    The drive thru line was HUGE so I decided to go inside to save time. I’ve been here 20 minutes and still haven’t gotten my drink. Im literally going to be late to work now. How does one drink take over 25 minutes to make. Either hire more people or stop treating the drive thru more important than the people inside. I should have just stayed in the drive thru

    Awful service. People came in after us and were getting their drinks. Employees act like they haven’t been trained. When asked how much longer got a plain excuse of we’re backed up at the moment. Absolutely no order in this place at all.

    My order was all messed up, I waited 10-15 mins for drink and then when I ask about my drink, I was told that I should be ready soon. 6 customers who came in after me got their drinks well before mine which to be honest don’t make any sense. Terrible customer service.

    I come here before work everyday. I can't exaggerate enough how fast, efficient and great these people are at their job. Just this morning I had the sweetest employee make my day. Their drive thru is just killing it. Thank you so much. My favorite starbucks of all time (and I've been to the first one in Seattle.) Keep doing great things. (My drink was too good so I finished it before I took the picture.)

    Every time I come here I wonder why I was so idiotic to come back to this location. Every single time it looks like nobody has any kind of system. The hot food station gets abandon for literally 10-15 minutes at a time. They put my order in drive thru last time. This time nobody even went to make my order that was supposed to take 7 minutes until 13 minutes after I arrive. So 20 minutes. This during a snowy day with nobody coming threw except a few in drive thru and 5 workers. Terrible place to get your Starbucks. Go elsewhere

    I come here every single day and the wait is 45mins-1hr no matter what time of day. Today I had waited about 30 mins just to get to the speaker, it was 12:55 and no one came to the speaker for about 5-10 mins and when they did, they said they were closing at 1pm and refused to take my order, even though I was there beforehand, waiting on a worker to get to the window.(And might I add, I heard him say to another worker "oh I didn't have my headset on"). I was still stuck in line for 10 more minutes while they served everyone else in front of me that they hadn't refused service to. No cones. No signs until you got to the speaker - and by then you're stuck in line. There was about 10 cars behind me stuck too. God awful, abysmal customer service. Rude, ignorant and entitled workers. It's always something when I go there; they make their own hours, they're out of everything all the time. My drink is wrong constantly yet I never say anything. But today was the final straw for me. Never, ever again. That location needs to be shut down. Let me add: the old, regular employees are great and friendly - I wish I knew their names, this review has nothing to do with then. It's these new kids the company is bringing in that are just terrible. They seriously had my blood boiling today when they shut and locked the window in my face after refusing to take my order because THEY didn't put a sign out announcing their closing or come to the speaker for 10 mins, which I would have easily made the cut off if they had.

    3.6⭐'s Always good. Even better when you know how to order. If you know how to order to your sweetness; then it will some of the best coffee you could have it of the big 3!

    Completely incompetent workers. Legit asked for a regular iced mocha with mocha sweet cream foam. And got a iced white mocha with regular mocha sweet cream. And asked the worker Jenna remake it and made sure to say "I don't want any white mocha" just to be sure it got remade correctly and she made me an all white mocha iced drink and when I asked to remake it again she got mad and got the manager to come remake it. kudos the manager for being able to make my drink correctly and swiftly. Only 2 stars for the manager. Otherwise it would've been one star.

    So. 9am. Friday morning. Drive thru is slow. I figure I’ll go in to the counter. I go in. After several minutes someone takes my order. Minutes go by. I have an upcoming meeting. People there before me haven’t received their drinks. They ask about the wait. Still going to be some time. I decide to leave without my drink after I have already paid to get to my meeting on time. Wow. What a brand equity destroying experience. I could have asked for a refund I guess but I didn’t have time. Is 20 minutes really and acceptable wait time for a cup of coffee. That is outrageous. I don’t blame the employees. They all seem to be working hard, but something here is broken.

