In Chengalpattu this is only one Authorized service centre available. Good service. Reception service also good. If we can book online through Tollfree number . Service Engineers also good. My TV is in small issue. They came to house solve but they are busy , next day came for service. Within 30 minutes problem solved.

From my experience I can say SONY is awesome. Their support for customers is excellent. On-time TV installation by Mr.Jagan.Even though it was raining he didn't make an excuse completed it on-time. Very much satisfied by his work. He gave a complete demo about the product too .Thanks for your support Jagan!!
