Update your hours. Sign on door states 6 am lobby. 6:58 not open. False times increased work commute length. If hours are correct for company some one needs to have them open at right time.

ALWAYS slow, no matter what time of the day, Waited 25 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, again. Manager is downright mean, overhearing the way she talks to customers and staff is quite surprising.

I place my order through my mobile phone for curbside pickup, I get in my place, pull up my app to put in my number spot and my order disappears, I call 3xs and no one picks up after SEVERAL rings, I wait a minute or 2 to see if they bring my order since I did receive a receipt through email but nothing. I call for the 4th time they answer after a few rings I tell them the situation and they said they didn’t receive my order LOL! Which my email tells me different that they did and what time. After a few minutes they come out with my order, but my bagel sandwich has a few items on it that I asked them not to put on (egg and onions) I was there for over 20 minutes waiting didn’t want to waste my time going in. What a TERRIBLE situation with TOO MANY problems on their app.

I don't indulge in mickey D's that often but when I do I go out of my way to come to this one. The quality seems better than the couple of ones I pass to get to this one. Also their ice cream machine was working!!

Drive through is very slow and gets backed up very easily! They don't take orders and take money at the window at the same thing, therefore, it is very slow moving. Personally, I don't mind them taking orders while they are taking my payment! It helps the line move much quicker.

i've been to this McDonald's countless times and it's always a pretty good experience. they're usually super nice with only a few times where the worker seemed to be in a sour mood, but nonetheless, the food is always super delicious and warm. most of the time it's fresh, too! one complaint i do have is that i wish the fries were more full.. there's always a bunch of room left in the carton and it seems like a large fry and medium fry always end up holding the same amount of fries. but the fries themselves are always the perfect temperature and perfectly salted with the perfect texture :-) p.s. always use the mobile app. that's what i do and everything comes out fast and accurate plus you get a bunch of deals and discounts; who knows how much i've saved by using the in-app deals lol

Worst McDonald's in the United States, ordered dqp with cheese and Jalapeno's, they did not have jalapenos. The fries were old, the burgers were greasy as hell. The second set of replacement fries were just as bad.had to throw away the food because I thought it may actually make us sick.went to culver's because I needed to eat. The people of Chelsea must stupid as hell because they keep coming to this McDonald's.

Dispit two drive thru lanes it was vary slow. The new jalapeno burger had alot of jalapenos but over all was not vary good. The sandwich maybe made to order, but the burger had been sitting for a long while, just warm and tough.

Nice location. Typically the service here is good but on my most recent visit around dinner time it was slow in the lobby. There wasn't anyone in the lobby, but there was a long drive through line. The fries were okay, but not as hot and good as they sometimes are.

I won’t lie I was kinda upset. I ordered 3 cheeseburger kid meals with apple juice and a milk. When I opened the bag I had been given 3 large fries and 6 cheeseburgers. I specifically bought them for the toys too. Also weirdly all of them came with such light onion I found a couple diced pieces here and there and the dressing was also very barely there. It just made it dry. I’ve had better by far.

Really do not care for their high prices for not the best tasting food. Prefer outhrr fast food locations.
