Three out of four times I go to order coffee and it either they don't stir it or they don't put it in enough sugar and when I say something do I go with the sugar is not coming through we have to hit the side to make it come out That's not my problem if I order three sugar I want three sugar not one not one and a half I spend $3 on a coffee that I can't even drink that's not fair

I came from Canada to come visit my family down in Buffalo and they knew my favourite place to go was Tim Hortons .. by coming to this location I felt a warm welcome by the employees working! The location was clean, well kept, and definitely an out standing visit ! In the future when I come here often this will definitely be my go to place to go for my coffee across the boarder ! Thank you to the staff for making me feel like home even when I’m not from here . This is the best and only Tim hortons I will go to. I’m in ahh ! Five stars isn’t enough to rate this fantastic service .

I was there on Sunday, March 13, at 5.45 pm. for coffee, but they closed their door and only opened the driveway service . And when I asked why close inside service they didn't answer. Also, they didn't give me my receipt when I bought coffee from the driveway. Then i can upload the receipt . And coffee tastes were bad like old coffee.

Not very fond of this particular location. A younger Latin woman in particular who's always in the drive thru in the morning for a few years is pretty rude and I definitely make it my business to avoid this location in the morning.

I loveeeeee the workers in the morning especially the one guy he is so sweet everyone is so nice my food and drinks are always made the right way. NEVER SEEN BUGS FLYING AROUND THE DONUTS VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT

DO NOT EAT OR DRINK AT THIS LOCATION ON PINERIDGE RD. I ORDERED A LATTE THAT HAD A HALF INCH GERMAN COCKROACH IN MY LATTE. WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE A ROACH INFESTATION WITHIN THERE MACHINES THAT ARE NOT BEING CLEANED. I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!! EAT AND DRINK HERE AT THE RISK OF YOUR HEALTH!!!!

Every time I come through, my coffee is PERFECT. Customer service is on point. I love this location compared to some. I very rarely habe any issue here. Thank y'all for being great workers!!!

I have come 2 days in a row to this location. There is a young lady, who wears glasses and long braids. Her customer service is top notch. I just wanted to make it known. That's really pleasant to see these days!!

Friendly food fresh and ice caps are slamming. The guy even gave me a bowl of water for my kitty It shows there is still decency in the world Lightens up my mood when I come here. The manager Tj is always friendly smiles and great service. Keep up the great work.

Will not return to this Tim's H again. Terrible service. Unclean customers, smelling very bad. People waiting and being loud and obnoxious. The food preparer having to yell over the rude customers just to announce their order is ready. I went in for a croissant sandwich which was ok, but I specifically went in for the new cold brew. The Brown Sugar Butter Carmel Cold Brew. The lady at the register didn't even know what it was and apparently they didn't know how to make it because after I left and pulled off, I tasted it and it was disgusting. No brown sugar butter, no Carmel flavor. Just a plan ice coffee. Very disappointed. The employees rather play around with the young men that come in rather than give the customers a great experience and what they asked and paid for. Nope, I do not recommend this Tim's @ the corner of Genesee Street and Pine Ridge Rd. Never will I go in there again

I absolutely despised this place. I ordered a chipotle chicken wrap and I wait for 10 minutes thinking they were busy with the drive thru just for me ask someone and them to say that they were out of the chipotle sauce

This location has went down bad they run out of food at 8am talking about they been open since 5am but close in the evening. Scanner , points system don't work often. It iakways something with this location

Yeah it's the first time I was there and I like their coffee when you order espresso it's not easy to find good coffee because espresso the only kind of coffee is determined that's this is good coffee or not but it was very good

Very sad and upsetting. Took forever to get our order processed. This after they were out of the initial items we wanted and made the special trip to this restaurant. Then they were unable to process my payment via ATM. Then they dropped the one of our sandwiches despite paying for it. They got our main order completely wrong. When we asked for cream cheese and jam on the incorrect order we were told that we had to pay for cream and or jam. Unbelievable!! Get your act together.

This location makes up their own lobby hours with no posting online. At 7pm (sometimes as early as 6pm) they close down the lobby and only accept drive thru orders even when their doors are unlocked and there are 0 cars in drive thru an 0 customers in the lobby. Apparently, they also decide not to serve in the lobby at their opening time of 5 am, I came in at 6 am and still was unable to order in the lobby. As someone who does not drive, this location is a waste of my time.

Fantastic service. First time around was a little shaky but since then I have had a fabulous visit every time afterwards. Definitely worth visiting. Person serving us was Nahji and by far one of the best people to have served us. Great customer service.

Wasn't too bad. got coffee and a sandwich the coffee was good however I asked for Chipotle ony sandwich and did not get it was a bit busy when I went and the food was still good. overall it was just ok

Just make sure your order is correct before you leave the counter. Breakfast and donuts are the best!

I couldn't believe they wouldn't take a $50 bill!!!!! I was in the drive thru at least 30 minutes..... and you can't change a $50...you don't need to be in business... so needless to say I took my $50 to another location without any problems!!!!!!!!! I won't return here!!!

They closed the door and drive thru at 9.25 pm. I waited 10 minutes and the employee just staring at me with no response. Date. September 29th 925 pm

The employees park closest to the side door. Show some consideration for seniors like me. These spaces should be used by older customers. Restaurant changed hands, selling fake croissants.

Since the moment my family and I came inside the restaurant, everything went wrong. I am canadian and Tim Hortons is close to my heart. I tried to order some egg and bacon muffins, a grilled cheese panini and they gave me bagel instead of muffins and have to wait more than 15 minutes for the grilled cheese panini, because apparently they forgot about it. After all the mess Iwent to ask kindly for a little bit of cream cheese to put in the bagel sandwich that they gave me wrongly and they wanted to charge me extra for it. Bad service is not even the word for this Tim Hortons. In the meantime people were coming in and continuously complaining to the employees because they messed up their order too. Shameful!! Horrible service and very bad management.

I always get my coffe and breakfast at this location and for the past couple of days the drive thru management is.... idk whats wrong they couldnt get my order correct yesterday. so i thought its fine. But today they did the same thing. I asked for 2 medium ice coffe and got 2 hot ones my boston cream was missing. When i told them they take the hot coffe and dump it in the ice which did not taste good They couldnt keep a simple order rite i asked for liquid sugar and was given powder. And the coffee was not fresh. This location wasnt like this but now i dont even feel like going there and spending my money.
