Placed online order, the app shows the order will be ready at 12:30. Got there at 12:45 and it was not ready yet; was told to wait just 5 minutes. Finally got my order at 12:58. The same happened two weeks ago to my wife. The front desk person did not care and did not even say sorry! Then I got home and saw that the pizza is way smaller than before and burned slightly. What has happened to the size of the pizzas? The only thing that tasted the same as before was the olive oil they usually give away with their bread rolls for free. They even have reduced the number of the free rolls drastically. In every measure, they have reduced the quality even in respect to the customer. They really were great 2 years ago, but in the last few times, I can tell that they are becoming full of themselves. So upsetting because they were our favorite pizzeria; but no more unfortunately!

We used to like ordering from this place, but in the last year the quality and value have gone down significantly. Burnt items, missing items, questionable freshness. Every order! Take this for example $14 for meatballs in the picture. The container is 3" in diameter and the meatballs are miniature compared with last year. I don't know if this is corporate funny business or this particular restaurant.

Fourth week in a row of sub par service We have hit a new low. Ordered an Artisan mushroom pizza. This has tomato sauce. NOT as it’s described in the menu and not what I ordered. Staff are doing their best but obviously short handed. Manager needs to step up or be fired. My father grew up in the restaurant business in Hell’s Kitchen NYC. This is pathetic and unacceptable, but don’t blame the few people who did show up and try to get the job done. Blame the managers and corporate overlords who allowed this failure to happen.

Just ordered 2 calzones from bertuccis here in Chelmsford, got home & they’re not even cooked :/ not only is the dough not cooked through but the ingredients inside aren’t cooked & the ricotta cheese is completely raw. It’s hard to tell from the pics but the ingredients are literally cold & raw (that white stuff in the pic with the spinach is the ricotta). I usually keep my mouth shut but this location has sent us uncooked food before, it’s late & we don’t want to order again somewhere else so I called to explain it wasn’t cooked & asked if I could bring it back. I was told I had to talk to the manager & placed on hold.. where I sat a long time until I finally said screw it & hung up. We’ll take the hit again but will NEVER order from this location again

They are awesome, Ashley hooked us up with food for ten. Last minute orders don't upset them 😉

I give this only star because of the food is testy, cocktail and drinks are also good.. but the service are worst. The waiting time almost 1 hour and than the orders comes late. A kid was very thirsty at that time I told them about 3 times for water they took 10 to 15 minutes for just water. The service was so slow and They didn't have many customers. So disappointed. That's why most of the people recommend to take out. Please work on that.

The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The food is amazing and the staff is great.

I love this restaurant. The food is prepared with pride, and always comes out the way I like. All of the staff are great, but my personal favorite waitress is Sharmin. She always has a big smile and goes above and beyond each time I'm visiting.

Love Bertucci’s! So glad they brought back some of my favorite dishes. Mike A. was our server today and he was so friendly. Always smells like fresh bread in here!! The best. We will be back.

We love it here! The waitress Wendy is so sweet, she provides the best service every time! She goes out of her way to make us feel at home :) here is my grandpa and Wendy!

The vibes and food here were immaculate! Our server Sharmin was very attentive and catered to our every need without us having to ask once. The chef Zack also made us the Crispy Lemon chicken and Best Pasta ever and they were both delicious! Overall a wonderful service and meal, we will definitely be back!

We had a large pizza. Each half with a different set of toppings. It was very good. Wendy our waitress took very good care of us. Extra napkins and drink refills without having to ask. Rolls were literally right out of the oven. Definitely a nice family pizza restaurant.

Wendy is one of the best servers we've ever had. She has a very pleasant personality, always gets your order right, and brings it in a timely fashion. We like the food here, but we go for Wendy as well. She makes the whole experience enjoyable!

My wife, kids, and I absolutely LOVED the ultimate Bertucci pizza!!! It was cooked pretty much perfectly and was loaded up with meat. Tori was very polite with me on the phone. When I told her about my dietary restrictions, she made sure to double check with the kitchen on the ingredients in our pizza. I also requested a thicker crust on the pizza, and lemme tell you, that pizza sure was nice and crusty, just the way a good pizza should be! Overall, great food and service. I’ll definitely be back next Friday for some scrumptious pizza!

