Great hotel! The room was clean and modern, with decent size and amenities. The executive lounge was amazing as they have both afternoon tea(3-5pm) and evening drinks(6-8pm). Drink selection was good and food was good as well. Love the breakfast here as well. All fresh and high standard of cooking.

Room was small, but clean and with amazing view over the city. Also, we were told that there is no swimming pool, so if you going for leisure facilities, most probably you will be disappointed. Breakfast was very nice. Various, fresh and delicious. Location also very good, it is easy to access many sights. Thank you for a nice experience!

The whole hotel was lovely, all very modern, including the rooms, could tell it was all new and room was really really nice, only downside was wait times and besides the majority of the staff being amazing, reception staff, mainly the reception manger was very inconsiderate, despite mistakes on there behalf I didn’t receive a single sorry or attempt to solve the problem but was spoken down to, I wasn’t sure if it was my younger age as I’m only 18, but still being a paying customer, staff and now gold member, I feel like I could of been treated and greeted in a much more welcoming way, this included house keeping walking into our room despite a do not disturb sign, and abruptly asking when we were checking out at 10am and didn’t receive a single apology for walking in on us, waiting an hour and a half for some dressing gowns and two phone calls later, once I had gone back down to reception to ask how long they would be they were delivered within 15 minutes. Breakfast was amazing and all staff were very helpful in the morning.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years, it’s my first time back since its refurbishment and wow they did a fantastic job. I arrived after a long flight and checked in at 7pm. Upon arrival there was a lovely set up with a bottle of wine from the Guest Services Manager Adriana. My room was fresh smelling and most of all exceeded my expectations. The bed was king size, comfortable with brand new pillows. A nice big smart tv and an amazing rainfall shower. I took breakfast in the restaurant this morning and again it had its full offerings. It’s always great to come to this hotel as it’s home from home for me and the reason for this is the staff. Recognition of my Diamond membership on check in and a nice little cheeky upgrade to an Exec Room. I have nothing negative to say about this property and I will look forward to continuing my stays here.

I chose the hotel because it was close to the hop on hop off tour I signed up for. It turned out to be close to everything I needed. My sister actually recommended it and I'm glad I listened. Breakfast was delicious and staff were happy to help me find the gluten free options. I also had dinner my first night and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

Customer service was first class, providing an outstanding welcome for our birthday son. Best I've seen in any top class hotel. Lounge service excellent, young man in charge, providing the drinks was amazing. He could not do anymore for all guests. Worked really hard. Rooms and hotel have been refurbished to high standard. Pleasant surprise. Would definetly come back and recommend to others!

I stayed there for 4 nights with my family. We have 3 rooms booked. Location is excellent. Room size is bit small. Breakfast is average. Cleanliness is poor. Towels were having foul smell. The housekeeping changes the towel twice but the whole Lott is the same. Staff is friendly & helpful. Not recommend. There are more better options in same price range.

This is one of the beautiful hotels to spend some time on any of your personal relaxations or business purposes. The reception is so welcoming and the receptionists are warm people and all other service staff. Big open restaurants by the reception to quench your thirst with different varieties of drinks and fill your belly with the deserts and continental foods.

This is a great hotel. I travelled with my three young children and really found everything to be of a high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable and there was no noise at night which was amazing. Breakfast had a good choice and the location is good also. Thank you 😊

Google invited us to come out to London from the US. And they chose this hotel. I understand why they have a lot of accommodations, especially with all of the different rooms we could have activities. I love the stay. I love the rooms. I thought everything was really good. One thing I would do is I would let guest know who are traveling from out of country. Know that the power is 220 versus 110 and that they need a transformer, not an adapter or converter. For certain items you need to transform the power down from 220 to 110. That would have been great to know ahead of time. Also public restrooms in the men's room. They need a separator between urinals. Other than these two things, this is a great hotel. And I would definitely recommend it

We had a great stay at this hotel however the rooms really need to be renovated because you didn’t feel like you’re at a Hilton. The bathroom sink and tubs had paint peeling around them. The room size was perfect and great for families. The room service was really good and we were taken care of with fresh bed linen when my kid fell ill in the night.

Had a nice stay for one night. Hala on reception was very helpful and friendly. Offered me a choice of floor and allocated a nice quiet room on a high floor. Check in process was smooth and efficient which was useful given how busy the hotel was. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a good view of the city. Bathroom amenities could be improved but not bad. Huge tv but best of all were the amazing pillows, need to get some for home !

