It was a very good experience. From the front desk, to the doctor everyone was so friendly... nice and clean place. I went there for my 3.5 year old daughter and she loved the place and the doctor as well. They listen what you want to tell with patience & give good treatment. I’m very pleased with the service. Highly recommended if you are thinking to go to any urgent care 👍🏼

My daughter needed a school physical at the last minute (Not covered by insurance, it cost $30) The service was excellent! I made the appointment and registered online (Quick and easy, you'll need insurance and photo ID card). The Clinic was extremely clean. The Receptionists were kind and professional. Short wait time. Great location. Pleasant and well lit waiting area Free slushie ( My daughter's favorite part of the visit 😋😋😋) The entire staff made my daughter feel comfortable. Everyone was super friendly. My daughter was happy (Especially when she got a toy out the toy chest and a sticker). We were done with our appointment quickly. Highly recommended 👏🏿👏🏿

The location at Walden and Union. I was treated by Dr. Thor and he was amazing. He took the time to listen to me and made sure I was feeling better than when I arrived. It was the best experience I've had with a Dr. In a very long time. He treated me better than my primary Dr who couldn't even see me before a week. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I waited over an hour to be seen but it's Urgent Care so in the end it was worth the wait

This was my first visit to Well Now and I would definitely recommend their facility. Check in was very efficient. I was actually taken back to the patient room before my scheduled appointment time. The nurse asked useful questions and asked if I wanted a particular test, which I did. The PA deliver my test results and my diagnosis within a matter of minutes. I am happy to say I’m feeling a little better today due to the quick access to my needed medications.

I went in feeling very sick with covid systems. My wait was short to see a physician and Dr.Matt was spot on with his diagnosis and prescription. I felt better within 2 Days. Totally appreciative of their care for me.

Everyone treated me with kindness and respect. Physician Assistant Matthew Mazurczak's caring friendly manner was reassuring. He made an accurate diagnosis wrote prescriptions. Very pleased with my experience.

Sick for 3 nights, 4 days. Decided to visit Walden Ave location, which is Brilliantly 💎Clean. Masks available. Check-in set me at ease immediately! The young lady helping me, offered compassion and professionalism. Immediately, she led me to a private room, stating “the nurse will be in shortly.” Nurse Gabby was taking my blood pressure in less than 60 seconds. Gabby is thorough, I was relieved with the treatment that I was offered. Funny, I already felt better before Matthew, PA came into the room. Matthew is very thorough, professional, and on point! Matthew displayed concern with my acute condition. Matthew explained his health plan that is best for me. Went to WellNow Urgent care 10/3/22. Visit was incredible , facility was very clean and the staff was very pleasant and very professional . My wait was not long at all , from the front information desk , medical assistant assessment , to the P.A.diagnosis and treatment . My recommendation is 100% for my family/friends if the need arises! Very compassionate caring staff. P.S. It’s a kid friendly too !

Great level of care,quick check in was placed in room within 10 minutes.Doctor & nurses were thorough and gave me all information I needed relating to my care.They allowed me to ask questions if I had any. They also provided me with a note for my job and for school. I received my covid test results this morning. Very fast turnaround. I would definitely go to urgent Care again.

I have been to two different Wellnow locations and both did a great job taking care of me. The offices were clean and they took care of me quickly. So much better than a hospital ER for non-life threatening problems. Totally recommend them.

There are friendly. Very nice people.,I walk through no appointment and they take care of me before an hour. You are doing good job. They have patients to listen to you.

Yesterday my son was crying from ear pain. I called well now to ask about the wait and was told 1/1.5 hours but moving fast, so we headed there. We were checked in, sat for two minutes and then was seen and left within five minutes of that time. All together, we were in and out within 25 minutes. I can’t thank the staff enough for the fast service and their kindness. Especially during holiday season with all the colds going around.

I recently injured (cut) my hand and went to this location (it was later in the evening and this location was open) to have it looked at. Everyone on the staff from the reception/check in desk, the nurse that did the prep and evaluation to the physician that did the treating and sutures were top knotch friendly, professional and compassionate. They got me in, fixed up and out in about 45 minutes. Thank you again!

Was 3rd in line when arrived. In 5 minutes, I was admitted and escorted to a treatment room. The nurse and PA promptly arrived took my vitals and info. Less than 30 minutes , I was stitched up and on my way. The entire staff was pleasant, professional and well qualified. I will choose Urgent Care before a hospital ER.

We were traveling from out of state and my daughter needed medical attention. The office was very accommodating. They were able to see her quickly with no wait time. The facility was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and kind. The highlight for my daughter was the slushy machine. Thank you for taking wonderful care of her.

