The doctor and their staff were wonderful. My complaint is with the glasses provider. They they won't let you get just lenses unless you give them your current glasses and have to wait for weeks to get them back. Found a provider in less then 10 minutes that got me new lenses and informed me it was a scam to get you to buy new frames for hundreds of dollars.

The blond girl working one of the front desks yesterday morning, was rude and snarky. Needs an attitude check. You work at an eye and vision facility, don’t act like you’re so much better than everyone.

I so much appreciate the great patient care and skillful approach over the years. Dr. Burrows and Dr. Stoddard offer professional and personal experience. The staff is friendly and takes care of every detail. I recommend them highly.
