We just spent 3 nights here and it was perfect for an early season getaway. The hotel was quiet. Our room had a lovely view of the lake. The photo we added was from the upstairs breakfast room, which served a decent selection of items to enjoy. Staff were really friendly and helpful and we will definitively keep this in mind for future trips.

quiet location, good parking, great view, cozy beds. there is a swimming pool inside and outside ! delicious breakfast in the morning. The only thing I'm not happy with is that when you take a shower, small pellets from the towel remain on the body.

Great location to lake, good walk into town. The indoor pool area and hot tub deck have defected maintenance. The exterior pool is nice, good temp. I will add that the disappointment is that I accidentally left a brand new sweatshirt on the bed and they didn’t save it for me. I called shortly after I left, they said “room had been cleaned and they’d let me know if it ever turned up” I understand that I accidentally left it, however to know that this is the type of hotel that doesn’t save lost items (rather keeps it for their own) for guests is a disappointment.

We've stayed at this hotel every summer for the last five years. We even recommend it to family and friends, but this last time, we were disappointed that we got there around 7 pm and had to check out the next day at 11 am, we couldn't stay one more night because of work, but we wanted to enjoy our whole efternoon at the lake and the grills at the park were gone due to fire danger, so we asked the receptionist at the hotel if we could use the hotel gas grills by the pool to grill four steaks, she denied to let us use them and told us that we should pay for one more night, we were not asking permission to stay in the room, or use any other amenities, just to use the grill for 10 minutes . Also, the hotel male receptionist was very nice when we checked in. He was very helpful and pleasant, nothing to do with the lady when we checked out.

The visit to Chelan was certainly enjoyed staying at Lakeside Lodge Suites. Plus: the room was a king suite with a beautiful view, sofa bed, and large king, with plenty of pillows, and a humble kitchenette. People were kind, inside pool adjacent outside hot tub were a gift! Minus: in the cold running to the pool was a brisk challenge, hotel room was a bit dated (which sounds pretentious). Overall for the winter prices it would be worth going again!

Clean, quiet, large rooms at a reasonable price. Also in a very convenient spot, just a few minutes away from many wineries, boat rentals, the state park, and downtown. We enjoyed swimming in Lakeside Park and got to use the hotel’s hot tub as well. Free breakfast is a nice perk!

The staff was very friendly. Check in/check out was a breeze. The balcony was adorable and offered a wonderful view of the lake. The pull out bed was only made with sheets, 1 blanket was provided in the bedroom dresser. No additional bedding was available in the room, this would have been a nice option. The bed was firm but comfortable. The indoor "heated" pool was pretty cold, but the hot tub was wonderfully heated. Complementary breakfast was stellar. Location was great. The kids and the dog did not want to leave. The parking is a tad wonky.

We had a nice stay at this place right on the shore of lake Chelan. Check-in was easy and smooth without any problems. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a tiny patio where you can sit outside and admire the view of the lake. The lodge is right next to the beach which is convenient for a quick dip in the water. Breakfast was included with a variety of choices. The location is good. Wine cellars are close by but not too close to the downtown areas so its quiet at night.

This is a great place to stay I love the surrounding it is caused by the lake and the whole family will enjoy it we had a birthday celebration by the lake it was fun the kids are there and the whole family they all play in the Sun get in the water there was also a lot of people there having barbecue and just having a whole day of fun I think everyone in the area should go get a room or just go and hang out at the lake in the summertime I am pretty sure you and the whole family will enjoy the lake or the stay at the hotel very friendly stuff great location they have parking if you are early but if you are late it is pretty hard to get barking or you can pay for your parking so put this on your wish list to visit Chelan someday I will definitely be going back before the summer ends and hopefully next year we can go and do it all over again go and have fun you won't regret it trust me hi son and his friends also play soccer on the lawn and in the water the barbecue was good we had a few beers and stuff like that so update the whole family go and see and have fun

Beautiful location. Rooms have small fridge, microwave and small kitchenette area. Which is really great when traveling with kids. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Our housekeeper Maria was wonderful. There’s also a grill right outside of our room that we used and enjoyed. Everything is provided to make it a memorable stay. They have complementary breakfast that is served in the really unique location of the resort with gorgeous views. Food was just ok. Areas of improvement would be the fitness center. On the website it says state of the art fitness center, but it’s important to live up to that statement. It’s far from that. No one attended to it for the time we were there. And it seems as it’s more of a storage space. I called about lost item and was told if we find it will call you if we don’t find it we won’t call you. What about if you’ll forget to check? That happens. I think you should call back regardless if you found it or didn’t find it. Make a call and make that as part of the service. I never got a call, but I’m not sure if anyone looked either.

Great location! Rooms were clean and spacious, but most importantly they are right next to the lake (and also have 2 pools, a gym, and a hot tub if those float your boat :) ). Definitely a couple of small weird things - the AC was super finnicky and loud, they could only give us 2 rooms keys (even though it was booked for 4 adults), they didnt add enough towels/ soap to our room when we first checked in. But all of these were relatively minor, and we overall enjoyed our stay and would come back

The staff here was amazing! Very accommodating! And generous when we couldn’t leave the room exactly at our Check out time! Super kind!

Stayed the night here after driving from Spokane. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there were great views of the Lake. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is spacious and clean. I stayed in a ground floor room with access to lakeside park. Park is just OK but view is freshing. Reception is friendly. Warm breakfast is good for the purpose. I'll recommend this lodge.

Great location right on the lake and close to town. The views are incredible, the rooms are clean and spacious and the mattresses comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Thank you for a great stay! Every thing was perfect ! The office was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and a great size. The kids loved the pool! And the winter view is so beautiful!!!
