This place has been incredible since I was a kid. One of the first places in the area to have a dedicated Vegetarian/Vegan menu. The first time I came was a life changing experience for me. Since I left Philadelphia for the Tennessee, I have not been able to find Chinese food in the same realm of quality. Naturally, the first day of my visit home, my family and I made sure to get Jasmine’s. The General Tso’s is as amazing as I remembered. The Veggie egg rolls are the best I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend coming here enough. Just ask for the vegetarian menu.

Had a great visit. Was seated right away and food came out surprisingly fast! Food tastes good and very reasonably priced.

One of the best vegetarian Chinese menus. General Tso was bredded and nicely coated. Kang Pao sauce was spot on. Eggplants however were little bland until salted. Service and decor were pretty good. I heard compliments about the orange beef dish in our group. I will try the vegetarian version next time. We were 10, and with 10 dishes we had plenty of leftovers.

Friendly staff. Greeted as we entered and leaving the restaurant. This is my 2nd time visiting and so far all the dishes we tried were delicious.

The Jasmine Asian Bistro was absolutely the best. The restaurant was like walking into another world. It felt upscale, but relaxed. The food presentation was top-notch. I ordered the Shanghai Duck, and it was absolutely mouth watering delicious. The best I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Dissatisfied. Terrible food. The Lo Mein was VERY salty and the General Tso's tasted so strongly of a chemical taste it was inedible. We will never order from here again. I guess that's what we get for cheating on Szechuan Mandarin in Elkins Park.

Pretty good vegetarian options. Not enough vegetables, lots of Tofu. The Thai dish wasn't quite what I was accustomed to.

Jasmine Asian Bistro doesn't have a menu that stands out from the rest but what it lacks in creativity it makes up for in quality. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious with no over cooked or extremely crunchy bits like it's competition serves. The claim to Fame of being voted best might be a few years old now but I feel like they should win that title again. The egg foo young was a perfect balance of gravy egg and rice and tasted just as good re heated for lunch the next day.

SO MANY vegan options. Ask for the veg menu. Everything was delicious! Big portions and prompt service. The amount of food for your buck was impressive.

Went to the place about a month ago with family. The food was delicious. Overall my experience was good. I did hear some arguing with employees and another party about some food. It was resolved without issue. And also unfortunately my sister's food needed to be sent back because she asked for non spicy and get came out very spicy.

We ordered food for 3 people. It was good. However 2 of us had requested that our food would be spicy....was not as spicy as we thought. Inside has nice art. We had to do some takeout as well. We ordered: 🐔 and 🍤 rice flat 🔥 platter pork lo mein 🐔 with mixed vegetables, spicy Update 2023 We had indoor seating. It was on point.

This was your typical Chinese restaurant. The service was great, not like outwardly super friendly or anything, but quick and attentive service.

I thought it was ok. I've had better from other places. As you can see in the pics you can't really distinguish one plate from the next.

The only reason I have the atmosphere 4 stars was because it took a little while for the AC to kick in and cool us down. Our server was outstanding. The food was not only delicious but served hot!!

I've never been disappointed when visiting here. The service is great, quick and friendly. The food is never disappointing. I try different dishes each time I visit and I've left satisfied every time. The prices are reasonable too.

My niece loves it here. It's our second time, and this time, we had to rush to get here before they closed. We made it! But they didn't make us feel like an inconvenience at all. We were greeted with a smile. The nail tech was patient with my niece as she described the type of design she wanted. They made her feel like a princess, making sure she was happy and she was!

I've tried Jasmine twice, on the recommendation of others and the reviews. Disappointed both times. Insufficient seasoning or seasoning that just kills the dish. Last time: Won Ton soup was tasty but very salty (and I like salt). Sezhuan Chicken had mostly green pepper as the "vegetables" and almost nothing else. The green pepper overwhelmed the entire dish; one couldn't taste anything else. Something as simple as fried noodles were saturated with grease, though they were large and crispy. The egg roll was crisp, but there was almost no meat in it and it seemed to be more batter on the outside than anything else. I'm not going for a third time.

We came in a half hour before they closed. Although they were preparing to leave, they were very courteous and efficient. They didn't rush us, the food came out quickly and it was a very nice dining experience. The food was delicious and if given the opportunity, I would go again. Big thanks to the staff for allowing us to dine in so close to closing time.

A best kept secret just outside of Philadelphia, Jasmine is my new favorite! Try the Chi-Yang Chicken for a more flavorful than General Tso experience. The Shanghai Duck is a must have!! Great atmosphere and food.

Nice, comfortable and well designed dining room. Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Great selection of lunch options and the best prices. Pad Thai noodles were cooked perfect. Loved the tea pots used for the hot tea.

The lemongrass soup is legendary for curing colds. Honestly, it's a healing elixir. Pad Thai very good too. And, they have almond cookies, old-school.

Jasmine has been our go-to place for takeout for years, perhaps since they opened. There are some nights that are just "an egg foo young night", and we'll call and get soup and egg foo young. Their wonton soup is good, and my wife has been ordering it for years. Likewise the hot and sour soup, which has been my favorite. I don't think we've ever had a bad dish from them, and I don't believe we've ever experienced a mistake in our order. Overall, Jasmine is one of our favorite places, and we hope to use it for decades more.

I love this place. It may seem pricy for chinese food but this place does it right. You can taste the quality and they do not skimp on the dishes. The beef lo mein is full of steak, the shrimp fried rice is full of decent sized shrimp, and every dish I order has great portions with meat to rice ratio that leans towards more meat. They are always good with special requests like no mushrooms, or extra sauce, or spicy level.

The food is delicious, and my son loves the hot Jasmine tea that comes before the meal, along with crunchy wonton chips and pickled cabbage. We had the pu pu platter, chicken and shrimp lemon grass soup, and Singapore noodles, and didn’t taste a thing we didn’t love! And all for a great price.

Very good food and generous portions. I had Sizzling 3 Kinds; beef, shrimp and scallops.

After our two favorite Chinese restaurants closed, Human's in Ardmore and Mandarin Garden in Willow Grove, we didn’t think we would find another one to compare. We were so wrong!! Jasmine Asian Bistro is a gem!! Service was excellent and the food plentiful and delicious and ridiculously inexpensive!! Can’t wait to go back!!❤️❤️❤️

We’re from Ohio. We come to visit my grandma once a year. This is the 2nd time we’ve eaten here and it’s a solid 10/10. Better than anything we have back home by a long shot, and will be a regular spot every time we visit!

I normally only get chicken with broccoli when I order from Chinese takeout restaurants and this place definitely is among my top favorites to order from. Can't complain about anything food wise.

I wanted to like this place. We ordered to pick up for mother's day lunch and they got our order right and it was ready on time but unfortunately the food was terrible. I got sesame chicken and could barely eat it because it was so full of gristle. The sauce tasted good at least. We also got pekking duck which is supposed to be some specialty but the skin was completely hard and unedible and the duck itself was just meh, hardly any flavor. Definitely a disappointment all around.
