Gepflegtes und schönes Hotel in dem Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit an erster Stelle stehen. Erstklassiger Service, große Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Hier fühlt man sich rundum wohl und kommt gerne wieder.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder her und können es sehr weiterempfehlen.

The hotel is located close to the highway however the area is extremely quiet and green. From the hotel it is close to the supermarket bakery and the city center. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are tasty and rich in products. The hotel is dog-friendly and located in a safe area for dogs.

Very well managed hotel. Rooms arw clean and comfortable. They have decent breakfast. Also, there is a italian restaurant. Service personnel were very friendly.

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß und die Rezeption sehr freundlich. Was mir sehr zugesagt hat, das Sauberkeit und Ordnung groß geschrieben wird. Sehr praktisch ist das Restaurant welches direkt am Hotel ist.

Das Hotel liegt in Mitte von Frankenberg. Sehr gepflegte Ambiente und liebevoll hergerichtet. Das Hotel hat überschaubare Große und kann die wüschen der Geschäftsreisenden, Urlaubern, Familien mit Kindern und Behinderte Menschen sehr gut erfüllen. Für Tagungen und Feiern stehen entsprechende Räume in unterschiedliche Größen zur Verfügung. Aufmerksame Personal und gepflegte Umgebung ist erwähnenswert.

Mein Mann und ich waren jetzt das 2. Mal für jeweils 2-3 Tage dort. Das Zimmer war schlicht, aber völlig ausreichend für diese Zeit. Alles sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen jederzeit immer gerne wieder !

Nice hotel! Rooms are large and get a lot of light thanks to the huge windows. The bed was great, really comfy! TV is alright, 30'', nothing too special. You can connect your own HDMI or USB device, but keep in mind that a Chromecast (f.ex.) won't work due the wifi requiring a login. You get free WiFi for all devices. You'll have to login once with a code, but the wifi is pretty fast. My only negative experience during my stay was that my room was a bit loud. I could hear everything my neighbour was saying. Might be an issue for light sleepers.

Clean and tidy. A good place for a one night stop over. The town has nothing of interest but the Greek restaurant Athene was superb and is a must visit if you stay here.

Whenever I am on my way towards eastern German border I stop there. The hotel is very close to the highway A4 . Even if I was arriving late, they were always providing me very good hotel service on check-in. The rooms in the hotel seem to be renovated recently and they are equipped with TVs and broadband WiFi Internet access for hotel guests. I fell there always very welcome.
