    Payed for 2 full meals with chips and drink. Got just a burrito with nothing but meat and cheese and a burrito bowl with absolutely nothing we order but avocado, meat and cheese. No chips, no drinks. They are refusing to refund us as well. This place has screwed me for the last time. I'd really recommend avoiding this chipotle

    Made a delivery order at 1PM, didnt get it until after 5:30PM. Had to call customer service at least 5 times, had to order twice. 1st was a no-show, and 2nd didnt arrive until 2hrs later. Got refunded twice. Literally my whole day was waiting for this food. When DOORDASH arrived at store, he still had to wait least 30min or more and they STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG. This CHELMSFORD MA DRUM HILL RD branch has habitually been giving us terrible service. They’re literally doing and giving us whatever they feel like 1 half a** bowl. Where’s the corn? Where’s the guac? Where’s the lettuce? Where’s the fajita veggies? WHERES THE BURRITO??

    I just visited the site located 65 drum hill rd, the staff were very rude, handling food with bare hand and I recall we had a queue of about 7 customers and one of the waitress ordered everyone to leave the restaurant that they are only taking online orders. This outlet does not value the customers at all, Please do not go here if you have an alternative place to eat from or if you value how you food should be handled. the staff in the pic is the one who ordered everyone out

    The girl got mad cause she made my bowl wrong then gave me a bowl that wasn’t even half way full and rolled her eyes. I said “I only wanted one bowl with cheese sorry” she got mad threw the other bowl away and made this fast and gave me it I didn’t wanna get into an argument so I just left with this.

    Place was absolutely filthy. Bits of food everywhere. The people working have no idea how to wrap a burrito, it’s not a taco you have to roll it up!!! The filling of the burritos are all over where they prep food and then they sell me a fountain drink and don’t have any straws? Who’s ever managing this location should be fired. My 9 year old nephew could do a better job of running this place.

    This is a terrible location. There's always issues with online ordering or the payments they accept. I just placed an order online for an 11a pick-up; when I arrived the doors were still locked despite workers being active in the store. Eventually a worker finally made eye contact with me but refused to even come to the door to speak with me because she was enjoying her own lunch. Terrible communication and terrible customer service!

    Worst customer service they have 6 people to do 1 simple order, the store is full and the doesn’t care. Doordash, Ubereat stay away you have to wait 1 hour for a taco

    Only had given 2 star because I ordered online lunch for my family this morning and we all had veggie bowl with fajita veggies. None bowl had fajita veggies out of 6 bowl of ordered. We were basically eating beans and rice with some corn and salsa. If they were ran out of the fajita veggies then they should have given us call. I would never ordered again online from this store.

    Had a scare a couple months ago with cross contamination of meat in the sofrita tray. Came back 2 months later to find a mess as defined in the attached photos. Clear cross contamination between rices, proteins and veggie options. Splatter and spray of various toppings around each tray with obvious evidence of lack of maintenance.

    Worst ever experience. Uncooked rice, uncooked chicken, uncooked tortillas, very less quantities, no chips available, staff doesn’t remember the order and kept mixing up, forgot to give the drink.

    I wish I could give this zero stars. Mobile Order was supposed to be ready for 12:50. I received my order, after they either forgot or just didn’t make it, at 1:17. No apology. Then, they were missing the Coke that was ordered with the meal. Did I get very annoyed and speak loudly because of this? Yep. Would I have if someone so much as apologized to me for me having to stand there for a half hour? Probably not. Place sucks and so did the employees on the mobile order line.

    I was wandered of bad comments, maybe it is improvement, but for us service was great. The place is really clean and organized. We ordered tacos and a veggie burrito + sides and everything was finished fast. I order some food in Chipotle from time to time and so far it's one of the best in the branch. The only issue in this place is absence of mobile (online) orders.

    Don't bother coming to this spot. Only open from 10:45a - 3p, seems like they can't staff the place. Portions are laughable, they took my order on a sticky note and still managed to mess up the order. They also don't set up the food in front of you anymore. They're in the corner and you can't see a single thing going into your food, my order has consistently been wrong. Spend too much money for 1/3 cup of rice and 4 steak pieces, it's a joke.

    This was the worst chipotle i have ever been to in my life. there is no manager there. dirty kitchen, dirty tables, dirty floor, cold and burnt food. ill-tempered punters. all empty and dirty food vats. OMG I have never seen anything like it. This place need be closed.

