Okay okay okay, I love this Tim Horton’s. Usually no complaints. And I’m not mad at this situation, I find it more hilarious than anything. I ordered a meal, and as a side I asked for a chocolate glazed donut. They gave me ONE SINGULAR CHOCOLATE TIMBIT 😂. There wasn’t even glaze on it! Just a single dot 😂. While I find it funny, I do have to give a 3 start review because I was really looking forward to my donut 😂.

Very pleasant, helpful and friendly employees! Disappointed with this location as there was nothing available. I was there around 5:40p.m. and they close at 10p.m. So why weren't there more varieties of doughnuts or muffins? Especially if they advertise pumpkin tidbits but they had none. At least they had pumpkin doughnut and muffin. Like any restaurant, you make more food items up until close to closing. Someone like me who travels and on layovers, I make sure I find a Tim Horton's as there aren't many in the states I live or frequent.

The guy working the drive-thru window on 6/24, at around 4:30, needs an attitude adjustment. Poor communication skills, and almost tosses my food into my car instead of letting me get a good grip on the bag. If you don’t like your job, then why are you working here?

One guy here they work as a black guy young is bad bad bad service and he can crazy. I ask him for give me two sugar and give it to me milk for the coffee. He said no you’ll have to pay for it more bad service.

Food depends on the mood of the staff who are not consistently friendly. One young man is very caring and goes out of his way. Coffee is very hot and no carrier is offered, liquid overflows from the lid of the cup. This location has the potential to be one of the best.

I go here every two to four weeks before meeting. My organization and we here for 2 hours service and everything is always great!

Interesting how the Tim Horton on Walden has excellent quality and the one on Delaware and Allen doesn't. Always Bern curious about the variances in quality between different locations.

Went thru the drive through tues 6/13 at about 1120am. I didn’t order anything, someone else in the car did, but im leaving this review because the lady working the drive thru was so pleasant and nice and extremely upbeat and thats a rarity these days.

this location is a hit or miss one. my spouse and I go to this one if we don't have time to get to one of locations on Union for breakfast items before work. today he stopped by at the Walden location and grabbed me a croissant with Nutella and this is what was given to us. im confused as to why since there is always a generous amount of Nutella spread in it.he is always polite to the employees when ordering at the drive thru so I'm not sure why we got this in return. we're even patient when they make a mistake on our coffees. this really bummed me out today.

I come to Tim Hortons at 1610 Walden Ave.14225 nearly everyday enjoying greatly coffee and talking with friendly staffs. Gorgeous atmosphere !

Haven’t really had any issues with this location unlike the other ones. Yes, there has been an issue once in a while, but it usually gets resolved quickly. I just wish I could say the same thing about the other Tim Hortons locations in the area…

I purchased a peppermint hot chocolate at this location, however I received a regular hot chocolate. I went back to let them know there was ZERO peppermint bark, syrup, or peppermint flavoring included. They gave me a second cup (possibly the same drink I returned) and the preparer showed me that there was whipped cream and sprinkles on top. I took a sip still no peppermint flavoring. Please do better. The recipe is as follows: Velvety Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Peppermint flavored syrup topped with whipped topping and a sprinkle of crunchy Peppermint pieces.

I'd give no star if possible because customer service is awful. My bf ordered two waffle sandwich and a drink. The woman on the intercom gave us attitude cause we didn't know what type they had since it's not listed. And we barely order Tim Hortons. She then moaned "why me " afterwards as if we did something wrong! Terrible and the sandwich had egg shells in it. Definitely crunchy.

This crew is amazing! They're always friendly, and welcoming. I go to this one just to see them. Always sweet and IF there's a problem they quickly resolve it to the customer's satisfaction.

The boys in evening shift are hillarious. Got too love a great sense of humor when its cold out and you order cold drinks 🤣🤣🤣 sorry gentlemen for making you colder in drive thru with my order, you should see what I order in summer.... Hot coffee 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Love Tim Hortons. Great coffee, food is always good. Can't say anything bad.