So I visited well now on Walden and Union. It was a late night visit. I got stung by a bee. I was seen by a female physicians assistant. I asked her to cut the stinger out. And to her credit she did not put a small cut in my finger and take out the stinger, that was a silly thing for me to request. So up to that point she did great. What I did not like is she did not make any attempt to get the stinger out at all. She just left it in my finger actually my thumb., she said it would come out with time and gave me an antibiotic. But to tell you the truth I was not happy with that as it burned quite intensely. And I wanted the stinger out. So I came home and with some effort my wife who is a nurse got two large stingers maybe it was one that broke in half out of my thumb. It would have been nice if the physician's assistant would have taken the stinger out of my thumb. After all that is what I went there for. So in all she was right to not cut my finger. But she could have showed a little more concern and got the stinger out.

Went fairly early, around 915am, and there already a line of about 5 people ahead of me. From what I can recall, in my Covid stupor, the place was pretty clean and organized. There was a water dispenser, and a place to make hot tea, always nice when you're sick. There was also a slushie machine, but it wasn't working, booo! Lol, kidding, might have to get sick again to try it out, haha ;) The staff was busy, so other than checking in, and leading to my room, there wasn't much interaction. They seemed pleasant enough :) The line moved at a good place, and I believe I waited under 15 minutes before the PA came in... I did keep laying down though, so don't quote me on that, lol. The PA was very nice, made the appt easy and had me out shortly after the test came back positive. Without asking, he also offered a note for work or school, if needed. All in all, I would recommend this location. The entire process was easy breezy, and I didn't have to suffer there, in my sickness, for too long. I would highly recommend mornings if you don't have an appt, but otherwise would definitely suggest going online several hours before an making an appt. Same day appts were all after 3pm. Take care!

I had appointment & was taken immediately upon arrival. The Team was very efficient. I had a flu test, chest xray and breathing treatment all within 1 hour. The Physician Assistant Matthew Mazurczak' was excellent in communicating with me & listened. I was very happy with my experience.

Legit the only urgent care in Buffalo my 4 year old and I will ever go to! They are absolutely wonderful. They have treated us with kindness and care every time we have been there. The wait is never long and the staff is amazing and Knowledgeable.

My step-son woke with severe ear pain, and we rushed over since they close at 11. When we got there at 9:30, we were told that if we didn’t have an appointment, we wouldn’t be seen. Advertising as an urgent care but refusing care for not having an appointment is medical negligence.

I was greeted in a friendly manner, the nurse took the time to listen to me while taking my vitals. The provider was very nice and thorough during my visit.

My appointment was at 1:24 pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and they took me in. The staff was very pleasant and the dr was wonderful. I had an EKG and X-ray done. I was all done and out of their at 1:40 pm. I would highly recommend going there. I booked my appointment online and I will definitely go back there again if needed.

Everything was good up till the end. Check in was easy. I went for a DOT physical. Once it was my turn, everything was awesome. The nursing staff was friendly and easy to talk to. The doctor was also friendly and was knowledgeable about the procedures. I’ve only been treated better by my own family doctor. I recommend this location!

My experience with WellNow Urgent Care has been pleasant and expeditious while in pain or discomfort! I have experienced their highly skilled staff, knowledge, patience in listening, their welcoming and positive attitude in my crisis. Their medical expertise helped my circumstance and encouraged me to connect with my doctor, as well. Oh, by the way, I was in and out in an hour, mid- day, mid- week! From a Happy Patient! This place is the best. And the staff's are very nice. If the patient is in very bad situation, they call you IN A.S.A.P Within 2min or less. Depends on the patients situation. I took my daughter in yesterday and she's 8yrs old. She was in very bad situation, She was going to vomit and they rushed in and got something for her to vomit in a container, and she had fever too. And they took her in immediately. They're very, very, very much helpful. Out of all other WELLNOW URGENT CARE CENTER THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO TO. AND THE DOCTOR' & NURSE PRACTITIONER'S And the RECEPTIONIST AS WELL. THEY ARE VERY GOOD TOO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Was in Buffalo on Business. Needing urgent care when you’re 8 hrs from home only adds additional stress to the situation. Everyone made me feel safe, they were kind and considerate. Made the whole process from visit to pharmacy suggestions very easy. Thanks for everything - hope I never see y’all again but would come back if necessary!

Facility was very clean. All staff were very nice and professional. Did not have to wait long, and was put in a room in a timely manner. The Doctor spoke clearly, was sympathetic to how I was feeling, and very thorough. Would definitely recommend this Facility .

Whenever I come to this location , it’s always clean and the woman at the front desk checking you in are always nice and greet you. Love the providers that work there! I went in for a COVID test. Check in staff was so kind. Nurse was so friendly and made me feel right at home. Very professional. The PA and his scribe were kind, funny and encouraging. One of the best experiences I’ve had seeking medical care.

Dr Matt was wonderful. He toke his time with us explained everything and was very patient. The nurse was very good pleasant and did her job very well. Everyone was nice didn’t wait long at all. It was a good experience

I am a returning patient of Well Now Union Rd location. I have had nothing short of great service every time I have went. I go primarily due to wait time (short for the most part) and secondly the staff. My last visit was great! The PA was amazing! Very attentive to my concerns and needs and made me feel right at home. I would absolutely recommend this location. The place is also well kept!!