Just wanted to say after going here on a random Tuesday, food was amazing and so fresh, and honestly I did not expect that for a Tuesday night. Everything was perfect, drinks hit the spot and everything came quick and fresh. To top it all off our server, Kendra, was amazing, she didn’t rush us, didn’t roll her eyes while we took our time ordering and was always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for great food and to Kendra, thank you for excellent service!!!

Had to wait quite some time before anyone greeted us even though there was no wait and restaurant was half empty. No fault of the server as she seemed to be the only one for the restaurant but service was also very slow. But she was super nice and sincere. The food was good and consistent in terms of comparison to other Bertucci's restaurants I've been to.

Excellent service by Melissa at take out booth. She made sure I got the right order when I got an item from the lunch menu. Food is good and service is friendly. Good ordering options make it convenient to order.

We went for the anniversary special tonight. What a great deal. Food was absolutely delicious. As I was sitting there waiting to be seated, and watching the kitchen, they absolutely were working together as a team. They were all flowing, and knocking it out of the ballpark. The front of the house manager was awesome as well. I still gave it five stars, but our waitress Lily was not very attentive. But overall, it was a great night. And they all worked very hard.

We ate dinner with another family and everyone was pleased with their order. Service was good. I had trouble choosing among several delicious options and decided upon chicken parmesian. I brought some home because I couldn't finish it all.

Was there for a child's raucous birthday party. The kids made their own pizza, but they still came out good, and the fries were crispy. The staff did a great job of navigating the chaos, with a smile nonetheless. Atmosphere was great for US, but I'm not sure the other half of the restaurant enjoyed the inevitable shrieking.

Friendly service, good food, nice atmosphere for a quick bite or lunch, had a business meeting and we were able to eat, laugh and talk, without a problem. Food was great and i will definitely repeat. Very glad we came here, by the way, lots of parking space

Nice parking lot off Chelmsford center, easy to get to. The atmosphere looked nice with a larger wood fired stove and lots of acalible seats. The service was fast as our order was ready on time. The pizza toppings looked a bit thin, as was the cheese on the pizza. The crust was the major focus of the pizza. I prefer places with more toppings and cheese. The spaghetti dinner was OK, I had the meat sauce. I found it less tasty than competition, and the meat sauce was more tomato flavored. But I would not get the spaghetti again. I had planned to eat a Hawaiian pizza. It was on the menu a few days ago when I planned to take it out. But upon ordering, it was not available. Overall, I was not impressed. This was the second time I ate here, but it has been a lot of time since my last visit, and now I know why as I did no prefer this style of pizza. The Tucson wings were the best item we ordered. They were hot and crispy with just enough spice. I would get the wings again. Oh and the dinner rolls were also very yummy with oil to dip your bread into.

If you haven’t been to Bertucci’s in a while, I encourage you to give it a try. We ordered two sporkie pizza’s. They looked picture perfect and they were delicious- temperature and flavor exactly right. These were much better than our last few experiences. Whatever changed, keep it up!

Excellent food and service at the Bertucci's in Chelmsford, MA. All of our meals were well prepared. Our waitress Lori was a pleasure, and managed to make us feel as if we were her only table, even though the restaurant was very busy. The general manager Ashley, came over to check on us as well. Friendly and professional. Thanks to the entire staff!

This Bertucci's location provides consistently excellent service and great food. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, especially Sarah - from the first time that she waited on me, she provided top level service. She remembers my exact order every time I come in and brings it to me with a smile. My food arrives quickly and is always delicious. Highly recommend!

Took my son to lunch as a treat before school starts again. Service was friendly and very quick! The food was delicious and neither of us were able to finish our meals as the portions were generous and the rolls they give as a free starter were irresistible!

Service was good. The food wasn’t disgusting but it was definitely lacking flavor. Very bland The sangria was watery. Used to love this place but I don’t see myself coming back it’s not the same.

Awesome food, atmosphere and service. A couple girlfriends and I came in to meet up and we had lauren as our waitress. She was super friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed her service. Also the food was great! Will definitely be coming back to visit.

We enjoyed our dine in! Our server Malia was super sweet. We ordered 2 large pizzas - taste was great but could have been cooked a little longer. Pleasant music and Malia was always watching our drinks to ask if we wanted refills.
