Imagine to climb up to 4th floor with a 15kg luggage! This is the only things I care along the whole stay. The rest is still tolerable. The kitchen was nicely equipped with kitchenware and utensils. Bathroom was clean and amenities were replenished daily.

We stayed in apartment 21 which meant walking up 4 flights of stairs. Apartment was compact but bathroom was small, needed to squeeze past the sink to get to the toilet. Bed was slightly squeaky on one side.

The smallest toilet since ever, cant sit down on the loo with a closed door and the electronics are outdated, there being a loud duzzing sound from the other rooms whenever the airfan from the toilet works. Only for very short stays and if you can sleep in noicy places

Customer service was good however the amenities and room was very sub-par. Wouldn’t recommend.

A nice place to rest while you visit London. No luxury, but clear and comfortable. It is quite near to Paddington Tube and Rail station.

It is written in the e-mail it is in the 2nd floor, but it is in the 4th floor, imagine that you are climbing up with 23 kg bag,the room is smelling , very bad esp the pillow ( very bad Oder ) the bath room is too small,

Great location. Quite small and odd check in such system. But good overall
