If I could give this place a 0 I would. If you are a patient here or thinking about becoming a patient here just don't! You are better off going somewhere else. Not only does it take about a hundred tries to get them on the phone but it takes months to even be seen, and even then if they prescribe you something in my experience, they always send it to the wrong place or they don't send it at all so to even find my medication has been a wild goose chase. And getting the pharmacy on the phone? Good luck with that, oh and don't bother leaving a message or a voicemail they mostliikley will never call you back, you're better off calling them a dozen times or even then they answer and just hangup! Some of the doctors are amazing! But Ive been going here basically my entire life and this clinic and it used to run so smoothly but offer the past couple of years it's gone down hill fast, they need new staff who prioritize the clients and don't sit at the desk doing nothing. It is quite irritating when this has been going on for months. They need to step up their game or they will be losing a lot of clients because from the looks of it I'm not the only unhappy client. But this is ridiculous like I said you have better luck finding a different doctor.

Dr. Tio is amazing. I was traumatized at the dentist at 4 years old and have hated going my entire life. She recently broke that fear for me and I am so grateful. Her work is perfect and she is very gentle and efficient. I would give all the stars if I could.

Good service but don't go here for a tooth extraction. They WILL NOT prescribe pain meds so that sucks big time for the duration of waiting days to get the tooth removed and then even worse after removal.

I saw Faith mmBorothi yesterday and she spent time answering all my questions. I never felt rushed. She checked drug interactions with new medication and even checked with the Pharmacist. I've had two strokes so I need to be careful that I don't take medicine that would thin my blood. I received quality care from Faith and all the staff.

I called to schedule a dental appointment for a cleaning and was told that was not possible because we are not established dental patients, and it was not an emergency. You would think dental cleaning would be beneficial to avoid dental emergencies.

Last receptionist I scheduled with was very rude. She needs to work on customer service. If employee is going to have an attitude at front desk she probably shouldn't be working there. It doesn't take common sense to be polite at work. She's not worth the trouble. My point is keep it professional. Everyone else that works there was very respectful and kind.

Starting with my first visit with nurse Jessica Wheeler I have been shown compassion, and professionalism from my providers. Dr Holland was a great provider, and now nurse Kelly Jones is in charge of my treatment, and she has continued the tradition of excellence I have come to appreciate from V.V. and its providers. Thank you for helping me heal.

Never have to wait long in the lobby for my appointments, never had to wait for reception staff to stop chatting to get service which is something I don't see in many places. Can't speak for the other doctors but Kelli Jones is fantastic. Definitely happy here

Everyone at the clinic is awesome, and very helpful. My medications are promptly delivered to my address. My provider is the most helpful and concerned about my health. I enjoy going here. I am thankful for their care.

Wonderful place, every friendly. My daughter's pediatrician is sweet and knowledgeable. She dose a complete exam not just 5 minutes and you're out. I love the time she takes with my kiddo and it never feels like your just a number. I would highly recommend this place.

I'm one of the unfortunate, yet fortunate, people whom have Washington's Apple for insurance. This is the only location I can be seen at for dental care. Right before covid they weren't accepting new clients. Then I was told that I had to wait til covid was over to be seen. Then I was told to wait til the remodel was done to be seen. Then I was told they're not accepting new patients. Yet when I go in with my kids, they took them as new patients, they're are grown adults filling out new patient paperwork; they even request the paperwork and the front desk gals deliver it calling it 'new patient paperwork', yet I was told they weren't accepting new patients. I call, again, today.... They're accepting new patients just not for full mouth care. What the heck does that mean? I was directed to Olympia. My insurance is for Lewis County, therefore I cannot be seen outside of it; my Tx won't be covered. This is infuriating. No one other dental office here in Centralia, or Chehalis, accepts WA Apple insurance but this location and I'm constantly turned away.

Did not tell me they had dropped our insurance provider until I ARRIVED. This appointment had been set up for a month. They had dropped our provider before I made this appointment and never told me. Didn't tell me when I made the appointment. Didn't tell me when they dropped the provider. I have to skip a day of work in order to make a dr appointment due to the commute. My provider requested this appointment as an evaluation. I did not request this appointment. When I check in,they tell me they will need 175$ to be seen and that they no longer take our insurance. (Wich they have been taking for the 6 years we have been using it) time waisted and a work day lost. I'm now out a days pay because they have no communication with thier patients. There is no reason we couldn't be contacted as soon as they dropped my insurance. We received no mail, no email, no courtesy call, nothing. The woman at reception said they don't do that or provide notice. Waist of time and money. Also previously this year, I had an appointment I had requested. I received a call from them saying my provider is out sick and they had to reschedule. When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, they claimed I No call No showed and wanted to charge me. When I saw my provider that day she claimed to not know what they were talking about. During that appointment they cancled a medication that i have been taking for over 10 years. Then said i needed another appointment in order to get it back. I'm not coming back. Done.

I had an issue that wasnt what I deemed an emergency, but that needed attention sooner than later. They got me in that afternoon. Checkin was quick, professional and friendly. Once in, the assistant was very friendly and obviously her job was second nature to her. The dentist was friendly, stern (lol) and professional. She explained the problem and the solution. The entire visit from check in to check out was no more than 30 min. My followup visit was several days later. Same as before, excellent. The procedure from numbing to sending me out the door was less than 15 min! Dont know if I just had the best of luck in all aspects but I will take it :) Thank you Valley View Chehalis Dental staff for a great experience!

I love DR RIM!! She is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I’m 49! She is gentle and compassionate and extremely educated on ALL dental processes, including insurance info. She is amazing and I hope I can keep her for a long time!

As a first time patient I feel i was served well. Both Physician and staff were supportive and efficient. What is problematic is that appointments are not readily available. Long waits between being seen and being able to see physician re. results.

Chanel and the nurses were absolutely AMAZING with my 5 year old daughter. My little girl left raving about how much she loved it and she can’t wait to go back! This is a huge deal for kids that are in their developmental stage. Thank you for providing her with phenomenal care. It means a lot to this mama!

Every time I have had to take my children into Valley View. They get the best care ever, and they try to get to. What is going on with the children? If there is something that I cannot figure out they help me figure it out.

I know a lot of people have issues with them. But above all things they are local and if you go to your appointments and stay on topic (one situation per visit) you will be satisfied. If you have multiple issues make multiple appointments. They are a Doctors office, dental office, Mental health establishment, and a pharmacy. We are very fortunate to have such things in our area. The people i see are hard worked and tired but if your decent they are very nice. Thank you for being in my community.

Further to earlier opinion on the professionalism of this center, I reconfirm it now. I received a call on my test reports so promptly from the staff, lady called Jennifer, she even called back to clarify some doubts I had. The provider Kelly Jones was superb, her assistant and entire team were awesome.
