Absolutely awful. The staff were absolutely miserable. It seemed like a massive faff just to do a simple order. And they missed out one of the burgers. When asked for milk they responded with ‘Who is milk?’ And we were completely confused. The service was absolutely shocking. Will absolutely not be coming back

Mcdonald Boreham interchange. We came from London going to the beach, stop here to eat . The place is clean not much people around. We love Mcdonlads, the food was great! They have clean toilets and more tables out side and a play area? Not all mcdonalds has a play area outside. Also they have tablets for the kids to play. Also good spaces for parking. Staff are nice.

No problem with the restaurant itself but the main issue here is the exit road of the main Interchange site. If you drive to this Macdonalds you will have to traverse a huge canyon when you leave which has the potential to damage your tyres, wheels and car suspension. For this reason alone I no longer visit this restaurant or the main Boreham Interchange site in general.

Chips were warm, nuggets had a texture as if they had sat there for a bit, the only thing that was decent and hot was the fillet. Very untidy in the restaurant area, not a single person in here and all the workers in the kitchen , none on the floor tidying.

Clean facilities, efficient, recently decorated with video games projected onto the tables!

If you drive an older car and you use the drive through, expect them to 'not see you' and 'forget' alternating lane ordering so as to take orders from newer, high-end cars in the other lane first. Happened again today - (for the umpteenth time) with the guy saying "I'll be with you in a minute" as the car in the other lane moved off, then he took the orders of the two cars behind it. I'm sick of it. Not only am I not going to pick up anything from there on the way home for my husband or boy anymore (they'll have to have KFC instead), but I now agree with the actions of my nephews who, having also had the same treatment multiple times, refuse to intercede on the staff's behalf when they're inside the store and another customer is being aggressive with staff, because, in my nephews' words "the staff are a&£@+oles". And that's without the fact this outlet can mess up the simplest order. Avoid.

Run by clowns Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a pot of porridge. Drove away and found that the porridge was completely cold and inedible. How is that even possible? I can only assume nobody there has any brain. Disgusted with the service and wasted my money. Thanks for my pot of cold puke 👍

Restaurant was ridiculously dirty, half of the place was shut off by chairs and a condiments trolley leaving only a handful of tables with loads of customers still entering, bins were over-flowing, tables were dirty and had trays left on them, we were a family of 5 and had to clean our own tables. In the 30 or so minutes we were in there the manager was chatting to a delivery guy failing to notice that his customers were busy cleaning before ordering. Felt like it was being run by children.

The food was fine but the place was filthy. There looked to be dried milkshake on the glass of the fridge, the menu had fly poo all over it and the steel was covered in months worth of handprints. It was around 10 o'clock and the manager was just chatting casually with the other staff members and it took a while to get served even though I was the only customer standing at the tills. Eventually a car rolled upto the window in the drive though and then I got served. I ate outside and this was the cleanest table I could find. Very lazy staff and manager. It could be better.

I’m on a trip that’s gonna be 6 hours drive both ways, I was just refused a toilet here by glossy lipstick blonde who obviously needs to close all the males part to clean and didn’t feel like maybe open the disabled one for my emergency use. Instead told me to go somewhere else, maybe try bp garage... not her problem. My breakfast was served near room temperature, only hot thing was the coffee. Two stars for not making an error in my order this time as they usually do here…

Awful. Driving to Felixstowe I had the misfortune to stop in this (the worst I have ever visited) McDonalds. There were signs announcing that due to maintenance issues there was no chicken! A truly cryptic explanation. I ordered my food and started to wait with a couple of friends of mine. A group of young lads (one of which worked there, they appeared later in uniform) arrived a few minutes later and one of the people serving came out from behind the counter to greet them. My friends got their orders and sat down to eat meanwhile the orders ready read out above the counter was filling up with orders as was the sorting area for food. As it filled up with various burgers the group of lads were all given burgers and went to eat. I could see my food amongst the mess of orders, very slowly one by one the orders were called out in a sad melancholic way. I finally got my food (after 15 to 20 minutes) and predictably it was cold, I ate it anyway and left as we had to get on the road again.

Well once again we was stuck in a major 3 lane traffic jam. We managed to be bumper to bumper moving very slow managed to turn left off the A 12. At Chelmsford and found Macdonald burger King. We ordered two meals and they was very good. They have been carrying out repairs on the A12 for years . They have been causing serious traffic jams. We was travelling from Kent up to home. We found your Burger King restaurant and enjoyed the meal. Which was very good. It might be good if you put a notice for indicating on the turning on the A12. It would help drivers in many ways. A friend & I use this McDonalds quite often in a weekday (between 8am & 5pm.) The service is always good & the restaurant clean. We called in at 7pm on Saturday. The order went through at 7.08pm. 20 minutes later I went to query our order. I was told it would be sorted. Nearly 10 mins. passed. I went back to the counter again. No order! I overheard an assistant tell a senior member of staff that our order had not shown up on the system. She shrugged & did nothing! We eventually got our order after over 1/2 hr! The staff did not clear tables, the bins were full, the ladies toilet needed attention. Why is it that during the week the restaurant is spotless, but at the weekend it cannot be recommended.

