Always super nice and helpful when I go in here. I have such a hard time finding jeans that fit and I feel confident in. After 2 pregnancies and having a hard time accepting my "mom bod" and losing the extra weight even so many years later they were all so helpful and encouraging. Commissions they receive or not they helped me find some perfect clothes that I feel great in. Really great store with a great staff.

Always have enjoyed the fashion and quality clothes sold here. The newer store has less pushy salespeople and that is a plus.

In all my years of shopping retail I gotta say I've never had a better experience than with Don. He isn't pushy. He listens, and pays attention to details about you, your style, little stories you tell. Rants. Everything. The guy is a customer service genius. I found out he was managing this location and just wanted to let people know he's the go to guy.

Worst buckle I’ve ever been too. Employees brag about making commissions and try to tell you everything is awesome. Clothes get updated like 2x a year. And, best yet just noticed the $70 shirt I bought with the tags still on it has a hole in it. I know I can go and return / swap but what a rip off. Like most stores in the galleria with no AC I’d avoid and save your money. Or else examine everything time you buy for issues…..

Awesome experience, new SM was really engaging and got me some dope sullen gear to sift thru overall, one of my favorite locations so far.

One of the worst experiences at a store I’ve ever had. A male worker came up to me and said “how are you?” And we said “good how are you” and then he goes “pretty good considering we have cameras.” And we were like okay?? He then continued to go to another customer and say “thank you for that”… he accused us of stealing when I didn’t even pick anything up! So embarrassing and degrading. Will not be returning and hope this management is fixed.

Been visiting this store for 5+ years. Love the jeans, fancy cute shirts and the knowledgeable,attentive and friendly staff. Went there today to get affliction cute shirts for me and my sister visiting and the female employee was so nice and quickly found two manches for me. Wish I remembered her name but she had beautiful dark red hair. Thank you, will be back!

Extremely impressed with their sales associates. Great service and I like their selections.

The friendly staff helped me find the pants that fit exactly the way I like them to fit (I must have tried on 20 pairs). Special bonus: They have a seamstress on staff to hem pants that you purchase to the exact length you need them. (And it's free!?!)

It's.a typical clothing store. Not my style but the staff were nice and store was well kept.
