Service here is outstanding. The first time we were here we thoroughly enjoyed it and somehow this place exceeded our expectations on the second visit (last minute plan) for a valentine’s day lunch. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. The place was all decorated for valentine’s and the table setting had tiny rose petals which was a lovely touch to our experience. Music was just right not too loud not too slow and joyful/groovy. We were served fresh & warm turkish bread with sauces and olives immediately. It was delicious. Our starters arrived quickly after and so did the main course. Generous portions for the price and taste absolutely delightful. They also offer a range of wines to choose from. To add to our experience they even offered us tequila rose at the end of our meal. We had a wonderful time I can’t wait to go again. 5 stars are not enough for this place 💖

Amazing food! Me and my partner shared the plaza special and thoroughly enjoyed it. Could not pick out our favourite... possibly the wings but it was all so good! Really friendly staff, welcoming and attentive.

Delicious food, amazing staff, beautiful interior! The lunch deal is a bargain: £12 for one starter and one main (choose from a list), plus bread, olives and two dips. Free Turkish delight when the bill comes too! They're also great with children, and there's a short children's menu.

Absolutely delightful lunch experience! Incredible value for the 2-course lunch menu at just £13.90. The Sucuk, Patlican Soslu, Sigara Boregi, and Hellim starters were an absolute treat. The Lamb Shish Kebab was perfectly succulent, and the Adana Kofte was also great. Already planning my next visit for the Lamb Beyti. For larger groups, the Blaze Special and Blaze Family Special are tempting with their lamb chops included which have been recommended to try. Don't miss the Turkish tea and homemade Baklava, plus the adorable ice cream characters for the little ones. Efes on draft sealed the deal. A classic touch of Turkish hospitality and decent Turkish music made the experience even more memorable. Already looking forward to the next visit!

First time experience for me at this Turkish restaurant based in Chelmsford. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. Clean and tidy throughout including restrooms. Would definitely go back again and try other food from the menu.

The lamb shish was fine, chicken wings great but seafood casserole very little taste. Starters were good, wine (pinot grigio) pretty dire for £19.99 - husband should have tried it instead of saying just pour it. Overall not too impressed but maybe a la carte is better, we had the fixed lunch menu.

We have been there for evening meals, and it was great. However, this time we went for the lunch time set menu. What the don't tell you is its a cheaper price, as for some dishes the portions are half the size. My son had lamb shish and just got 3 or 4 chunks of lamb. £12.95 for 2 courses. With 4 of us, including 3 soft drinks and 1 lager shandy, the bill came to £74 odd which included a £6.70 odd service charge. So would definitely not recommend the lunch time deal, small portions and pricy drinks, pricy lunch.

Service was bad. Our waiter was extremely rude. three of our party of twelve where late. I explained they where stuck in traffic and where coming, (just running late) but that wasn't good enough, The guests that where there ordered food, as we felt pressured to hurry. Staff also broke up our table as they where concerned they would miss out on other custom. (clearly didn't believe the other guest where about to arrive) we had paid £10 a head deposit for the table. Food was okay nothing amazing, just another standard Turkish and the alcohol was watered down. Wouldn't bother going back.

Lovely food and lovely staff. We pre-booked weeks ago and had been in contact with them on day of booking as well but they said it wasn't them we had made booking with or contacted on the day so bit of confusion there as someone in there restaurant had been emailing me but it all went great in the end

We recently had a birthday meal for 10 people. Food is absolutely amazing and has huge portions ! Staff were a bit rushed off their feet, so at times we were left waiting for a while for drinks, etc . And it was a bit noisy, we couldn't hear each other too well while chatting . But other than that the restaurant was fab , they made a huge effort singing happy birthday to my daughter , and bought her out a cake . They are a fantastic restaurant and I do highly recommend them :)

Called in on for a midweek lunch. Decor is very nice, had the lunchtime set menu which represented good value for 2 courses @ £13.80. I had the spicy sausage to start followed by the chicken beyti which was accompanied with rice and salad. Meal was very good with my only gripe being the chicken was a little dry. Would definitely return and will remain a good lunchtime option.

Waitress wasn’t very pleasant- huffed when we asked for more time to choose food. Wiped table with serviette then wiped other placing with same one- still covered in red sauce. Had to ask for it to be cleaned properly so didn’t get it on clothes. Didn’t dry it Starter floating in oil - fish casserole and not much fish main (chicken and mushroom sauté) tasted like a tin of tomatoes. Hollumi was lovey tho and Sea Bream was too

We got a takeaway order from here, the food was absolutely delicious! The portions were on the good side. Staff were very friendly, great service. Would certainly come back here again.

This place has been around for some time now. I keep saying we must go in but never getting there. I'm so glad we did! There was a nice chilled but very nice atmosphere, the staff were top notch, and the food was amazing. I can't recommend Blaze enough! Just go see for yourself!