Great place for kids, lots of modern entertainment gadgets and service was fab. Great play section outside too. Plenty of parking but it's time limited to 90 mins so be careful 😊

This is the cleanest and most efficient McDonalds I've visited in years! Stopped on a trip to get my son a treat and for once it was an easy and pleasant experience, usually hard to come by in this mega-chain. The manager was cleaning & tidying and actually stopped to ask us and several other customers on the way if everything was OK with our/their food. Really such a rarity!

His name was Tom. I went at around 12-1pm today. Amazing service, could not have been any more helpful and nice. I was so pleased with everything. Thank you Tom for going the extra mile!

We were given the wrong order from the drive through. But only realised when we got home. I went back with the receipt and explained to Jack what had happened. He apologised said he would got and prepare the order again. Not even two minutes later our order was ready. Jack apologised again, mistaken happen but was really impressed with Jacks efficiency. I hope he is looked after. He’s definitely an asset to the franchise.

Quick lunch stop before a long drive.. Ordering, delivery and paying for food very quick. Burger was good, fries poor, warm with hardly any salt. No sauce was offered nor napkins either. Expensive for what it was.

Food was hot and tasty as always. By far the best McDonald's in my opinion in the UK. Always fast service and hot food. Fries still warm even after eating the rest of the meal. And somehow the food tastes better than other locations? Outstanding. I almost always use this as a drive through but have been in a few times and always seems clean and staff are friendly.

I pulled up to the drive through to receive my food to see what I can only say was the most marvelous woman, I had ever seen in my life. She had purple hair and braces. She gave me my food, was so polite and courteous and called me "honey" multiple times. Which not only activated all of my kinks, but also fill the rest of my day (possibly my life) with joy. My food tasted sweeter, the world was brighter. I dont know who she is, but she needs a raise. "Honey Girl" keep doing you. Would have given you 10 stars, but 5 was the max!!!

Terrible service It is now the second time they did not give us what we ordered. My kids happy meal is missing. Lat visit was two regular chips. It is an absolute nightmare with that location.

Food is normally fast except for really busy periods. Breakfast is always hot and quick. Expect a wait at the height of lunch time. Gets a bit crowded at times but you can normally find a table.

Very cross!! A few days before Christmas I travelled from Havering to meet a friend at this McDonald’s in Chelmsford. We parked up separately & eat in the restaurant. We got chatting as we hadn’t seen each other for some months. We moved out to my friends car & stayed chatting. We had no idea there was a time limit in the car park & as customer's & not taxis or people using the car park to go shopping else where! We had no idea!! Now we both have parking fines just for meeting friends at Christmas!! Thanks a lot McDonald’s 😢

This is noticeably well run. Been in several times and the management were out on the floor talking to customers and cleaning up. Staff seem happy and smile at you. Makes you feel good!

Lots of tables needed cleaning. This was quickly sorted. 4 of us ordered on the app this came very quickly and as ordered. I've not had a McDonald's for many years& after travelling for 5 hours (due to dartford crossing closed) we needed to stop. This was a very welcoming stop.

Grubby and busy but friendly staff, timely service and the food was fine. What was a particular feature was the continuous bleeping from the service area that sounded like an intensive care unit in a hospital! Resulted in a rather depressing atmosphere for an eatery!

So…. My son treated me to a plant based burger meal. I had not long eaten pasta cooked at home but despite this, I had that familiar childlike excitement that I was getting McDonald’s!! Just Eat were the delivery service we used. We were alerted driver was nearby, then 6 minutes later we were told he had delivered our food. I opened the door to see the drivers back end of the car as he drove away. I phoned McDonald’s at Boreham Interchange and no one answered the phone. What’s the point of providing a number if it’s not answered? What happened to the undelivered food? Was it thrown away, eaten by the driver? 🤔🤔 My son had to call again and re-order, after I started tugging at his jumper saying please! please! Just Eat however were fab, they refunded my son within the hour and apologised for the situation. Come on McDonald’s don’t leave all the work to Just Eat, you need to take some ownership over what leaves your establishment.

Nice food and ice cream, great location. Prices getting a bit steep, means it's a one time treat rather than a regular feeding spot. Staff friendly, well organised.

I can finally get a completely gluten free meal. Veggy dippers meal. It's always cook fresh as I assume not too many order it. That's fine by me, I get hit fresh food. Staff are good and lots of parking if you want to sit in your call, make a couple of calls while you eat.
