite the knot. I spent 3 days trying to get out and she managed to get it out in less than 10 minutes and they even showed my daughter a few tricks to prevent knots in the future.

I had stopped by after getting an estimate on my broken gold. Upon leaving and reaching my vehicle a bracelet was missing. Don is a hardcore thief. I know that the Lord sees what he does and the consequences are far worse then dollars the Lord rebuke him.

I brought in a watch that needed a new battery that I could not get the back off of. They got it off with ease and put in a new battery at a reasonable price! They are so friendly and helpful there!