    Today I went there in search of a small white hot chocolate , instead I had a 15 minute wait in drive thru line , asked for a warmed up cheese danish , I received it cold , instead of the white hot chocolate I requested, I received a hot chocolate regular , i even tipped during card payment , I didn’t have time to go back and ask for things to be redone because I had to get on the road for the holiday tree that I already was running for . I even tried to call and the number listed online was busy signal. It just spoiled my morning road trip this morning , but thanks

    Staff was friendly, the drinks are good, but... perhaps the prices make things confusing. With prices this fantastically low, people might think Starbucks is using subpar ingredients. I hope they go up so people can assume the ingredients are great, and when girls see me with a Starbucks cup it's clear I'm a baller.

    I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a Caffe Misto with cinnamon powder. Mu sandwich was made almost 10 minutes before my coffee was ready. Even though when I get my coffee, it wasn’t the same way as I requested. It was missing cinnamon powder. I went back into the store to add the guy politely to add cinnamon because he forgot. But none of the employees were even ready to listen and they were just doing their jobs by ignoring me. I don’t pay $7 for a coffee get this kind of service. Really disappointed.

    My mobile order was over 10 mins late and I was on my way to work so I told them, and instead of making my drink quickly they took the time to refund me. Why are they spending all their time making mobile orders for people who aren't even in the store waiting?

    There were about 6-7 workers behind the counter at roughly 1030am on a weekday. Not one person had any interest in taking orders at the register they are all focused on pickups and drive through. Stood there for 15 mins and then just left.

    Love this Starbucks! The service was phenomenal. So friendly! The drinks were excellent. Helpful note: it is currently ONLY drive through. No sit ins.

    I had the dragon fruit refresher which was absolutely beautiful but what I didn't like was the dehydrated pieces of dragon fruit inside the middle of it was very sugary but other than that great service super nice very busy so it took a little time but other than that I give you four for everything else

    This starbucks always takes 20 minutes in their drive thru, and you sit at the speaker thinking if you should say something because no one says anything to you for 5 minutes of you sitting there. The people are nice always, but at least let me know that you'll be right with me.

    I ordered 2 venti brown sugar shaken oat milk espressos and instead of them putting brown sugar in them they put CINNAMON POWDER in it. I almost choked and died when i took my first sip. i’m not returning to this starbucks until i’m compensated for this mistake.

    Busy spot along a busy shopping area. We had a Long wait for two drinks on a Sunday morning. Order in advance to avoid lineups. Nothing particularly special. Tight parking spots outside. Should have more employees working prime time hours to avoid order backlogs.

    I understand that everyone is jumping on the tipping ban wagon, however I think it’s getting a little out of hand. I understand having a jar for tips but what I don’t understand is the cashier handing the payment terminal out the window, into my car, with the option to tip. This has happened to me a handful of times only at this location. SO tacky. Unless customer service is great (which it usually isn’t) I don’t tip. It takes 2 minutes to make a $7 drink and very little effort to throw a frozen sandwich into the microwave all while getting paid $15+ an hour.

    Stuck for 30+ minutes in the drive thru and store was out of at least 1 or more ingredients to make Starbucks staple everyday drinks. Also, the staff could use more training. I would give this location 0 stars if I could.

    Really dirty unkempt place. Water leaking from the sink onto the floor below where customers are standing and the staff belligerently acknowledge it happens all the time! Filthy floors . Unfriendly staff.

    Excellent and diverse staff. Truly love the drinks and their efforts to keep up with the long drive thru line. 50% of iced drinks every Tuesday for July can get wild. Dont forget to tip peeps. 🤗💙

    Decent service. Pretty slow (25+ minutes for three drinks). Ordered four drinks, but after waiting 25 minutes, they said they had no lemonade for the forth drink.. refund was fast.

    This is my favorite location for drive thru ordering. I use the mobile app and give them my name and it's a seamless process. I've never had a drink/food item I didn't like from there. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