It is with regret that I must detail our family's recent experience at the Hilton Metropole in London, which was not only disappointing but distressingly unsuitable for a family stay. "Really, Hilton?" The twin rooms, which looked appealing in photographs, seem to have not been updated in the past 20 years, making the hotel a poor choice for any guest or families. Our family room was in desperate need of renovation; the furniture was falling apart with drawers askew in their units, and one almost expected to pull the shower rod off the wall, it was so loosely fixed. We were also dismayed to find mold around the bathtub and a cracked window that allowed water to seep onto the sill and damage the furniture below. The entire non-renovated West Wing carried a musty odor masked by disinfectant. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It was evident that housekeeping had only superficially wiped the front of the TV stand, leaving dust in abundance behind it. The most disturbing was the presence of black hairs on the freshly made beds and sideboard – an unwelcome sight that topped our discomfort. We communicated our concerns to the front desk, only to be told that the whole wing had not been renovated yet and that family rooms were only located there. While an offer to view another similar room was made, it hardly seemed a solution given the likelihood of encountering the same issues. We adressed the issue again to the management the day before departure and they tried to solve the situation. Thank you for taking us serious. Charging €300 per night under these conditions feels not only exorbitant but offensive, and I feel i was cheated. Regarding the check-in process, as a Gold member, our experience was notably poor too. After waiting for the previous guests to be attended to, the receptionist left without a word, leaving us waiting for 5 minutes, only to return and assist someone else, bypassing us without explanation or apology. The Concierge Service and baggage storage was helpful and friendly. Regrettably, this was the worst experience we've ever had at a Hilton property and certainly our last in London. If this is the standard for a 4-star Hilton establishment, it is alarmingly inadequate.

Overall a nice hotel, but a lot of things needed improvement, including newly refurbished rooms with already many issues. Blocked sink, poor water pressure, blocked shower head. Heavily used pillows, with zero support or any alternative options. For £350 a night, I would have expected way better!

Excellent location 10 min. walk from Paddington. Nice rooms and breakfast, I really liked the bar. It's a large hotel and sometimes it gets very busy.

Great location. Good value. At times, it feels like this property is under staffed in front desk. My room was clean and everything was functioning properly. Food quality and selection was really good both in the lounge and at the restaurant.

We stayed in executive room and have access to executive lounge, where they provide food and drinks from 6pm till 8pm during your stay which I think is brilliant, only downside is you can't take anything to your room not even a can of water! Hotel is lovely, staff are friendly but they are very funny with taking anything to your room especially with the wine glasses (not sure if this is normal for London).. Our room was nice and spacious, enough space for 2 adults and a baby, only thing I will complain on is that 1 of the panel on the ceiling in front of the bathroom fell and this could be very dangerous especially with a small baby, it was reported but no one came to fix it. Location is good but very hard to get to the car park as it took us awhile to find our way. The hotel has good facilities, they have a restaurant, cafe, bar and executive lounge. Overall we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend and stay again.

My stay at the Hilton Metropole was terrific. The staff was kind, the bar downstairs had great bartenders and the executive lounge was top-notch. Honestly, after 4 days there I was a bit sad to leave to be quite honest. It was just such a nice wonderful time and the ease of access around London from this location was wonderful as well. As a Diamond member, I have stayed in a ton of Hilton's as well as many of their different brands, I must say this was one of my favorite stays. Thank you staff of Hilton Metropole from the Front Desk to the bartenders and even the maintenance staff for making it a wonderful time. Cheers!

Would have easily rated this a 5,but na!!! Rooms are beautiful. I got an amazing view from my window. Location fantastic! Lounge service exquisite! Concierge men really helpful and nice! 😉 My problem lies with the cleaning of the rooms. They never want to change the sheets, and they don't clean the bathroom properly, if at all they even do. Leave a toilet brush so guests can help themselves to it since the cleaners find it so hard to clean.

Great location, but rooms are poorly planned. Several small details that one would expect from any hotel are deliberately missing. Storage spaces in our room is abysmal. There is one towel bar and no hooks in the bathroom. No shower caps and no wash cloths. Closet has no shelves, just hangers. I've had an easier time at budget hotels and b&bs. In addition the room was not properly cleaned. There was a candy wrapper in one corner and a used pillow cover in another. Very disappointing. All previous Hilton stays have been far superior to this one.

Only went there to support a work event but I can say the meeting room / business centre staff were friendly and helpful. The food and drink laid on for the meeting was good and varied (including a vegan option). The cafe was comfortable and there was a good selection of snacks.

Room 502 Love the location, clean rooms, very lovely friendly staff. Only negative is there wasn't anything to eat late at night. Very nice park/plaza across the street, great place to have your coffee in the morning and a smoke.

Wonderful hotel. The staff is very polite, we were with a child and the room was really big for a London hotel. We were given a lovely clean room and a very good breakfast. After checking out, we left our luggage without any problems and in general a good atmosphere in the hotel

The hotel is ideally located for central London, close to public transport as well as taxi services and also within walking distance of oxford street shopping district. The lobby is spacious and well organized, my suite was spacious and newly refurbished and as always I enjoyed the Hilton breakfast with plenty of options and on-demand service. This is now my favourite London hotel and looking forwards to my next visit soon. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious. We were traveling with our three college aged children. The hotel is right by a tube station which was very convenient. We ate at both the restaurant and the bakery and were very satisfied with the price and quality. Housekeeping was terrific as well. Great experience!