    A huge step up for this Chipotle. Appears to be a new manger and staff. ALL the food was fresh and well-stocked, for the first time ever! Excellent service and pleasant employees. I've been going here since the location opened and this is by far the best service and food quality.

    I understand that sometimes hours are limited due to staffing. However, this location struggles and it’s been struggling. We’ve ordered from the app and drove there to only find out they were actually closed. They’re always out of dressing, but won’t tell you that until you’re asking for it or just won’t put it in the online order. The staff is nice (from my experiences) but the communication and customer service is lacking. Even though this location is way more convenient, there’s always something. Customer support is super helpful if you reach out, but that doesn’t resolve the issues that this location struggles with.

    It's probably fair to say that the post pandemic shrinkflation is here to stay. Unfortunately Chipotle in Chelmsford is no exception. We order a carnitas burrito bowl but got 4/5 rice and a skimpy amount of meat. A few flakes of cheese. But plentiful iceberg lettuce. The only saving grace here is that it was done quickly. But then again I can make microwave burritos pretty quickly as well. Chipotle use to be our goto place for reliable burrito but unfortunately Moe's probably does a better job these days and has more reliable online ordering service.

    Mexican food is some of the most savory, delicious and well seasoned food out there. Chipotle doesn't miss on this when the food is delivered/made properly. The last four orders have had at least one mistake. Every time there has been no chips when I order large chips. The website shouldn't show chips if they're out or unavailable. Even trying to order 5-6 hours before they close, there's no chips included in the order. What's the fun of ordering Mexican if you can't mix tortillas and dip! It wouldn't be that bad if trying to get a refund wasn't extremely difficult. I have not gotten a single refund on any of the chips (two other orders had incorrect ingredients, one an incorrect item, but that's fine I still liked them, just sucks so much gets done wrong here).

    Place was closed for lunch last weekend, found out after nearly placing an order. A few weeks ago I ordered chips, they were apparently out, was told to use the app to get refunded, guess who didn't answer my request. Ordered through the app, waited past the estimated time, my burrito when I got home was anemic and tiny, sour cream was bunched at the bottom, 2 strands of lettuce. It was the saddest one I have ever had. Most locations are great, this one needs help.

    I love eating chipotle bc the food is so good but today I’m definitely not going to be trying it again. I was in the middle of eating my order when I saw an ant crawl of the side of my bowl and start crawling on top of my plate. I was disgusted and immediately threw up and ran to video it. I’m very disappointed.

    I ordered bowl steak and pork and both I paid for "extra steak and extra pork". I also paid for both corns!!!!! Why does it look like it was a regular amount of meat when I paid extra? I thought I was just exaggerating but then I find out it also has no CORN that I ordered!!!!! I always eat here so i know how they portion it. Train your employees

    Finally I have to leave a review. I ordered a burrito bowl and my food came totally cold, including rice, beans, chicken. This place is a mess. They don’t have a time to be open or closed. Some days they don’t even open and don’t leave any sign at the door when they are supposed to be open. Whoever owns this place, do me a favor, CLOSE IT ASAP. It’s over.

    I had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle and being served by Lucas and Esther. Their personalities were outstanding and they provided excellent service. The food was delicious and prepared to perfection. Lucas and Esther made the experience even better with their friendly attitudes and willingness to help. I highly recommend this Chipotle location specifically and hope to have the pleasure of being served by Lucas and Esther again in the future. Five stars!

    The experience was great! All the staff are really nice and cheerful and I appreciate that. The atmosphere was friendly and the place was well kept. Unfortunately some of the veggie and side options had already ran out by six on a Friday evening, which is a bit worrying, but they did their best to provide as much as possible to us. They have great vegetarian options.

    Definitely one of the busiest place where they are always loading more protein especially steak. You’ll be lucked out if you even get the right portion of steak. Serving area is usually a mess but I do not mind it but the last time we were there the burrito was so small and my burrito bowl. Like really?

    I didn’t get food from this Chipotle; but being that I’m a faithful customer I felt the need to leave a review. We went to this Chipotle 2x and waited for them to open. Apparently, they are closed Fri. & Sat. and do not open until 12 p.m. during the week. If your unable to staff to that extent maybe you all should rethink opening, in general. Instead of having customers wait for your staff to open doors and question if they should eat at your establishment.
