I purchased a gold bee pendent with ruby red eyes, as a present for my wife for on our ruby wedding anniversary. I struggled to find just the right shape bee with not to much bling that would distract from the art work of the bee 🐝. I then found Susannah Lovis. Who had just the right bee for me. As I requested the pendant to gift wrapped I only got to look at it today for the first time when I gave this lovely bee pendant to my lovely wife at our celebration meal with family and friends. The bee pendant looks fab on my wife’s neck, it sits well and doesn’t twist because of the craftsman involved, it just sits nicely. The lovely staff show you the most beautiful collection of products while keeping in mind your budget and the style you desire. For my 16th birthday, I was looking for a vintage gold Cartier ring in size 50. They did not have one in their shop, so instead they showed me a rare rose gold Cartier love band ring that they thought I might like. All I can say is that I fell in love with it and had to buy it! On first introductions to Susannah and her team I did not know what to expect or the process in which to begin the composing of an engagement ring. Bought a beautiful diamond ring online and the service I received was wonderful (Richard was extremely helpful and answered all my emails and queries with speed and thoughtfulness)! I have purchased from Susannah Lovis a few times before (all great purchases), but never online as I used to work near the Arcade and could view the items live. Now I am no longer around the arcade so this was an online purchase but the photos and images of the ring were ‘spot on’ and did not deceive in any way. Great product, quality and service. Highly recommend.

The front of house could not have been more helpful. I needed a Cartier watch for my daughter's 21st birthday. The stock they had was in mint condition, serviced and ready to go. I ended up buying a set of gold cufflinks at the same time which were just what I'd been looking for. All in all a great service. I love great little independent shops and this is definitely one.

I brought my sapphire diamond ring here for repair. After dropping off the ring, there was a miscommunication and my ring was never dispatched for repair at the time it should have been. Susannah Lovis worked quickly to remedy the error, got my ring to me just a few days after the error was found, and kindly offered a compensatory discount for the inconvenience. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of the repair and pleased with the customer service.
