Had good customer service. Bought a silver diamond cut rope necklace from this company and it just didn't have the shine that a silver necklace should have. I tried to get it to shine but it wont luster like it should. Even my smaller diamond cut rope necklace shines more then the one i bought from here and its half the size.

i got my 2nd holes for my birthday and 3 weeks later it’s infected. the hole on the back is no where near the one on the front so it’s completely crooked. definitely don’t recommend going here.

The employees are a little pushy to sell you jewelry

We went to the one next to Starbucks in the galleria yesterday. We got there at 6:10 pm and picked out a pair of earings but the lady told us she was going on break and to come back in 20 minutes to buy them. We did and no one was there. We kept checking every 10 minutes and still no one. She didn't come back until after 7pm. So we went to get the earings we picked out and she said "sorry we close at 7, you should have come back earlier ". I said "we did" but she wouldnt respond to that. Very rude, very lazy. It would have only taken a few minutes to check us out. Not going back.

Today , I went to piercing pagoda to get my ears pierced. The jewelry consultant showed me what earrings for my piercing. I like them so i told her that these are the ones that i want. I will go back to them when its time for another pair of earrings. Customer service is very good .

My GRANDDAUGHTER got her ears pierced. She gave the girl a hard time but she remained professional, patient and got it done
